Very easy to get started, feels like a spreadsheet.
I wish they had an affiliate program, would promote them even more.
This helps keep all my conversations in one place.
My favorite feature is probably the mass email mail merge and snippets features.
There really isn't anything I dislike about Streak. I am a huge supporter and I recommend it as a starter CRM to small businesses and big companies alike.
Streak, like any CRM,
It's very customizable, and you can use it in Gmail! Easy to keep track of all our leads.
It's not particularly polished, and probably wouldn't be great as scale. Wouldn't use it as a professional sales guy, but as a founder doing some sales it is great!
I'm trying to build an Ad platform for Alexa. We use streak to keep track of customers, partners, investors and a few other categories
Honestly, the thing I like best about Streak is that I can see when someone has opened an email! But other features are pretty cool too. I use the free version which has a pipeline CRM feature. It helps to be able to build my pipeline directly from my email account. Being able to share your pipeline is helpful as well.
Well, the tool serves its purpose for me. So I can't really complain about anything, I just wish the "email read" feature was more accurate.
I work with ads in digital menus, so Streak helps me build a sales pipeline with prospects and clients.
It's fully integrated into Gmail and easy to integrate with other apps using zapier integrations. It's always ready when I need it and super easy to move deals through the pipeline.
It could use a little better implementation in Zapier but there are workarounds and it does everything I need it to do. Tasks and comments have come a long way but could still use some work.
Tracking my sales pipeline, media outreach, hiring pipeline...Basically anything I do that involves a lot of people is now much easier.
The completely seamless integration with Gmail
Really nothing that we dislike; one improvement would be an ability to "archive" old boxes, so that they do not show up in search results
In our application of our sales process at Lapp Structures, we were looking for CRM software for our growing retail business. As the decision-maker on this rollout, I had two main priorities for our software. First was finding a software that integrated seamlessly with Gmail, as we use Google Apps for our email, calendar, and other uses. Also, with varying technical ability among our sales staff, this software needed to be extremely easy-to-use. In my research, software with deep functionality (which we did not need in our use case) often brought with it a difficult-to-use user interface. With Streak, it is extremely easy to create a new "box" for a new sales lead, to add information and emails to the box, and follow it through the process with tasks and reminders. We could not be happier!
The integration with gmail, the customer support, the help videos, it is not only an amazing product it is also an amazing company.
The trail account used to be better, I recommend this software to many people, but now the trial account is almost not of use.
CRM, Workflows, Task Planning, Follow up on activities.
The ease of creation and organization boxes and flow through each pipeline.
I'm not sure if it is "user error" but dragging one box to another pipeline rather than having to click to enter it and then move it through different pipelines/stages.
Organization of hiring for multiple offices. The ability to create stages of hiring, the easy sync with our calendar of upcoming items and staying on task with each candidate has been very easy. I also like that you can share out pipelines for progress and updates.
I can easily manage my own custom sales pipeline. While it's nowhere near a full-fledged CRM, it fulfills the basic functions extremely well, right inside my Gmail and I have yet to think of a complaint. The price point is free for my small team (which is just me). It assists in my workflow enough to make me more efficient, but without getting in my way or bogging me down with unnecessary features.
My only dislike is the fact that I'm on the free version, while there are additional features in the pro version. For me personally, it works best because more features means more time off the phone and on the computer micro-managing my process.
My sales pipeline has gotten extremely efficient. I know where potential clients are at all times and sales no longer slip through the cracks unless it's my own fault for not using the software. A huge benefit is the fact that it's built into Gmail, which I use on a daily basis regardless.
This free tool offers so many features it is ridiculous. From free email tracking, templating, reminders, scheduling and more. There is a lot that this product offers.
I do think that the product could be updated a little more often or have more features released over time.
I use this product as an informal applicant tracking system as well as a contact list. It is helpful in many different ways and has a lot to offer as far as solutions.
I used to use a couple of Streak's features via standalone plugins for Chrome, but none of them did a good job anyway. Streak combines things like email snoozing, snippets, scheduled sending, read receipts, plus an entire pipeline CRM to Gmail all with one simple plugin. As a small business we simply add emails from our website's Contact Form to a Streak Pipeline and we can make notes, and see all emails and contacts involved. The data has been helpful for us, too. For example, how many leads convert, and what's in the Notes of the ones that don't? Very valuable info for us!
Since Streak is a Chrome plugin it can sometimes alter the page in a way that appears broken, or breaks other Gmail features. These bugs are tiny, and they come/go with new versions being released. I think this is just a limitation of it being a plugin, though. The 'Split Thread' feature has never worked for me and I think that'd be a handy one. I'd like to see thumbnails in the 'Contents' section for attachments, or just a totally different section / label for a Box's attachments.
I used the scheduled sending to make it look like I'm sending emails bright and early in the morning, and then my message is at the top of the receipients inbox in the AM. I use the Snippets feature to copy in information that I found myself retyping to clients during our order process and saving TONS of time. If someone tells me they will follow up, I use the Snooze feature to pop the message back into my inbox if no one has replied. The CRM feature is great, as well. I use it to follow email chains through our order process and the Boxes are helpful for clients who start new email chains on every reply, send attachments separately, multiple chains per order etc.
The collaborative organization! Streak pipelines are the best thing that has ever happened to my sales team. By establishing the Streak pipeline for (in my case) each a sales and on-boarding process, your entire team becomes intuitively aware of (i) the flow of the sales/on-boarding process, and (ii) where the biggest hurdles are in the pipeline that slow down the sales/on-boarding process. My whole team can also add emails to each account, "box" in Streak terms. This is great for when I want to know about an account someone else is corresponding with - I can go into that account's "box" and see all the emails, customizable note fields, and any reminders that my teammate has made. Streak notes also appear beside any message you send or open (if you've already associated the message with a "box"). This is fabulous, because when you're reading or composing a message, you can glance to you or your teammates' notes on the side and have any context you may need.
- Streak, to my knowledge, doesn't sync with Salesforce. - There's an email tracking function within Streak, but it only tracks how many views and on what devices - no detailed analytics like Yesware. - A few months ago I tried to make a bulk transfer of information from one pipeline (Sales) to another (Vendor On-boarding/ Tracking). It worked, but some information that was transferred stayed as a duplicate in the original pipeline while other information didn't transfer and needed to be individually moved.
Streak has helped my team organize our accounts and share all of our correspondence with each client. It's collaborative email organization with a visual pipeline functionality. You can share emails, notes, even templated messages. I do not want to imagine how much less efficient we would be now without Streak.
It feels like it is designed to be really useful for a solopreneur like myself. It does the things I need it to do.
I would like to be able to add a custom email address in the BCC line that would make it so that only certain emails from a person are linked to that contact.
It makes finding the information about my clients and sorting through all of their information, much easier. Plus, it is great that it is integrated into Gmail which I use all the time.
My favorite thing about Streak is that it integrates directly with my Gmail so I don't need to keep switching between my CRM and email app! it's easy to install and has really simplified my networking and contact management by orders of magnitude.
The one thing that's bothersome is that sometimes Streak loads only partially (or not at all) when I launch Gmail. I refresh the page and then it loads, but I'd rather not have to deal with that.
Managing both prospecting and networking.
you can create a data in a very easy way using your emails and it automatically put an indication base your choices created using Streak, yu can also share it to your team mates and can uise multiple times wiht no issue.
No indication on what specific date you do follow up, It would been better if once we have the data date will automatically included.
once you use streak and add the data your emai l will have an indication about the status of the email you've sent, wether it's for follow up, sales etc. proper tracking of the lead data and have an access to the status of your email, you will also know if your email has been viewed or not.
