Zoho Campaigns is very easy to use, you can create a Campaign and post it in less than 5 minutes. It is also very efficient: you have all the reports you needs regarding your emails campaigns, you can create responsive campaigns that will adapt regarding the behavior of your receivers during previous campaigns, and you can also share those campaigns on social media. Also if you synchronize it with Zoho CRM, the functionalities grow higher, being able to make better targeting an more efficient following of your MKT campaigns thanks to the information of your client in your CRM
As a user of Zoho Campaigns from more that 5 years now, I don't have any complaints, all the features I needed are present in this app. The only dislike I have is that it's difficult to delete an already created account, you have to ask Zoho to do it for you (but they do it very quick)
The problem solved are the possibility to make announcement to all my Clients/Prospects database easily, and knowing what they did with the email I sent (Bounced, Open, Click, etc.) The benefits are a better connection with my client hence better sales. Also as my Campaigns is well autenticated, my emails are not considered as sapam as t may occur with other email Mkt software

Love the integration with Zoho CRM and the daily sync of custom fields from CRM to Zoho Campaigns. A close second is the power of creating workflows.
I would like to be able to do a manual sync of CRM to Campaigns. After doing a clean-up in CRM and before doing an email campaign, I'd like to be able to easily push those changes over. Also, with using Zapier it would be nice if I could still force double opt-in; Zapier adds people straight to the list, bypassing the double opt-in.
I'm able to target specific segments of my list for specific promotions. It's enabled me to send highly targeted promotions which means higher response rates and ROI.
