The tool keeps improving itself. From new features to improve the quality of data, it's been making positive changes since the beginning. The latest feature which mentions the notice date is actually really good since it lets you know the user is firstly aware that his contact information is with zoominfo plus he's also open to receiving external information. The Intelligence tool helps cut short most of the time spent on finding information about the prospect since it gives you links to all the articles the particular contact has been featured in and what topics he has been speaking on, this is not only helping in understanding what his interests are in but couple it with the pain points which is another great feature of this tool, you should be able to accurately figure out how to position your product pitch to the contact.
Few things like suggesting contact updates should be faster or more in real-time. Users should be able to make changes for Zoominfo, rewarding users with some kind of points/badges etc for alerting zoominfo about contact moves should be considered. Also, lack of international data (outside USA) should be looked into.
Finding the right contact in a $B organization is a challenge, let alone their contact details like direct phone and email. The org chart is a great feature that helps you understand the hierarchy. Benefits include increased connections, better conversations, being able to make use of intelligence before reaching out to prospects is some of the things I have realized.

As a sales executive, an important part of territory planning is establishing marking style campaigns. This process needs to be efficient so that I can spend the bulk of my time on targeted messaging and opportunity management. The platform has so much aggregated account and contact data and makes it easily consumable. The integration with SFDC makes high level campaign planing extremely efficient.
Amazing platform! No need to scrap the web for leads and contacts. No need to hire someone off of Fiverr.com to scrape content and leads. ZoomInfo gives you practically everything you would ever need! I love the functionality of their platform to allow you to really dig deep and hone in on specific types of companies and contacts that you are looking for. Their filter toolbar allows you to really get very granular with your searches to allow you to find the ultimate lead! I've never found a better resource out there!~ Not only that, but their customer service is second to none. Spenser B. has been super responsive and helpful in addressing anything/everything I need. The company scoops are extremely powerful as well! ! ! Can't say enough good things about this company!~
There are a few functionalities that can still make this amazing resource a little better. When I finally have selected the group of companies or contacts, it would be nice to have more column downloadable options. For example, for companies, I would like the ability to download the "company description" or columns of data for the technology the companies utilize. These kinds of things can still be requested from their advanced analytics team, but I would like the ability to do it myself if needed. In the filters toolbar I would also like to see the ability to select "And" or "Or" when selecting two filters to get more granular on my search.
Premium company content, premium leads, premium company scoops. This is driving our sales and marketing campaigns!
Up-to-date information and ease of use, combined with additional information such as direct competitors. While not every single company is in the system, Zoominfo is constantly updating and adding new information. The ability to find candidates that no one else is currently speaking with is a huge help as well. I have found candidates that had zero interest in making a change, so instead, we talk about the market. Being able to discuss the current market situation with someone that is directly in the field has helped immensely as well. The office I work in has been able to take this information and adapt accordingly while navigating the current covid situation. The website is well designed and very easy to use. Being able to adjust my search criteria quickly has led to even faster completion of filling open job orders.
Rarely, the information is out of date or completely wrong, but it is fairly rare. I do wish that all employees were listed as well. I know that part is rather difficult to obtain, but one can dream! Being able to open companies on multiple tabs would be beneficial as well!
We are working on completing our database of construction workers, while also finding fantastic talent. Zoominfo allows us to truly find talent from well-known companies. It has led to finding candidates that no one else would find because they are not listed on other sites like LinkedIn or a company website.
The accuracy of the data, intent, and Hubspot integration! While it is not the cheapest, it is the best. I compared 10 of these lower cost tools prior to moving forward and the data always came back weak. I have gotten numbers and emails that evaded us for months or years. THe team has been incredible on implementation as we are a bit of a one off. The software, service, and value are in the top 5% of tools we utilize.
You get what you pay for in this life - this isn't the cheapest tool. You have to decide how valuable Lead Generation and accuracy of your prospect and customer data really is to the organization. The answer should always be the highest investment priority in my opinion.

I love how easy it is to use. You can search by company name, contact name, company size, location, employee count, annual revenue, etc. Usually, the information found there is information that isn't found anywhere else and is accurate contact info to get to the person you are trying to reach. It would be impossible to do my job without ZoomInfo. The ability to upload the found data into our CRM is so easy and compatible. I have found that the administrators at Podium have been able to adjust certain settings to get more info or less uploaded into accounts that I am working and it makes it nice not having to go back and forth between the CRM and ZoomInfo to get the information uploaded. I have also seen that if the contact has a Linkedin account, that there is a link within the contact page to be directed to their page. Easy one-stop shop for all the information I need to be successful.
I know that the software does its best uploading the most accurate contact information possible, but it would be nice if it updated quicker, with any role changes within the company. I haven't used the email checker, but I would recommend automatically checking the validity of emails, before posting the information for a contact. That would make one less step for the user to find out the accuracy of the lead.
Prospecting and outreach. If you are looking for KDMs or champions within an organization and you need their contact information, this will do it for you. The ease of uploading the found information into Salesforce is so great! I have used other prospecting tools from plugins with Linkedin and have found that the data within ZoomInfo is extremely accurate and helpful. The time it takes me to discover all the champions and KDMs within a specific company is cut by like 500%. No joke, I can spend hours on Linkedin and Google searching for information that is found within minutes by using ZoomInfo. It also makes my job easier by not having to call every location of every company and doing investigative work to find out who the KDM is and what their contact information is.

If you sell to small businesses or sole proprietors it might not be more helpful than other platforms. Just to give context for my definition of small business I would say under $1,000,000 in revenue.
this tool is hands down the best tool I have seen for B2B sales professionals. The amount of information which someone could use to add value to customers is unparalleled.
Here's a crash course in customer success. Yesterday afternoon I ran into an issue logging into my ZoomInfo account. I sent an email to our customer success manager, Elise Fajen at 4:17pm. At 4:21pm I received a call from Elise. 4 minutes. It had to take at least 30 seconds to read my email, so we'll call the final response time 210 seconds. That's faster than Jimmy John's We were able to troubleshoot the issue and get me right back to creeping on your data!

We used ZoomInfo to build out our initial database and now use it to fill holes in our contact and company data while leveraging their intent data.
Getting direct contact information (phone numbers & Email Id). The processing time is speed and chance of getting US & Canadian contacts is 90%. Other country contacts are also available in ZoomInfo, but the chance of getting them is around 40%.
Whenever i need a bulk of contacts, i cannot directly download from ZoomInfo. I had to upload the list of companies with proper formatting along with changing the file type. Although ZoomInfo has many other additional features, but they are ineffective and inaccurate. ZoomInfo relays data based on LinkedIn profiles, they don't do any extra research.
I search for contacts related to CFO and Tax heads, before initiating a Sales Pitch. It minimizes most of the time involved in reaching to concerned person in a company.

I've realized without ZoomInfo, I wouldn't be in the position to prospect - nor reach out to the people I need to. Love the Outreach feature that I have downloaded on my Chrome. This extension is a must have!
The post-sales team and setup has been amazing, we are getting started with more ease and more consultative insights into how we can approve that I imagined possible.

There are really no downsides, the only thing I would change is to remove the data restrictions on the number of monthly downloads.
