Very easy to use and with all required features and functionalities.
Integration of the meeting tool with workplace bundle and mail client requires to be corrected for some functionalities.
Communication within the domain and to the external clients is very effective and easy.
There is nothing very unique about it. It is the same as Zoom and other video meeting platforms.
It does not have the capability to record video; it only records audio during meetings. Also, the webinar feature did not allow participants to switch back and forth between the audio of the host and guest speakers. Also, if the host tried to make a guest the main speaker and allow their camera to be on that guest, it would not work. The main host would be frozen, and the guest speaker's audio and video did not function.
I used it to replace Zoom. But it did not benefit my need. I had to go back to using Zoom.
Integration with CRM & Campaigns. Easy to Use.
Still have to download app to phone. Like.
Easy to schedule. Easy to Use.
The most important thing about Zoho Meeting is that you can implement it with all of your other Zoho applications. This is also the most beneficial thing as well.
I do not like how you have to keep applying application after application to utilize Zoho. It is quite disturbing and annoying.
Everything once downloaded is at your fingertips and it is all rolled up into one (many) Zoho applications.
It is easy to schedule a meeting and send invites others. Recording is simple and the platform is easy to navigate. So, it is a simple system that is easy to navigate.
I live in a rural area and my Internet service is not as reliable as if I lived in the city. As a result, I am many times unable to easily connect. When I do connect, Zoho takes away my ability to use my camera in order to improve audio. The problem is that I have used Zoom, Teams, and Messenger and have not had this problem. I literally had a meeting that kicked me out of the system at least three times. Also, I have had the service for at least eight months, and I am just now able to use the feature that allows me to sign in by sending me a message via my phone. I reached out to customer service and did not get a lot of help concerning this matter and had to sign in every week using a different method. This has been frustrating and time consuming.
I am able to easily meet without having to determine everyone's schedules for an in person meeting. I can also schedule last-minute meetings. The ability to record is also convenient for those who miss the meeting.
It does what it should at a fraction of the cost of alternatives.
Documentation could be improved. I found it hard to get set up.
It helps us do quarterly webinars
It isn't Zoom, so we aren't fighting the millions of other people trying ro access the same servers
It still is buggy at times. I may need to call in over the phone because my computer microphone is not getting recognized
Remote work means meeting virtually all the time. This helps my team and our clients stay connected
user interphase is good for the users, recomment=d
Connection error sometimes not connecting prpoerly
connecting with the team.
Zoho was easy to send out invitations and create a schedule webinar.
It was near impossible to share a ppt while also still seeing the webinar platform, questions, attendees and more. We also opened the room 10 minutes early to prepare but there was no way to prepare without having other attendees in the room.
I am not solving many and would love to see how Zoho Meeting could improve to meet my webinar needs.
It has a number of different methods to invite attendees to meetings. I also like that you can record the session
I would prefer an option similar to join.me where you can share the same link again and again
WE use other zoho products, and have had issues in the past with join.me
Integrated to CRM system, which is helpful on instant client follow ups. This also helped immensly with the support activities
Steep learning curve, still evaluating and trying to find easy and effective way of scheduling a demo with the clients
Yet to understand
Zoho meeting is quite an interesting new tool for client meetings. I like that it has quite a user friendly layout.
Zoho meeting however has quite a few problems such as: 1. You cannot join the meeting through a web browser on your phone. You're required to download th app. And for our clients who are not aware of that fact, it can get tiresome and cause a lot of delays for important meetings 2. Zoho meeting has a lot of lag and connectivity issues. From personal experience, I see that it requires a very strong network, otherwise it will not work at all.
We've made Zoho meeting our main meeting tool for now. Screensharing and presentations are done over it and so far, it is going well for our clients. I'm able to play videos for our clients over screen sharing.
I enjoyed using this online meeting tool to record live tutorials about conducting research. These live tutorials allowed students, including faculty members to review them on their own time, which allows them for greater flexibility. Overall, it has been a positive experience!
I experienced a slight issue pertaining to the quality of the audio when using the online meeting tool. Specifically, after recording a webinar and reviewing it, the audio sounded slightly muffled, which can make it difficult for some people to hear. Therefore, I reached out to tech support and they were able to resolve this issue immediately.
none
I was appreciative of the fact that Zoho Meeting was cheaper than the usual meeting spot - Zoom or MS Teams. The amount of features provided was a very attractive feature.
There is a bit of a learning curve trying to set-up a meeting and play around with the settings. Unfortunately, once I set-up the meeting and shared the link with my clients, I couldn't get any audio to work and my clients could not get into the meeting. We ended up going back to Zoom to hold our meeting.
Zoho Meeting didn't solve any problem for my purpose.
IT IS NOT THE BEST SOLUTION BUT CAN BE USED IN WORST CASE.
