Vendasta eliminates the need for multiple standalone software apps, just about everything is under one roof. Not to mention, white labeled fulfillment solutions with a dedicated client portal. The sales and support team are first class!
When I first discovered Vendasta, I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of things this platform offers lol. However, the Vendasta team has held my hand and supported me throughout the onboarding process. I haven't had an unpleasant experience.
Help with scaling through white label fulfillment and eliminating the need for various apps (task manager, CRM, appointment scheduler, outbound email campaigns, invoicing and payments). I've realized with Vendasta, my agency doesn't have to offer everything. We have the option to narrow down our service offering by providing select monthly services that equate to big value for our clients.
Easy to respond to reviews. Responses are pre written, you just have to choose one!

Vendasta excels at customer support. Working with Josh Singh has been nothing but a delight. He is very knowledgeable about the product and the company. If he doesn’t know the answer I have it in a short period of time. They are always there to answer questions whenever you need.
The amount of products a s services they offer can be a little overwhelming at first.
Vendasta has helped with media solutions and consolidation of information for companies. It’s nice to have products and solutions available at the tip of your finger that work!

This is not really a dislike, but more of a suggestion...While its important to have a variety of product options for our customers, a comparison matrix summarizing the features would help to quickly determine which product more closely delivers the value sought by the customer.

I like that the products have all been vetted by Vendasta before we offer them to our clients. Also, the fact that we can access all of our accounts and products from a single sign-in and the training is really great!
It's a little complicated at first, but it's super easy once you have done the training and get used to how the software and dashboard works.

Being able to leverage their vast amount of products at wholesale discounted prices as well as great training to go with it-when they come out with a new product they follow up with a webinare to teach on the subject - also provide copy as well as videos and white pages and any information you need to sell the prodouct
they do have some product that are behind the curve of marketing that the act as cutting edge- plus some other products they remove to soon
Listings issues with local companies, prospect local companies, Digital Presents of a company, getting appointments - easy to farm out smaller tasked that are labor intense or time consuming
The services are up to date according to the latest market trends. The support staff is very helpful and punctual.

They change the design alot do it's hard to find things you use.

There are missing last pieces of the sales process - invoicing and billing as well as customer care support functionality. Currently on the road map and should be ready in 2019.
CRM, Customer center with the possibility to manage online content, check online presence performance and other one-shop stop solutions for customers. E-shop with marketing automation tools.
They are always trying to develop the resources I need as an agency.
Nothing thus far, they have been very fair in all the offerings I have dealt with them in.

The system that Vendasta provides is an easy to use product. All questions and or concerns are handled in an approiate time manner.
On the social side we have had a few minor problems with editing and scheduling out.
