Many use cases make it easy to justify ROI
Sometimes pricing and packaging don't seem to align with use-cases you can activate.
We use it to source contacts. We also automate a lot of interesting ad-hoc use cases. Finding new jobs for old users, etc.
Everything is best on Apollo.io. There are many features that we can use for free. As an employee of any company, it is difficult to pay for any extension, but as an apollo.oi user, it provides free services like free unlimited credit for email IDs and free contact details, all of which are accurate.
There is nothing to dislike about Apollo.io. Sometimes the extension logs out from a device like LinkedIn or email,and sometimes it works slowly. So, these things take time to process again.
If anyone is a data analyst, then Apollo.oi solves many problems. It helps save time and find the best data. If we compare other extensions with apollo.oi, there is nothing better than this extension. It benefits in many ways, like we don't have to pay for data, there is 99% accuracy, and there are unlimited credits.

I've tried a lot of email finders and this one is a cut above the rest. The overall functionality to filter and hone in on the right prospects and to manage the data around your prospects is really well done. Apollo is a much better value than several other systems I've used and evaluated.
Overall it's great and I've been able to do nearly everything I've wanted to do. It's a big system with lots of capabilities, and that creates a learning curve. You have to be pretty dedicated to getting it set up and working exactly the way you want it to be successful with it and take advantage of all it has to offer. I'd like ot see Apollo add more features to improve deliverability and reduce spam flagging risk via the outbound email send queue settings such as more flexilibity in the spacing of email sends (such as introducing a random delay between emails of say x to y minutes per email).
Apollo helps me quickly find prospects, gather the information I need to market to them, and then launch marketing to each of the prospects I find. It streamlines my prospecting workflow to have everything built into the system and integrated with my email system (G Workspace) and some of my other systems.

Should have a step by step guide on the process from creating persona to sending out the emails. I had to navigate the app on my own looking for where the things are. There should be a checklist or Documentation somewhere. It did have a bit of learning curve, but they were easy to use once I did find where they were and connecting every part of the system. I'm still new using the app, but will get better.
It's making it easier to research potential Client leads in LinkedIn without going through so much data and not knowing the criteria to what to search for and if those potential leads are even looking for my services. Love that it's an all in one platform that does market research, CRM, email sending and receiving and account Management.

I wish it was a little easier to send emails to a mass amount of people from the same template, rather than having to collect the emails one by one and send the emails one by one. That would streamline my experience significantly.

The only thing I dislike about Apollo, is that they don't have an App. It would be wonderful if they did, as you could check your work progress whenever and even get notifications.

The interface of Apollo.io is user friendly. I like all the filtering and buyer intent signals. There is an integration with our CRM which is easy to use and pushes contacts into our CRM. I have found that that data is accurate and gives me access to more buyers than I could find on my own research or with tools that are very expensive for small businesses.
There are 1600 categories for buyer itenent data and the 6 I choose are "close" to what we do. It might be helpful to have keyword search over categoies. You do have to upgrade to the pro plan to filter from the categories and I didn't know that when I signed up and so sometimes it is a little clunk to narrow down my search results.
Giving me accurate contact data on relevant buyers. I want to know who is looking for what I sell so that I can make that connection.
