I find that managing a team is alot easier when I am able to track what they are doing and see how they are spending their time during the work day. I like that I am able to see everything my team does as well as getting emails when they are on sites they should not be using. It allows me to really monitor their day and make sure time is being spent correctly for what they are getting paid to do. I find that seeing the sites used is nice to an extent.
I find that sometimes pulling time cards is a bit difficult as there are different places you need to go rather than being all together in 1 place. I would like it if there were maybe random screen recording that took place because sometimes they can just close a window they shouldnt be in and it may not always capture what they are actually doing. I would like it if when you look at their time spent links- you can click on them and see how those sites are being used vs just seeing the link itself. I do not feel that the current way is completely accurate.
I am able to monitor my team and make sure that everyone is on task with what they should be doing as well as tracking poor time use which I find is a great feature. I am solving the ability to track each employees time and make sure there isnt any wasted day.

We work in the eLearning segment and have to track the time of our 4 instructors who work on an hourly basis. TimeDoctor covers all our needs by providing such features as tasks (that we use to track time for every student separately), screenshots and poor time use (to be sure that we don't pay for non-work related time) and payouts. Also, it's stable and easy to use.
The 'tasks' functionality is a little bit limited for our needs, - we'd like to archive them instead of deletion. But this is our own case of using Time Doctor.

I enjoy the ease-of-use and daily reports that show me the amount of time I spent on each and every product. But sometimes when I have forgotten to update my calendar, I can edit and modify what I'm working on easily. I really like the ease of use and the ability to log different projects with different clients. I also like the reminder function for time that I'm spending not working and it prompts me when I spent too much time not working.
The logging of manual time is a bit clunky, It is difficult to log an exact time if you have to scroll through every minute of the day. I would prefer it if they could break it up into minutes and hours to get this done quicker.
I can log exactly the amount of hours that I spend per client and per project. It makes billing easy at the end of the month.
