Zoho forms are simple and easy to use. They have several options for input fields, customization of forms, conditional logic and integrate well into WordPress.
I wish the UI was cleaner and simpler as it takes a while to get used to where everything is. As much as I enjoy customizing my forms, that could also be simplified by opject as opposed to style first then object. (Ex borders>button or box. Button>border)
We wanted a more seamless integration of CRM to WordPress. It has been beneficial to keep all results for multiple clients in the same portal as opposed to forms directly on each site.
The Zoho Forms has come a long way in working well with the CRM and being useful for many purposes. It has been a great resource for us to gather data for our system and about our clients so that we can make sure to follow up accordingly. I like that we can make is dynamic as well as design it the way that we want to for our own company branding.
I dislike that there are hidden "limitations" that you don't really know about until it affects the customer. The system pushes new leads into the system 99% of the time, but not always which also causes frustration. I think it has the ability to be very clean and useful for the majority of your needs.
We are having all our clients apply through Zoho Forms, as well as have created several landing pages on the website with forms which has been extremely helpful.
It is cheap and have easy customization. You can access it from mobile and give different level of access based on the account profile. It is an integrated approach to business problems which give it an edge over competitors
The customer support is not that good, I mean it's fast to act but the person on other hand doesn't seems to be interested and can be rude sometimes. The team also seems to be not properly trained.

forms are not really fancy and you cant import fonts or move around. It does look like from 90s, old fashioned style form. Some businesses might be okay, but otherwise its worth spending money on a proper contact form plugin

Zoho is ambitious and relentless in adding and improving products.
The only deal-killing problem is when a form is partially filled out and the person needs to return again there is a pop-up box with a slug of code that the user needs to copy and save to return... this drives away the average user... I love ZOHO and appreciate their intense desire to improve so I hope they get this under control soon.
