The versatility of this platform is unlike any other forms systems I have used. I use it for several different businesses, all which are client focused and it helps expedite the process throughout their visit. From requesting an appointment, to medication refills, checking in when they arrive and PCI compliant payments - it literally has it all!

There is not much at all that I dislike about jotform. I would like to see the ability to build microsites using the platform.

I requested that there would be an immediate chat to get questions answered as opposed to waiting for a ticket to be resolved within a few hours, and that has been done. I am so grateful for this new development.

I love how organized it keeps me! I am able to keep all of my leads and their preferences in one place. It is alos Extremely user friendnly which goes a long way for someone like me. I love the simplicity of it!

I can honestly say that I do not have any!

It keeps me from having valuable information all over the place. I can just, with the click of the mouse, access all of my business contacts. One stop shop!

Com o jotform conseguimos executar uma extensa pesquisa NPS com perguntas de diferentes tipos. Foi muito fácil também manter a tabela com as respostas compartilhada com os diretores da empresa.

Ability to gather and collate data from a wide base of clients and have them approve their details via signature. Can filter to find specific information after the fact and can attach relevant documents.

Perhaps the limitation of the number of entries under earlier tiers but this can be resolved by purchasing a different tier.

I've found that there is very little I cannot do with this tool, and when I get stuck, searching the support forums nearly always answers my questions with very clear steps.

I dislike that I would have to upgrade to Enterprise, which we do not need, to get the JotForm branding out of our URLs when we share them.

We use this for sign up forms for our events, and using the integration with Google Drive and MailChimp has increased our efficiencies a great deal

Absolutely nothing. I love it. Once i faced a glutch but team was very cooperative in solving that & helping me. Got super quick replies.

My appointment system, feedback mechanism, surveys etc. All my bus requirements are sorted. It saves me a lot of time & documentation.

I get email notifications about all activities over the created forms and its easy to create and delete boxes in the created forms.

The design options of the created forms are a bit restricted, would love to see more design options and more colors available to form creators to suit all different kinds of forms.

Scheduling meetings and time slots reservations with peace of mind.

The forms were easy to navigate and customize and share with my players. I was very happy to be able to see the responses in real time with the email updates. 5/5

I think there could be a better customization option or two but overall not to bad

I wanted to know what my players were interested in a game quickly and easily and I was able to do so from my phone. The players also expressed the ease of access and options.

Love the simple builder design from JotForm Anyone can pick this up extremely quickly and they offer great support if you do need to reach out to their support team.

It can be a little laggy at times and a lot of features are locked behind a pay wall which should be included within the basic plan. On avenge, nothing much to fault.

The ease of duplicating a product easily. We sell tickets and member registrations and these take literally less than 5 minutes to setup once you’ve put in the initial work.

Easy to use. There are a lot of options to customize your forms.

I can't think of any as of yet. I've been using Jotform for 2 years now.

Collecting client leads.

I use Jotform to track and manage all my files as a photographer. Every customer I have HAS to sign off on waivers, and the Jotform platform handles it all. It has an ease of use when creating forms as well. The technical team is easy to access when something goes wrong and assistance is needed.

The app needs a lot of work. I ended up having to delete it because there were so many glitches. I use the desktop version on my mobile, which works way better.

When I have new clients, I send them to a Jotform to get their quote automatically. That saves me time in having to explain my pricing system. When I have a shoot, all customers must fill out model release forms, and it's easy to direct them to it with the App I created to house all my forms. The email generates automatically and is sent to my customers. Jotform has also helped me collect emails for contacting my clients for promotions. Jotforms are used in every aspect of my business, from beginning to end.

I own a salon and was looking for a solution for digital consent forms. This has been by far the easiest and cheapest solution we found. 2 years later we are still using an iPad upon checkin for all of our clients. Easy to use and customize. Affordable and now we are completely paperless.

None! We love it! There's nothing we would change!

We have been able to go paperless and use only digital check in and consent forms. It also captures a photo, signature and the location of who's signing the form to prove the client showed up for their appointments n case they ever dispute the transaction with their credit card. Which had happened to me.

I love that jotform's ease of use and the ability to streamline anything my mind can come up with. There are so many connectors and apps that it interacts with, I have used it for simple and complicated processes.

It needs some help on the help section of jotform. there are so many options to choose from, but I find a hard time finding how to use everything

Jotform is simple to use and very malleable as a platform. There are multiple templates to use and seemingly endless widgets, plugins and features that can be added to every form you create. Easy to use for surveys, but complex enough to also handle e-commerce. The free version gives you 5 forms, and the premium service is affordable if you have requirements for your business that would exceed that number. I personally use it to run surveys for my fantasy football league, confirmation documents for performance events, voting platforms for customers, appointment scheduling for clients and even a ticket store for live events. I highly recommend creating a profile and exploring the options Jotform can provide to help you and your business moving forward.

Full form duplication is easy and intuitive but individual page duplication within a form is not as easy to figure out. Solid support, but most problem solving comes from exploring forums.

Adding audience voting to a live performance through a simple jotform allows me to track more clients and create a more active customer database to promote future events.

The flexibility of design and integration of purchasing items.

The high price of enterprise. There are work arounds but collaboration is tough with anything else.

Double emails when a form is filled out, only needs to be one!

It has saved me having to create forms for people to join internal systems and it helps me to manage and store historic data.

There are so many helpful tools on Jotform that will help any one expand their ideas and it has so many options and tools that might not have been thouht about to add to a project. Once a person gets familiar with the features, its very easy to use.

At the current time, there isn't anything I do not like. I would encourage to have a step by step guideline to print out so newbies can print or have another screen up to follow the instructions.

One problem that we were facing was keeping track with our customers on our meal plan. It was also difficult for the customer to submit their oder to us in a timely matter.
