It allows you to divide up the list into categories to ensure all emails are relevant to their specific interests or needs. This was not possible with my previous 2 providers and helped make my shift to Aweber.

I like the ability to see the stats on my campaigns and subscribers. They are compatible with most other softwares out there. The phone app is pretty handy, too. Their customer service is the best I've found for an entry level plan for an email autoresponder. Well, not the free version, I don't think. But the bottom level paid plan lets you call them as much as you like and they're always very helpful. I feel confident that I can figure out whatever I need to do as long as I can call them. Most other email providers make you pay a lot more for that feature. This is probably the biggest reason I've stayed with Aweber.

They have improved the place where you compose the emails, but there are still issues with it. I constantly have to go through my emails and do hard returns on each line to get the spacing correct. Also, there are issues with moving throughout the email text and adjusting the font sizes, etc. I'm constantly going back to the drop down menu to make sure the font is the correct size because it doesn't remember what font size I selected for the previous paragraph. Maybe there's a place to adjust this... but I haven't found it.

The problem of making more sales is pretty much on me. Grateful that I can send emails via Aweber. VERY glad that they have added the tagging feature. Excited to start using that in my campaigns.

Everything about it is awesome. Very easy to use and makes email marking quite easy. Building an email list with Aweber is the best and organizing a list as well. When it comes to sending out emails there are so much options and awesome templates that you can use.

I just wish it was a bit cheaper to use their services.

I wish there was a way to copy a website page template by putting in the page url and it copied it into the email template.

They do have an awesome service at delivering email messages as fast as anything else and they have what I can say is a perfect customer support as my emails are always replied in two to five minutes of opening up a support chat

They do serve downtime by their servers and this is why the service is not too advisable to use

I love simple Awber is to use. It’s especially some of my recommendations for the beginner who hasn’t delved much into email subscriber lists and email marketing

AWeber is really great at a few things: 1) it’s USER FRIENDLY, anyone can “get” this platform 2) the emails deliver to most inboxes, most ESP’s you have to worry about emails going to spam, NOT WITH AWEBEE

We’re using this for most of our clients, because it’s REALLY AFFORDABLE and their support is TOP NOTCH

i love Aweber,it was the first introduction to autoresponders.Very clearn dashboard, good tracing of analytics

just the ugly long urls..not sure if this has been fixed with yet but that was my only compaint, also the double opt in features

Aweber is a great email software that we've used for over 7 years now. The ability to segment lists, automate things and more is great. Customer service is amazing too.

I really don't have any complaints about Aweber. We've enjoyed using it and has helped grow our business through email.

Saving me tons of time and headache moving people from list to list when needed. I can have it set up to subscribe/unsubscribe people back and forth based on product purchases, etc. They really do make things simple.
