Nothing! This is one of the greatest platforms out there for business video.

Using Wistia, I have been able to identify key digital behavior metrics that reflect a sales leads's intent and engagement with using our service. The benefits of video marketing analytics is that instead of throwing a video on YouTube and hoping for results, I can post a video on Wistia and track who watched, when they watched and how much they watched. This in combination with email marketing software has made the marketing behavior assessment of a lead incredibly revealing.

What is let's you upload, add subtitles, track people who watch, along with all the other features of YouTube.

It seems to take a little longer to upload, and my team never really remembers the password, once we log in and wait for the upload though, we can add a lot of details and metadata to our videos.

Wistia is extremely user-friendly, powerful, and intuitive. I am able to upload, edit, and share videos without any problems. I also love the ability to insert custom call-to-actions in my videos in order to drive lead generation. Integrates well with my marketing automation tool (Pardot), and has good reporting tools.

The only major drawback is the price, especially compared with competitors. Wistia does have an amazing set of features, though.

The straight-forward, user friendly user interface is great. The available tools are robust with enhancements made regularly. The reporting features are well presented and easy to understand, which gives us great visibility into how our video content is being consumed. The Wistia community is awesome as well. It is a very enthusiastic and supportive community.

Honestly, it's difficult to find something not to like. Recently we've had a minor issue with videos defaulting to HTML5 in Chrome, but resolution is already underway.

We are distributing better videos since moving to Wistia. Their heat maps and other reporting tools help us see our viewers behavior, allowing us to tweak our production techniques and delivery to improve the overall experience. Being part of their online community has also allowed us to share the experiences of others to enhance our craft, learn new things - all of which leads to a better video product for our viewers.

Full analytics on video views. Expansive labs. So many different things you can do with video hosting, I wish I had more time to test all the features!

Video hosting w/o having to use Youtube or Vimeo. Better analytics. We can see when people stop watching videos, etc and make decisions based on that.

Very easy to use and simple to embed video into your website. The guys at Wistia are constantly enhancing the service with new features. I'm a big fan of the integration with my marketing automation solution, which allows me to see when an identified prospect views a video on my site, which video they viewed, how long they viewed the video, etc. Must have for marketers who are serious about adding video content to their website.

For our target audience, I like having our own branded video hosting service (as opposed to using YouTube, for example.) Wistia also puts out great content (blogs and video) to help companies like ours develop better content.

Wistia is more expensive than other options I looked at, but it offers the best range of features I wanted.

We needed a simple way to host videos and embed them on our website. Wistia does that with style.

The Wistia team has put together the best video hosting platform I've used. The near real time analytics (heat maps) that the platform shows are so helpful when creating video content. As an example, you can see the parts of your videos that were watched, rewatched, skipped etc. I also love that they are continuously innovating and share what they are working on. Embedding the videos is simple, elegant and is fantastic for marketing and email automation .

So far I can't think of anything I dislike.

Video Hosting, Video Analytics, Web Content Management. After producing a number of videos and reviewing the analytics, aka 'heat maps,' we were able to produce better content that was shorter and more to the point. Additionally, with the analytics we could see who from our email marketing campaigns were opening and viewing the videos and what part of the country they were from.

I tried many video platforms throughout the years but Wistia is the best buck for your money. It's user-friendly and it's easy to get colleagues on board.

If you have a large database of videos it's not always easy to organize your videos and find them back.

It's the perfect videoplayer for your website that connects with Hubspot so you can score your leads or customers. We use it for marketing and support and HR videos.

It's so easy to use, I have used it for over a year, video processing is super fast, built-in tools work amazing. I have saved so much time because of the platform.

Maybe get faster while proccessing videos? The edit tools need to be better.

Legacy users benefits could have been better. Something to be avare that packages can get smaller and the price bigger.

The platform's ease of use was helpful, and I found a lot of benefits in sharing recorded videos with customers and clients. It was easy to upload and share too. Hubspot integration makes tracking things easier for us even after an event or webinar has ended. I also benefited from the built-in analytics to track my campaign progress.

The only thing we found was that the platform is expensive for per-user licence and then when the wider team uses it. I wish they could be a bit more cost-effective
