It is a tool that allows us to establish conditions for respondents to see only the questions they must answer. We can also configure the forms to generate emails and display messages based on user input. We can connect the forms with secure payment merchants such as PayPal, 2Checkout and Stripe to be able to make sales, collect donations and accept payments online. It is possible to create personalized final pages that connect with customers, establishing a relationship with customers by displaying relevant messages or redirecting them to a website. It is also possible to transform forms into downloadable PDF files with ease and customize them to suit our needs. Respondents can also download their form submissions in PDF format for their records which is very helpful.

We can create some nice forms, but we cannot limit the amount of notification emails sent to a user. The only anti-spam that it has is CAPTCHA. Also, inexplicably, it cannot be easily sent to the mailing lists in Zoho Campaigns that has a very poor registration form creator, so it would make sense to use this application better.

We can create and share forms online, receive email alerts and get our team to manage the data, it is much easier to do so thanks to Zoho Forms. From the creation of forms to the automation of workflows, this tool takes care of everything. It allows us to integrate forms into websites, share them privately or publicly.

I like the simple functionality and overall design of the interface. I don't need to have much of a technical background in order to get this form system up and running effectively. We basically move fields into place exactly where we want them to appear in the form. That makes it easy to figure things out as we move along. We can instantly see how a form looks and make changes right away, if needed. The price is very reasonable and much lower than if we were to create forms from scratch with web hosting databases, PHP and HTML code.

We've used Zoho Forms as a quick and secure platform for creating and hosting professional business forms online. We can cut our work time dramatically by simply adding and editing fields with their straightforward form creation tool. We have been able to obtain large amounts of quality feedback from leads and current clients. We have also used Zoho Forms to compile team data regarding project activities.

Its easy to use, and intuitive. Has a lot of options for forms and fields. It integrates easily with Zoho CRM and other Zoho Tools

Not a lot of flexibility with the look of the form. They have themes, but if I want to adjust columns and put two to a column, etc it requires changing the HTML a little, which if you're not fluent in HTML you shouldn't be doing.

Collects user data

I like the alerts and the ability to easily collaborate. The mobile app is great for keeping up with what is going on when on the road. Storage of docs is easy and secure. It is simple to create a new form and the formulas are all there fro Spreadsheets. Sharing docs is also nice and makes being out of the office a breeze.

I would like to see more templates for project management. Also some different templates such as dashboards and risk management/issue tracking. There is times were I was not able too sync the mobile app with the server. This only happened a few times.

Zoho Forms can be easily built from within my Zoho CRM. I can ask for any field information whether it's a lead or contact and built a customized form in a couple minutes. Forms can be made to capture information for any CRM field group that I want for that specified offer. Whether I'm offering an eBook, Webinar, Report, Newsletter, Solution, Product, etc. a new form specific to the offer can be made easily, and added to any webpage quickly. The need for developer technical assistant to build simple widgets is almost extinct!

The style and beauty of the forms can be upgraded with more features to point and click good design. If there were more prebuilt designs like you get in Canva, I'd be a lot happier with this product.

As a freelancer growing into a valid business complete with systems, tools and people is a big challenge. So to afford to pay other freelancers while I'm freelancing is difficult place to be. With better software I'm able to spend less on hiring professionals for projects and get more out of my tools so that I can continue to grow my freelancing business by reinvesting into it. Saving money from paying the wrong people to get a job done is a big challenge, not one you'll experience in a larger business with enough people or cash to get jobs done well and quickly.

I love how easy and intuitive it is to create and edit forms for our organization. We have forms that are used internally and forms that we share publicly with our customers. The Zoho ecosystem makes it easy to parse through our customer forms and set up useful automation or alerts.

The downside to forms would be the internal access to some of them. viewing form reports, or assigning permissions and ownership isn't as straightforward as I would like.

Zoho Forms helps us to better stay organized internally with company-wide projects. The forms that we make available to our customers help make the onboarding process and lead generation so much easier. Couple with automation, we've seen some time-saving improvements to our workflow.

Overall user experience is smooth when it comes to setting up your form

Zoho is known of having the best design for their products.. It is colorful, and more enticing. Again, this product is accessible on cloud and this improves on security and effectiveness. The software is also straightforward and lightweight. Lastly, it integrates with other Zoho items.

The overall performance of Zoho Forms is impeccable and effective. However, this object is not for the poor.. The implementation fee and the amount used for subscription are high. This issue should be looked after.

We used zoho Forms to create, modify, and edit different Forms on the cloud.. Eventually, the reasons for this forms is to plan and manage various programs in our company.

I like that Zoho Forms is flexible. I can configure the form to send an e-mail to internal users or create a ticket in Zoho Desk. As well, I can customize the layout to conform to our company brand guidelines.

Zoho Forms requires some software development knowledge. This limits creation and making configuration changes. Currently, we are making all the changes within the IT teams. I would like it to be accessible to lay users.

We are automating the collection of feedback from our partners and internal users. The ticketing system helps us keep track of bugs or configuration issues with our software. We are also planning to implement some refund forms so that we can move away from paper forms.
