I like about zoho campaigns the simplicity it offers the user. It's for me better than mailchimp because for someone that is not used to do it it's more friendly

Well the first time I sent the campaign it went to the junk box of every email I sent it but after that all of our campaigns where directly to the inbox mail of the customers

This system is absolutely wonderful. Campaigns replaced MailChimp, and at a lesser expense. It makes sense to encapsulate everything we used under one roof. I do like being able to separate my lists. I can communicate with my existing clients, and have their tracks, visits, and mentions all within the same suite.

I don't like that Zoho is NOT offering discounts for using Campaigns during the COVID-19 outbreak. I was upset that I had to purchase more email just to send a notification.

A big one - cost. By using what's incorporated with Zoho One, I am able to reduce external costs by Mailchimp and keep all stats in the same app suite.
