At first I just used Timedoctor to see where my days went.. And now it has become an absolute integral part of our business, and we will be rolling it out for all staff - not just senior staff members. It's a simple and very reliable tool with a great interface. It ticks all boxes, screenshots, project allocation, exporting of data.. the list goes on.
Because TimeDoctor fulfils all of our needs, and it has an easy to user interface. It prompts you to use it so you don't easily forget. And it's well priced, so I have no dislikes.
We have realised with ease what projects are profitable on our time vs. ones that aren't. We have learnt to allocate time much more efficiently based on the data that Time Doctor provides. Also, we solve the age old "What are you doing on our campaign" - boom, pull the report on their project and you can simply hand it over :)
Syncing timers from mobile apps, desktop software and third-party systems keeps time logging accurate and works with you, not constraining your workflow in any way - fully editable across all data - a joy to use!
No website-based timing, which would make it perfect, in addition to the mobile & desktop clients.
Easy project & task logging, especially good for tracking software development times against estimates
Time Doctor's time clock is intuitive and is always sending me reminders - because I have a terrible habit of forgetting to clock back in after breaks. More so, the ability to adjust your preferences makes it easy to custom tailor those notifications to suit your specific needs.
Not much to dislike here - I've used a lot of time clocks in the past and Time Doctor is my favorite by far.
Using Time Clock to track efficiency, hours, and tasks makes juggling teams of contractors easy.
Integration with third party services (trello).
Missing integration with gitlab. Trello integration takes users other trello boards which are unrelated to timedoctor project.
Running a startup company, tracking time and payment integration. Benefits? Good one, I guess people are stuck to their chairs and have to do work instead of slack off.
Very easy to work upon this app as a admin and we get timely support as well. As a team they always work upon their improvement.
They gererally take a bit more time in publishing a new feature.
We were able to maintain proper attendance based on work performed by the employee.
Time Doctor has always been our go to platform whenever we have questions on productivity by the agents. It eliminate guesses as the platform itslef does its wonder on proofs such as screenshots and urls being accessed by our agents.
Integration with Zendesk can be improved further (a bit minor) but generally ticket contents are never shown on Time Doctor.
Sure with our ticketing platform we can generate productivity by relevant metrics such as # of tickets handled, SLAs, and CSAT. However, there are quite a lot of instances whereby we need to delve deeper if agents are indeed maximizing their manhours effectively. With Time Doctor, its powerful capability acts as a lens to see through the daily activity of agents which by far is very helpful for leads to eliminate bad behaviors and set correct perspective to the team.
People know what project is one working on during a day to map work vs cost matrix
Easy to fool and just start the timer for any project
Work done vs Cost
It increases productivity of employees and all the team members of the company. We can pause it when we are not working.
It takes screenshot of us every 3 minutes which is Little annoying. I think taking screenshot of our desktop is enough.
Increases productivity of employees and help effectively monitoring the work they have done.
Easy to clock in and out and track your time. Checking out how much you are earning is also a great feature. I can keep track of my work hours and how much I will be paid.
It is not a dislike. It's more of a feature that Time Doctor might consider having. More of the HR features will help profile employees better. Notifications and Announcements will also keep employees posted.
Tracking my time and real-time checking of how much I am earning. I can also access it on my mobile device. Very easy to clock in and out. And if no activities for a
As a first time user it was very easy to use. The interface was easy to understand and get used to. It helps in logging in the accurate work hours and helps keep a track very easily
Nothing to dislike in Time Doctor application so far. It has been a very good experience till date for me. I have not found any cons in the Time Doctor application
It is benefitting me by helping me keep a track of the work hours that I am logging in very easily. it makes it easy for my empolyer to keep a tab of the work being logged in too.
It enables all team member to have an efficient use of their time while measuring data for reporting. Also serves as a safety net for both employee and employer.
There are times when Time doctor has different bugs and at times slow. Also presents some lag after updating the app on either the desktop or mobile. Though it has great reporting, it does not include the screenshots when report is sent via email
We use to have issues with employees that are not working efficiently and does not make good use of their worktime. With Time Doctor we are able to address that.
What I like best about Time Doctor is its easy use. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, saving me much time and frustration. I also appreciate the detailed reports and insights it provides, which help me stay on track and improve my productivity. Overall, Time Doctor is invaluable for anyone looking to manage their time more effectively.
From a user perspective, one aspect I find somewhat disappointing about Time Doctor is its limited mobile functionality. While the desktop version offers a range of features and capabilities, the mobile app lacks some of the functionalities that make Time Doctor so useful.
Time Doctor is solving the problem of time management and productivity at work. By tracking time spent on tasks and providing insights on how to optimize workflow, Time Doctor helps me better manage my time and increase my productivity. This ultimately benefits me by allowing me to complete tasks more efficiently and effectively, leading to a better work-life balance and less stress.
Very easy and useful software to monitor and track the resources
Sometimes it's missed track some hours which is a dislike for me
Time tracking and employees monitoring is very important task to improve productivity.. Time doctors is helping me on that
It gives us an overview of the whole CS operations in terms of agent performance, be it: productivity, attendance, idle time and productive hours, etc.
Integrations can be limited in terms of functionality i.e. when someone would want to deep-dive on Zendesk tickets then it is not possible. Capturing precise data is dependent on tool installations.
Agent monitoring vs their scheduled shifts, their productivity, and what is the time spent to complete per agent per task. This also gives us a peace of mind for leads to monitor their agents in the background.
Time doctor has its unique feature of time tracking which really helps managers and employees in managing their overall time which really increases their efficiency.
Time doctor although provide the free trial service for the users but still is not cost efficient and not affordable for all users. Also they can improve their user interface service.
Time doctor is solving the problem of how to really manager our time individually. It helps the organization is managing their time which increases their overall performance and help them achieving their goals.
The ease with which you can add the extension and use the tool for capturing productivity.
Not sure I have one at this time. This app has had some minor hiccups with capturing activity but nothing a few moments and a refresh button can't help.
This application provides us with a good idea of employee productivity and when we need to pivot by adding additional resources to support our team.
. Time Doctor enables me to track my time accurately across different tasks and projects. What's more, it comes packed with productivity monitoring features that have helped me uncover areas for improvement and eliminate time wasters. With Time Doctor's ability to integrate seamlessly with various tools and platforms, it is an incredibly versatile and convenient option. One of the best features is real-time reporting, which allows me to monitor the productivity of my team members and gauge how they spend their time on various tasks and projects. Time Doctor also offers excellent employee management capabilities, such as setting productivity targets, tracking attendance, and generating payroll reports. I wholeheartedly recommend Time Doctor as a comprehensive tool that can take your efficiency and productivity to the next level.
I had difficulty navigating Time Doctor's interface, especially if they were new to the platform. It may be frustrating when you're attempting to get started with a new tool and need help understanding how it works. Also, I've noticed that some people have expressed concerns about Time Doctor's monitoring features. While it can be helpful to have tools that track keystrokes and take screen captures, it's understandable that some individuals might feel uneasy with that level of monitoring. Ensuring that our tools respect our privacy and personal boundaries is crucial.
I recently discovered Time Doctor, a fantastic tool that can help businesses optimise their workflow and increase efficiency. One of the best impacts of it is the productivity monitoring and management feature. It allows companies to identify areas to improve and make necessary adjustments. It's straightforward to track how your employees spend their time with Time Doctor, so you can better allocate resources and prioritise tasks accordingly. The reporting feature is excellent, too, because it means you can be confident that you're making the most of your team's time and energy.
provide immediate attendance check, we can check if the employee is productive by keeping a check through screenshots. Also we have an idea when employee logged in or logged out.
sometimes the timer not working. Time Doctor counted less time or got stuck. unable to access the deleted user if someone reactive all settings we have to do it again.
Immediate Attendance check, Keep track of websites the employee is using also maintain different reports through which we can assess the progress of the employees.
The most effective way to create an idle function is via the Time Doctor task timer. A full-service digital marketing agency is where I work as an SEO. I can track how much time I spend working overall, how much time I spend on specific clients, and how much time I spend sitting about. The program allows me to monitor and audit all of the personnel in the organization, and it includes a wide range of fairly extensive settings.
Time Doctor's application has so far not proven to be objectionable. Up till now, I've had a positive experience. The Time Doctor application has no drawbacks that I can see.
It has improved my ability to pay attention, avoid time waste, and track how much time I spend on each task. Because of this, I've been more productive and have learned where to focus on getting greater outcomes.
We had a very good experience of using Time doctor. It has helped us in managing the working of our team and has significantly increased the output of theirs. I am very thankful to Mr Ram, he is very polite and down to earth person and has always been there with us whenever we needed any support. I would recommend the tike doctor to all companies specifically the companies offering work from home.
Its a little costlier as compared to other similar softwares. I guess the price should be a bit competitive.
It has helped us in tracking every employee in our company and has helped us in increasing the productivity of each employee.
