Zoho is the best CRM software, it contains many features such as email marketing, marketing automation, customer database management, for uploading contacts we can integrate zoho with our excisting software such as brevo etc.

Zoho CRM is the best one it helped us out in creating a customer relationship and I designed different email campaigns, its easy and user-friendly interface and built-in templates helped me out in creating campaign in less time and achieved marketing targets.

Zoho Campaigns is the absolute best when it comes to email marketing.

Difficult to find a thing I don't like. If I had to pick one thing it's probably that I always need to keep in mind renaming pictures before uploading them since they don't accept pictures with special symbols in the name.

Zoho Campaigns is the main tool we use in the company for any sort of mass communication, mainly newsletters, reseller communication, affiliate and ambassador communications, etc. Zoho Campaigns is integrated with Zoho CRM for optimal usage, which has helped us immensely in creating targeted customer newsletters and has driven sales in the long term. We stitched from Mailchimp to Zoho Campaigns 3 years ago and it was the best decision we could make.

Zoho Campaigns is easy to use and set up. One need not be a Tech Savvy person. Anyone can easily follow the steps and install and set up the Campaign easily.

Once the email list is setup, it is a bit difficult to understand how to get the permission from the targetted email users. A simple to follow method for sending a test mail and securing the permissions of the likely users would be ideal here.

Once the prospects willingly join the list to receive communications from us, we could surely send our Newsletters and product brochures or benefits to them to invite them to use it. So Zoho Campaign opens up the avenue for sales and list building.

You find in Zoho Campaigns a platform with incredible functionalities and highly intuitive.

A lot of features, and usually little trouble getting things to work. Keeps the email marketing campaigns and our media ministry's newsletters streamlined, going out on schedule, with little problem. If you do have an issue, they are usually very helpful and treat you like a valued customer.

over my several years using them, there have been a few kinks and bugs, but nothing that hasn't been worked out by contacting the very helpful support, and it's expected after a long relationship. overall, the best I've found.

Zoho sends out our media ministry's newsletters daily on schedule with little maintenance needed. They have many options for autoresponders and workflows, and you can send an announcement or marketing blast to your subscribers very easily at any time.

I tried many email services as a marketer. Zoho Campaigns is better in terms of price, speed and simplicity. Now it takes 1 minute for me to send my campaigns. Very satisfied. Highly recommended.

UI/UX is not as novice-friendly as it could be. Editing the templates isn't as smooth as some platforms, but it certainly meets the need.

Helps me communicate with voting members of our organization on 5 continents and in multiple languages. It all works fine.
