Additionally, while WebinarGeek offers extensive customization options for webinar registration pages, more flexibility in terms of branding and design customization would be welcome. The quality of the stream isn't always that good but besides that everything works fine. Maybe that is because of our own internet. But overall it works good.

It is very straightforward and super easy to use. I can connect all my other platforms and mail such as Mail blue. I haven't planned any automated webinars, but this is defiinitely in the plan and also a reason why I have WebinarGeek. The support is great, they are quick to react and really take the time to help solve things.

All the communication upfront (e-mails) A lot of features such as sales page, automated emails are great. Presentation and other options (such as chat private only for example) during the webinar are also great.
Automated webinars offer low-stress advantages, as they can run on the scheduled day while allowing you to monitor and engage with customers. At the same time, the templates are simple and uncomplicated to add. There is no longer a need to use OBS and other platform for us.
Regrettably, some of our viewers raised complaints about the unavailability of the webinar post link immediately after viewing and the inability to pause, rewind, or scroll back, which proved inconvenient, particularly when they were distracted or preoccupied with other matters. Please share details of where we went wrong with this on your platform if these features are available. Luckily I already had this open on youtube to share. It would have made more sense to have the video upload section in the Webinar part of your interface - this was confusing.

Webinargeek leverde een extra toegankelijke manier om de open dagen en diplomauitrijkingen te delen met nieuwe leerlingen en families van examenkandidaten. De manier waarop we interacties kunnen inbouwen is erg fijn. Zo hebben we een grote retentie van kijkers tijdens de opendag. Verder is de service en ondersteuning erg goed! Ze komen snel met uitgebrijde antwoorden en advies via de chat die direct bruikbaar is.
De abonnementen zijn prijzig voor kleinere en/of non-profit organisaties zoals bijvoorbeeld het ondewijs.
De toegangkelijkhied is niet account afhankelijk. De Q&A functionaliteit was erg goed. We hadden soms duizende vragen binnen 2 uur en wisten die met een groot docentenpanel goed te verdelen onder elkaar via het systeem.

Voordeel is dat de opnames terug gekeken kunnen worden op ieder gewenst moment en dat er een soort archief ontstaat.
Mis soms het contact met de mensen aan de andere kant van de lijn omdat zij over het algemeen niet in beeld komen. Alleen via de chat vragen kunnen stellen. Maar misschien is dat inmiddels aangepast.
Ik heb tot nu toe in 6 jaar geen problemen gehad. Wel vragen die ze snel beantwoorden.

The tool is very user friendly, and when you have any questions or some problems, the customer support is easily approachable and fast. We like the integration with HubSpot!
We dislike the somewhat limited options for designing the landingpages. Besides that is it not possible to couple a unique viewer link to a lead when the lead subscribes for more webinars than one. This is sometimes a struggle in our HubSpot process. Also adding lead ads as a subscription form is not possible yet.
WebinarGeek helps us when we have some issues with the integration with HubSpot and the push from leads. They also helped us with the download of the replay from our webinar what didn't work out last time.
It is a great and simple to use software for your webinars. They walk you through the platform step-by-step to set up your webinar, which is very helpful. They also have a great helpdesk if you have questions. There are also lots of statistics available, so this is also very helpful for me as a marketeer.
The possibilities to edit the e-mails, you are stuck to the boxes they have set up for you. You can't add another title or textbox in the e-mail, or at least I couldn't find this possibility.
There is no stress about the software when hosting a webinar. You know this is working properly and withal the set-up in advance (like polls, e-mails, automatic replay) lots of things you don't have to think about anymore when hosting the live webinar.

There are not enough languages available and the options for uploading video's are to limited.
Our audience needs an easy link to click to follow a webinar. WebinarGeek does exactly this.
