Our firm just transferred to Zoho Mail for a cheap alternative to mail hosting for our domain. It works fairly easy and seems to be just as good as gmail and yahoo. The value that Zoho Mail provides is very clear once you start using all functions of the software. We pay for the premium service which include: blacklist, spam filters, custom groupings for sending emails, mailing lists, and a bunch of other features. The cost is on a per year basis and Zoho Mail seems to be worth every bit of the small annual fee. They offer both a software version that is usable on the desktop and they have a web version that can be used without any downloads. They also have a mobile app that can make it easy to check your mail on the go.
While there is not much that I dislike about Zoho Mail, the setup process is most likely my least favorite component of Zoho Mail. The set up process took our company about 2 weeks to fully switch over from gmail. Secondly, the website version does not have much of an aesthetic appeal to it. Funcationality wise it seems to work perfectly but there does seem to be a bit of a lack of design within the website version of Zoho Mail. These are not large issues when comparing he value you get with the software overall.
Zoho Mail helps solve the problem of mail hosting with a domain for a low cost. It offers everything any business is looking for in a mail hosting service at a much lower cost than its competitors. It is fairly easy to use so there is no learning curve for employees that are new to the software.
Have all the features, that a professional email suite should have. The prices are extremely affordable and once you buy into their eco system you will not need any other tool to run your business.
The UI can be a lot better and feel more comtemporary. It feel like they are trying to cram a lot of things in a single screen. The learning curve for the product can be a little steep.
We needed a cost effective solution to manage our needs and Zoho provided us with one. It was easy to setup.
Whenever I'm using other email clients, it feels like every word I'm typing is being parsed and piped into a machine learning algorithm and then used to provide me with personalised ads that constantly creep into your private life. Zoho doesn't do any of that, it offers a privacy guaranteed alternative to the big providers whilst still offering the same great functionality. The interface is clean, minimalistic and intuitive to use and helps me with my daily process of reading through emails.
My only issue with Zoho is sometimes it feels a little slow to load or receive emails than the other bigger alternatives, however I feel like this is a small price to pay knowing they're not making money off of targeted ads based on my email contents. Dependent on your preferences, it may not offer the same transitions and animations that other clients offer, but I personally find that those slow my ability to process emails away and steal attention from where it's needed.
I use Zoho to parse through my emails on a daily basis, both personal and work emails. I've noticed a huge benefit in being able to focus and parse emails without having ads directed at me. The UI is certainly beneficial if you're a fan of minimal and functional interfaces.
I like the collaboration ability I have with my teammates. I used to use FrontApp, but switched due to cost and unused functionalities. Zoho Mail allows me to get rid of the forwarding chains with teammates, as we can simply comment in a separate thread along an email. No forwarding needed! ZMail also has tons of personalization and productivity hack capabilities. Just like every other Zoho product, their support is top notch.
So far, nothing about Zoho Mail has displeased me. It is functional, the prettiest Zoho product I have used, and it has an open API for endless other things.
Zoho mail is the hub of my email. I moved away from Gmail and onto Zoho Mail because I wanted the collaboration functionality with my teammates. Beyond that, it integrates much better with my CRM. It has a very user friendly look and feel and is customizable to my pleasure. I like the different tabs that open when I do any number of things like write a draft, go into settings, etc. Just like all the other Zoho products, the pricing on this product is just unbelievable. I do not utilize Zoho Workdrive as it is too much of a switching cost from GDrive but their full suite of offerings is cheaper than anything out there.
Zoho is an incredible e-mail platform, with a distribution of the inbox with different characteristics, which provide more adequate information of the mails received, categorizing this type of messages in different folders, which allows you to find more easily the emails that are received daily, since not all go to the same folder, the interface of this application is fantastic, it is clean and they do not have any type of publicity, the distribution of the board is impeccable, it is a very different mail to the ones normally used, although it has a monthly cost, it is worth every cent to pay it, besides in Zoho not only gives you the mail but many additional tools for the same price.
I feel that the interface on the smart phone can improve a lot, I want to see exactly what I see in the browser, I really like this email, but in the browser, in the application I feel that many features are lost, and I can not find what I need so easy as in the computer, I think you can improve a lot in this, if you could get the same web version in an application would be something fantastic, it may be something difficult to achieve, but not impossible.
A secure email system, highly professional, with all the features, that any user wants, to make their tasks easier, Zoho is a fantastic email, which helps you to manage the inbox in a simpler way and fast
The best thing that I like about Zoho is its price. There is no other email client available of this quality and design on this price. This is a really very cost-effective solution. It is one of the best email client gives having features like any other email client and works according to the policies set by superadmin account of our organization. As it is part of the Zoho application suite, other Zoho apps are integrated into it. We can use notes, calendar, contacts and tasks with this. This also gives access to Zoho instant messaging app Zoho Cliq.
The mail is designed such that the images in the mail would not be displayed automatically. This somehow increases the performance but has added another step while using mail to click on display images to get the image.
This is the only email client that we use at work. Our professional email is hosted by Zoho. We use Zoho mail's desktop and mobile application for sending and receiving business emails.
Zoho mail is far now the best option I came across for setting up a business email address. It provides you some of the best and economical pricing plans. It is ideal for teams of all sizes. From a small group to a large organization, it lets you seamlessly manage your business emails. One of the best features of Zoho Mail is its Forever Free Plan, which has a limit of 5 users, 5GB storage per user, and an attachment limit of 25MB. It is ideal for those folks who want to leverage the business mail address without spending an additional amount on the mail hosting provider. Configuring Zoho Mail with your domain is also reasonably easy and straightforward. You will get a seamless experience with Zoho Mail
The process of configuring Zoho Mail is easy, but sometimes it takes time to verify the records, and the instructions provided for the integration can be improved. More Interface theme options can be added so that users can configure the look and feel as per their preference.
We are using Zoho mail as a mail hosting service provider. We have realized many benefits such as cost and lower maintenance efforts by using Zoho Mail. Plus, you will not get any useless junk/promotional emails, and a lot of integrations can be added to expand the functionality of Zoho Mail.
The best part about Zoho Mail is that so simple and easy to use. The implementation only takes a few minutes. They also offer a free plan for early-stage companies and paid plans for more grown companies with loads of features and functionality to choose from.
The only that we did not like was that it did not have the quality of applications that one can get with Google Workspace. The second main problem is the limitations are very less. They should also increase the email limit to a minimum of 2000 emails per day.
We were looking for a cost-effective email provider that runs on top of our domain email addresses with mailboxes and not just forwarders. Zoho mail is very reasonably priced making it the most effective and cheapest solution to the problem.
