Vendasta has been great, and our account manager, Amanda Ritz, has been excellent. She's always available to answer questions and offer suggestions.
We have no complaints thus far. We've been clients since early 2023.
Vendasta has filled some of our gaps for digital marketing services with white-label services for our clients.
The processes are extremely thorough. Between the coaches, the webinars, and the education portal it is impossible to fail.

Tech support and response time are good. Giving us the opportunity to offer our clients digital products.
Having packages of digital products already put together is so helpful and convenient. Plus, being able to have a full-service, full-featured dashboard is great!
Some of the interfaces are a bit (not terribly so, just a touch) confusing.

I think there could be a better onboarding process at the entry-level of the subscription. It's there at the upper tiers but I think I would have jumped up a level if the entry level onboarding was more engaging.

I wish the Vendasta platform could be managed in a single tab. Rather than having to toggle between so many different tabs.
The listing tools are the best solution to helping client's get found online in an organic and direct search
I like the Snapshot Report, Executive Reports, and the Business App. These features allow our clients to see what's going on in their marketing and receive updates without us initiating those things manually.
So far, we haven't had any negative experiences with Vendasta. They've delivered as promised. Occasionally there have been slow connection speeds, but nothing out of the ordinary for web-based applications.
The main problems we're solving are the tremendous amount of communication required for clients and the work of fulfillment. The benefit of Vendasta to us is they take a lot of that work off our plate so we can focus on building and nurturing relationships.
My experience working with Hashim has been nothing short of AWESOME! He's ALWAYS early, ALWAYS prepared, and ALWAYS over-delivers when it comes to adding value! I can't count how many times Hashim has come in early or stayed late to provide additional support for my business. It's unexpected and greatly appreciated! I would like a fully white-labeled customer support team to handle the onboarding of any new customers I bring on - a dedicated clients success manager for my business.
Currently, I am working to have my website improved. It hasn't been performing as well as I hoped it would, and the scores show this to be the case. I am hopeful this will be resolved shortly.
Vendasta have packages for all our client's demands. Also the team is always helpful. It's a game-change partnership for us.

With all the work that is being done and the support, there has been a small lag in response team with certain teams when I have a customer asking a question. This would be helpful if we could have more of a quicker response.

The products work for my clients, and I love the support from the entire support staff. The staff at Vendasta couldn't be more helpful or supportive. My current sales support team member, Dakota, is AMAZING!! We meet regularly to discuss sales opportunities, products that would be most helpful to my clients and suggests tips to help close the deal. He has been instrumental in helping my business grow as a sole owner of a bustlng marketing company, its great to have someone so supportive on my team. He is always there to answer questions, offer support and guidance. LOVE working with Dakota and the team at Vendasta!
The learning curve, in the beginning, was a little complicated, but once I learned to navigate the dashboard and the tools available, it's been smooth sailing.

The options for services are all great and well-vetted. The support from our partner Chiara is second to none. She is always responsive, helpful and looking to help increase our client acquisition and retention. We truly have a partnership looking out for our best needs and those of our clients.

They are always upgrading their vendor services. This includes marketing materials and even adding on a widget to accept crypto payments made at my request.

There are some software glitches, but that is to be expected from time to time.
I am able to provide solutions to my clients at scale and can compete with the most robust competitors.

I love the breadth of product offerings. We decided to get involved as we needed to fill out our marketing offering to couple with our software development offerings. The breadth of offering from them and the vendors on the marketplace are impressive. Their onboarding (Katie) and my representative (Josh) were both fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my success
As with anything of this size and complexity the UX could use a little world to truely look world class and compete with the offering in each of their markets. Its easily addressed but it would go a long way in sales calls if it looked a little more snazy. The other issue is the cost. It's quite expensive in a lot of ways, to get access to alot of elements like grey label and white label it's a serious commitment. Other products off these features at a lower price and look much better on the UX side. Ultimately Vendasta has more options.
