What I like best with Shopify is its intuitive platform - one can easily understand how it works, particularly its customer support functionalities (order status, order cancellations, refunds, etc.) The software also supports API integration with the majority of popular Customer Support Platforms including Zendesk and Gladly, creating seamless customer interaction.

From a customer support perspective, none thus far. Our customer care teams find the tool easy to navigate when addressing customer inquiries including order statuses and changes.

We cannot add much filter in the application. customisation can be improved else every thing is fine here.

Frankly saying nothing much but the reoccurring subscription charges are the worst and the upgrade of any of the selected themes once you have customized is a pain in ass to merge with your own customisation

User friendly application. Easy to use and order anything. Too many items available to order. It can be used any any person. Items are available at cheap prices than other marketplace

Should not lag when too much people are using the application. Delivery should be fast rather than taking too much time to deliver. Delivery charge should be minimal so that everyone can be use the application

No problem everything looks fine. Only issue is the user interface. Sometimes it lags too much for the user and it makes difficult to order anything. Pages should have shortcut to product

How easy is it to find information whenever a customer reaches out with a specific inquiry about their, and also if needed, we can update details for them as requested.

The bridge there is between the Shopify platform and warehouses. It would definitely be easier if we had the chance to update/change, cancel orders directly through Shopify and feel certain that it was indeed properly canceled.

As a retail company, customers reach out to us whenever they have issues with their orders. Through Shopify, we can process partial/full refunds, update customers' personal information, generate promotional codes for holidays or discounts if customers are unhappy, and much more.

I like Shopify's features of products management, category management, analytics checking, orders checking, and theme updating feature. I could upload my products very easily through the website UI. It is very simple to use. All sections like collections, categories everything we can update faster and easier.

The one thing that I dislike about Shopify is that while uploading the theme it will fail to upload and I had to re-upload the theme sometimes. This is not a big problem, maybe it will be because of the network issue. Never faced any issues with the theme. Every section on the theme was working properly. Faced only the theme uploading issue.

I was looking for the best E-commerce platform to sell my menswear. Then I got to know about Shopify and started using it. I was a new user and this platform is very useful for new people. Shopify UI is very easy to use and I could make my website live within a few days. They have the best customer support. They really helped me and guided me to finish my work. I could upload all my products and I could categorise them in a good looking way. I was not knowing how to upload a product before using shopify and now it's very easy for me to handle the whole website now. Shopify is the best user-friendly E-commerce platform.

Shopify is good but it has 2 major problems. It's not seamlessly multilingual. Extensions such as magnify exist, but it is far from perfect. The checkout is implicit and doesn't allow the option for the companies to purchase and input their value-added tax(VAT) number

I solved the problem with Shopify like no increase in sales, managing marketplace and finding customers. we know that a huge amount of traffic is not equal to sales so I created ad campaigns to provide a sure-shot cashback guarantee. for finding new customers tried out the right advertisement and promotion for business.

Shopify makes like simple, I've used it for both business and personal reasons, ease of use, and great templates. Easy to track analytics and great integration with 100's of software businesses.

The only downside is price, since they know the quality of their product and know not many competitors exist, they price their subscription pretty high. But the ease of use compared to for example WordPress makes the pricing worth it.

Not only are we able to use it as a storefront, but also can have a blog, links to the app and... The analytics tool is great to track Facebook ads and capture email leads.

I will be really happy when Shopify Payments are supported in France. The other thing is when asking a question on the help forum one receives some very useful help but then there are so many spam messages that follow on from that.

Shopify is the easiest Online Store building Platform. It helps us activate products on the website as well as the app or put them into a draft state. We can push the whole product catalog to Google merchant Centre and run shopping ads directly. We can easily change the outlook of the store from the templates available without any coding and similarly make other changes like giving discount options and setting an upper limit of discount code usage and expiry date.

If we have our own payment gateway integration then they charge us a small amount which I feel is unnecessary because we are paying for their advanced Shopify version anyhow. Payment charges on top of this seem exorbitant.

Apart from helping us put our whole online store together, the Dashboard provides us a real-time view of visitors currently active on our website and best-selling products along with the marketing channels which are proving to be the most efficient.

Shopify provides all in one solution for your online business. You can have their store and the best thing is that you don't need any server or space for your data shopify has all the things at their end.

There are some limitations for shopify. We need to follow the theme and structure that shopify provide.
