It's simple and easy to use. We set it up and had it tested and running in a very short time. The email communication is excellent. No sending or formatting issues. Really a simple, great product at a great price.

The email creation requires a lot of work and there are formatting and other issues that you have to double check and correct. You also have to redo the TXT email each time.

We want to send emails to our current customers and past potential clients to stay in touch with them regarding training and updates. Zoho Campaigns allows us to do that.

What I love the most about this software is its online service. If you have any questions, you can ask them anytime. The key is to have a real person connect and solve the problems in a timely manner. At the beginning, I didn't know how to operate and often asked their customer service personnel. Even if there were small questions, they would reply. At the same time, they also used ZOHO meetings and screen sharing to quickly solve problems, zoho campaigns is a great software.

Overall, I am quite satisfied. If I am not satisfied, it would be great if the price could be more discounted.

Segmentation and automation on the marketing campaigns outcast other tools. I have used zoho campaign for an year to train my marketing team, it had all flexibility and customization option to match our strategy and ops.

May be the UI need more optimization. It would make the tool better for everyone who is less trained on the platform. Integration between bigin and crm was confusing

Zoho Campaigns makes email marketing easy. I have used a lot of different email marketing services and Zoho is one of the better ones if not the best. They all off shortcomings, but for the price, you can't go wrong with this one.

I wish that the forms could be two columns and have the design more customized to our brand. I don't even use their forms because they are too ugly for our website.

Our email campaigns are simplified. We have easily created the Landing pages with Zoho and the survey/feedback forms with email campaigns.

There are some additional aspects to improve. For example, clip art in videos might look a little better. Regarding the interface and shipping schedule, everything is excellent.
