Zoho Mail is a component of the wider Zoho ecosystem–a popular choice among small to medium enterprises. It’s preferred for smaller organizations that are working with smaller budgets. The platform offers access to mobile applications and other productivity features, at very affordable rates. Zoho Mail is also secure. The simplicity of the control panel is certainly an advantage and it provides a big-picture overview of communications.

Zoho Mail is a solid platform for business emails. It syncs well with Apple Mail and also offers great features that my business uses on a regular basis. I've never had any deliverability issues and everything works as it should.
It is not as robust as the Google Suite of products, but I think it works just as well. Additionally, the pricing is just okay. Overall, it's a solid product though.
Zoho helps me connect with my clients through a reliable email system. I've realized the importance of having a platform that works as it should after experiencing issues with another program. Zoho is solid for small business owners.
I like the fact that I can quickly draft an e-mail over my computer or send a quick one through my phone. I have been Zoho mail for five months now, and it is the only software we use to check our inboxes or send emails to our colleagues. I can quickly access a bunch of options with it such as calender, tasks etc. I immedietly receive an intimation if my mail is not delivered to somebody. This is really helpful. Zoho mails is also integrated to Zoho CRM which makes my job so easy. I can keep track of all the emails that i have shared or missed. Adding attachments, changing fonts, colors and styles is pretty simple as well. The support team is pretty helpful as well.
I honestly don't see any downside to Zoho mail. I am still a little unsure of how I see a lot of emails in my undread folder even though I keep track of all my e-mails. There are plenty feature i am yet to discover under the setting menu but I am good for now. There is nothing that I dislike about Zoho mail.
I use Zoho mail to regularly send e-mails to clients, colleagues and also create a scheduled meeting with my clients sometimes. I can easyil draft emails, copy past contect save drafts, keep many tabs open and multitask. I also get reminders to login and join meetings which is helpful. Every single activity that takes place in my office i get a notification which I can always rely on. It is basically my bread and butter.
in my opinion, Zoho mail is the best option for email hosting because unlike the well-known alternatives it offers a generous free plan and you can update as you grow for a reasonable price, the UI is very nice and simple, and at this price point, it’s the email hosting company small businesses should be using.
Whenever I receive a new email on Zoho the pictures are not loaded when I first open it because I have to confirm that I want to show the images, and I have to do this every time!
We use Zoho to get professional emails with our company domain name and it has all the necessary features for a business like creating separate emails for each employee with @ourname.com and a great mobile app to stay notified and reply to incoming emails on the go, we've been using Zoho for years and we never experienced any downtime so it’s safe to say that it’s pretty reliable.
What I like the most about Zoho is a single platform for multiple problems, especially communication and colleberation.
There is no single aspect I dislike about the Zoho platform.
My company communication problem
The flexibility that lets you get an email address for free. That's the main reason I went ahead and used it.
I haven't found anything that I dislike.
Zoho mail allows me to manage all my business emails in one place, and the best part is that I can have an account for free. Plus, it filters very accurately all the emails you receive from spam to the ones that are really a priority.
I use Zoho Mail as part of the bundled Zoho One service. The bundle delivers a massive range of everything I need for my business at a great value, and one thing I particularly like is the integration with the CRM. The webmail client is highly usable, and I particularly value the separate iOS app. If I'm traveling, I want to focus on my business-related mail without all the mailing list and other noise that fills my Apple Mail. The CRM integration makes it easy to keep track of emails that have been part of an ongoing flow with a client or supplier. They have kept up with modern design trends with a clean design and easy Night Mode toggle.
The auto-classification into "Newsletter" emails often puts the first item from a sender in that folder, which is a transactional email but is not a regular newsletter. It would be better if it only did it after a couple of emails from the same source.
I needed a separate email service for my business due to the flood of emails when on holidays. I also use the CRM for suppliers and other business contacts, which provides an integrated communication trail.
I can easily tag my email messages, see what I haven´t read, and mark a few as important. They also have a calendar, which I like because I can organize my schedule so fast! The User Interface is also great! It also has a mobile version, which notifies me when I receive a new email so that´s nice.
Honestly, it is perfect as it is, I really like it!
I manage my professional life there! I sent/receive messages from/for the community, work opportunities, collaboration, organization, and more. That´s why I like that I can add a tag to each email, so I can easily find it later.
Zoho mail is far now the best option I came across for setting up a business email address. It provides you some of the best and economical pricing plans. It is ideal for teams of all sizes. From a small group to a large organization, it lets you seamlessly manage your business emails. One of the best features of Zoho Mail is its Forever Free Plan, which has a limit of 5 users, 5GB storage per user, and an attachment limit of 25MB. It is ideal for those folks who want to leverage the business mail address without spending an additional amount on the mail hosting provider. Configuring Zoho Mail with your domain is also reasonably easy and straightforward. You will get a seamless experience with Zoho Mail
The process of configuring Zoho Mail is easy, but sometimes it takes time to verify the records, and the instructions provided for the integration can be improved. More Interface theme options can be added so that users can configure the look and feel as per their preference.
We are using Zoho mail as a mail hosting service provider. We have realized many benefits such as cost and lower maintenance efforts by using Zoho Mail. Plus, you will not get any useless junk/promotional emails, and a lot of integrations can be added to expand the functionality of Zoho Mail.
Zoho is one of the secure email hosting solutions. The initial configuration is straightforward. We have been using the Zoho mail for over five years, We Started with free, and later we have moved to the paid version. A lot of superb features are there. Very user friend and rialiable solution, so far we did not face any downlime or mainternance time. Fast solution. Lot of great feature are there, such as calender, spamfilter, attahement virus scan..etc. user interface is easy understandable. even non tecnical staff also easily work. I would like to recommand this email solution to small and middle size business organatations. Very afforadable price.
Nothing to dislike, we are happy with Zoho mail
We were spending a lot of money on an on-premises hosted mail server and which was the unsecured solution. Later we realize to move to the cloud. So Zoho mail helps us to fulfill our requirement. The Mobile client is another additional feature. implementation process wont take much time. we have configured with in two hours. Cost effective solution
I had to switch to different business email provider. First I tried Gmail - my emails were not being delivered, the Google mail server IP has been blacklisted. Google support couldn't resolve this. So I switched to Office 365 - again I had problems with emails delivery plus I couldn't access the outlook.com online mail account. Now I was looking at Zoho mail and I was really skeptical about this company which is based in India. But their product has been flawless! Yes the user interface isn't the best looking there is. But signing up was a breeze. They have awesome IMAP migration tool which unlike the one from Office365 works as expected. I migrated 2 business accounts with 50k emails in a while. Setting up DNS was easy and they offer awesome 1EUR/month/user plan. But most importantly, the deliverability of the emails sent by Zoho mail is awesome (10/10 rated by mail-tester.com) and this is really critical for me. Zoho mail is awesome!
User interface is not the nicest there is BUT in terms of functionality it has everything I need. Moreover I access mail only from my 3rd party desktop and mobile apps not online so this is not an issue at all for me.
I needed good email deliverability and email provider that I can rely on. I am very glad I made the switch to Zoho
Zoho Mail is not just about electronic mail. It is packed with so many features, and they are great useful features, not bunch of useless craps. I like that within the zoho mail I can do a quick chat with my colleagues and officemates, so instead of writing a lengthy professional email just ton ask or clarify some papers or ask a favor at work, etc., I simply chat them and it is within my email application. Also, since we have moved from gmail to Zoho Mail, I have never been this proud to use my work email because it is no longer personal looking and very generic. Yes, since we started using zoho mail, it carries our company name, so it is very professional and gives us pride to use it :) And one of my favorites, is the Notes option on my email. Many times, I have important notes I have to keep and so not to lose them, before discovering the Notes option on my email, I have to write myself an email containing the notes for myself, it is effective but hassle. But after discovering Notes within zoho mail, life has never became this easy! I love it.
None. Yes, there is none that I can say I dislike, sorry.
Zoho Mail helps me tremendously in many ways. Communication nowadays of high importance, whether personal or work related. And it must be professional. We can't just send a text message or call anytime our clients when we want to. Zoho Mail comes in in these times. It is very professional since it carries our company name, so the receiver of my email right away knows that it is important and that it comes from us, not just from anybody. Also, like what I have mentioned above, it helps me professionally. Many times, I have to take notes of important information and I have no problem doing that since I don't need extra tool to do that, I can take note and write important details inside my email and I can retrieve it anytime I want. And the other very important application is the chat feature inside my email which I so love because it helps me save to much time and the hassle of writing lengthy intro just like any other work email, with chat inside, I can blow away.
Of all software or apps that I have reviewed and may review in the future, Zoho Mail gets my 101% recommendation and satisfaction ratings. I love Zoho Mail so much. I like the push notification, it is real time! In fact, it has saved me at work more than once or twice. Many times, when I get busy, I seldom look at my email on my browser, and at times, there are some important emails that must be replied to and actioned on immediately, and since my attention is not on my email but paper works, the mobile phone push notifications have saved me many times. I easily and quickly get notified of important emails I needed to attend to. I like that there are several options we can choose from or use them all together if we want to. We have the option to use the desktop or laptop application of Zoho Mail, we can also access it thru any browser of our choosing and lastly, it is also available for mobile gadgets like phones or ipad, so it is always with us. One of the other functionalities inside Zoho Mail is the Notes. Yes, there is a builtin notepad on my email and it is automatically saved. So, for important stuff I need to take note of, I don't use any other platform, I simply use Notes inside Zoho Mail and since it is inside but separate from emails, it doesn't clutter my emails. I just love it!
Honestly, there is nothing to dislike about Zoho Mail. I have been using it for a while now, completely free and works great. There is nothing I can ask for more. Everything there is in an email provider, you can find in Zoho Mail plus other great added functionalities that are very useful for both personal and work use.
In todays competitive environment, it is always important and necessary to stand out and be one step ahead of competition. With Zoho Mail, we don't use gmail or yahoo or any other free email providers anymore because they carry the generic name. Zoho Mail helps us to stand out because we are able to use our own website domain name or brand name, so it is very professional. Clients look at us like big companies even though we are just a small or medium size business. It is very important and helps us a lot not just for our internal communication but most importantly for our communications outside the business like our clients and customers and we get respect out of it because outside the organization, they see our brand name on our email addresses. Another thing that is simply awesome about Zoho Mail is that there is also a builtin chat inside the email application, so when we need to communicate internally and it has to be quick and easy, we often use the chat service inside, it is absolutely great and anyone who would try it, would definitely it is a plus factor and a great problem solving tool aside from the traditional email tool functionality that Zoho Mail provides.
There are so many things I like most about Zoho Mail, there really are plenty but the most are these. First, even though it is zoho mail, it is not generic, meaning we are using our own brand name or company name, not like gmail or yahoo or other generic free email. It is a platform that not provides only email solutions but carries other great tools that really work for me and my officemates. I personally love the feature within email where I can save notes, yes, I stopped using drafts or similar work around since Notes or notepad like feature is available and it is with me anywhere I go, whatever I use so long as I am connected to the internet and I access my email thru zoho mail, I got it. And lastly, I super love the chat feature within email. In fact, we seldom use formal email already unless we are sending email and contents outside our group of organization. But when we try to email or reach people within our department, we often use the builtin chat within zoho mail, we love it!
Sorry to disappoint others, but so far there is nothing negative or something I don't like about zoho mail except maybe that it is not highly customizable, like changing colors of the email platform like most girls do hahhahhha. but for me it is not a big deal since I dont customized much.
From the name itself, Zoho Mail helps with email. But there is more. Like what I have mentioned above, we love that it carries our org name or business name. So it helps us stand out from the crowd and stay on top of the game when it comes to communication via email because it is not generic but has our brand name on it. Despite the fact that we are just a small company, it is important that aside from having our website, our email which is primary communication inside and outside has our company name. It is such a boost!
I like best that Zoho Mail is available online thru most browsers and there is also an app for mobile so I can access, compose, reply and do so much more even on the go. But the best thing is on the pricetag. For a very reasonable price, we are able to have a professional email we can be proud of and has our brand name on it. It is not generic so we can confidently email our clients and can boost our online branding.
Honestly, until now, I cannot think of anything that I don't like or may not like about Zoho Mail. It just simply works great for me and provides me everything that I need and even more!
When I say above that it provides even more, I literally mean it. Yes, Zoho Mail helps us a lot in saving money of course. Instead of buying email with very expensive subscriptions, Zoho Mail gives it in almost just a quarter of most email providers. But we are able to use our brand name so we can boost our presence and even how we deal with our clients. It boosts our confidence since we are using our brand name and not just any generic email like other people use to. It looks very professional. And there are tons of other services inside Zoho Mail which are very helpful like notes, and chat, they are simply my favorites, our favorites in the office. At times, instead of writing formal emails within our organization, we simply chat the other person or persons involve without using any other tools, it's already within Zoho Mail!
The best thing that I like about Zoho is its price. There is no other email client available of this quality and design on this price. This is a really very cost-effective solution. It is one of the best email client gives having features like any other email client and works according to the policies set by superadmin account of our organization. As it is part of the Zoho application suite, other Zoho apps are integrated into it. We can use notes, calendar, contacts and tasks with this. This also gives access to Zoho instant messaging app Zoho Cliq.
The mail is designed such that the images in the mail would not be displayed automatically. This somehow increases the performance but has added another step while using mail to click on display images to get the image.
This is the only email client that we use at work. Our professional email is hosted by Zoho. We use Zoho mail's desktop and mobile application for sending and receiving business emails.
