Zoho Campaign is a very friendly tool that allows you to schedule the sending of emails. It has predesigned templates for different purposes, such as thank you emails, offers, and more. Another reason I like it is that it allows you to easily sync contacts from different applications like Outlook or Gmail.
There really is nothing I don't like about Zoho Campaigns, ever since we have used it we have obtained excellent benefits for our organization.
Zoho Campaigns has allowed us to create templates with personalized content to send to our clients or potential clients by email, which has helped us to continuously grow as a company with the arrival of new clients, and therefore more work.
Campaigns has a great interface and recently added the flow visualizer to make email automation so visual.
Sometimes, Zoho takes a bit longer than I would like when they review my email templates. However, this is a minor issue and is easily solved with proper preparation and making sure that you write and submit your template a couple hours before you intend on launching your campaign. Encouraging better preparedness is not too much of a flaw at all!
I handle all of my email marketing and email drafting needs in Campaigns. I have a number of automated flows that get accomplished within Campaigns and I am able to seamlessly integrate and pass data from my CRM to Campaigns and back and can even trigger other things in 3rd party apps. It really is all you need and I have tried a bunch of email marketing platforms.

We used to use a number of applications to deliver exactly what Zoho One / Zoho Campaigns delivers - now everything is delivered using one inter connected suite. The man benefit is reduction of duplication of effort. That results in better use of the team's time preparing and delivering campaigns.
It really simplifies the process of creating, editing and sending out email campaigns. I feel confident that my brand is protected at all times, and that I can perform marketing tests before sending out the mass campaign. Zoho support is also always quick and eager to help should there be any issues.
I haven't yet encountered any issues using Zoho campaigns - I know there are many alternatives out there but I like how it integrates with the rest of the Zoho suite. One thing is the pricing, which can get steep (but seems worth it)!
I needed to simplify the email campaign process for my workflow. It was causing more headaches than it was worth before switching, but now I feel that I can easily manage what used to be a mundane and time-consuming task.
Zoho campaigns gives a great centralized place to manage all the campaigns and workflows related to your business. I love the way that it seamlessly moves from one option to the next and allows you to really understand how to best market to your customers. I didn't know much about setting up a workflow and drawing dormant customers back in but through Zoho campaigns I've really gained new insights on this. Another thing I really appreciate about Zoho is that all the individual apps fit together making it so much easier for the business owner to manage their business! I am one happy customer!
At this stage there is nothing that I dislike about Zoho books.
I am reconnecting with my customer base and creating a personal conversation with them. I am finding it most helpful to be able to send out regular email blasts to promote my products and connect with my clients as it keeps my products at the top of their thoughts.
It is a good alternative to stand alone softwares. The simplicity to use this, along with the integrated Zoho ecosystem, makes this is a winner against the likes of Mailchimp or other campaign managers.
Does not have as much template customization options as mailchimp, but serves the purpose.

How easy the UI is to manage and optimize campaigns not only this but it allows me to completely manage business a one place with out having the need to go to every other website for a single task, I can do that all with in Zoho.
It is like an overkill. I mean so many features to use.
I am using it for cold outreach and drip campaigns and it is working excellent, very much manageable and easier to use with so much control in my hand.

This has been the easiest and most painless of all the autoresponder, newsletter management systems I have tried so far. I also like the price and the graduation of levels.
I haven't been able to figure out how to link my social media accounts to the icons yet. I am sure that is just me though. I am new to all this so the learning curve is steep.
I have not sent anything out yet, but was able to write my first auto response and link to the lead magnet very easily.

The free trial, the free tools, and the free features you get to use before you decide to invest in the service. It's amazing how Zoho provides so much value for so low pricing. They take their job very seriously, customer support is quick to act and fix problems, emails never land in the spam folder always delivered 100%.
I had some issues at first verifying my domain, the SPF records to be exact. I change all DNS details yet the domain wasn't verified until I contacted the support which was very helpful and quick to fix the problem for me. It was a good experience even though I was still on the free trial so you can see how dedicated Zoho for its customers. Another thing is campaigns that get sent to Promotion instead of Inbox. The platform is easy to use, the interface is easy to navigate.
Sending cold emails, it been a huge problem for me before discovering Zoho. It's a lifesaver, money can't get you better than Zoho and all their services and additional features that you normally pay an additional amount for in other email marketing services providers.
