I love the conversational style interface- very engaging for people taking the survey.
I don't like that there aren't a lot of customization options for the background. Once you pick one look, that's how the whole survey will be.
I'm able to very easily send out a link to engage people with the survey. One of the benefits is that people don't have to complete the survey in one sitting- they can easily come back to it.
SurveySparrow is easy to use and I was able to make a survey quickly. In addition, I had a question about how the answer of a certain questiontype was calculated and the customer support scheduled two video calls with me to help answering my questions.

I like that they have upgrade options that provide greater customization and allow for more questions without overspending for amounts of surveys you may never use. After comparing it to others, it was more user-friendly and reasonably priced.

I have many positive things to say about SurveySparrow. It is a very useful platform for collecting information. Compared to other platforms, its user interface is very simple and easy to use. It offers a variety of question types, making it advantageous. It is also relatively cheaper compared to its rivals in the market. Lastly, the technical support/customer service is really excellent. Although I experienced some lags earlier, it was easily resolved. My subscription is tailored-fit to what I really need. Two thumbs up!
Generally, there is nothing to dislike. However, I would love to have the ability to somehow tweak the images/background per question, without the actual need for css customization.
I am presently doing a survey as an academic requirement. I am still at the earlier phase so we will have to see how beneficial SurveySparrow is to me. As of now, it is going well as expected.
I don't use online surveys all that often, and I was looking for something comparable to Survey Monkey that I didn't have to commit to an entire 12-month subscription. SurveySparrow was more than comparable, I liked the ease of creating surveys and the way that it integrated with my other applications. I also only had to commit to a 3-month subscription, though I think after this three months I will keep it going!
I signed up for a paid subscription just a few days after starting my free trial. However, I continued to get emails encouraging me to sign up for a paid subscription. I think there could be a better process for flagging and removing people who have bought a subscription from the list of people on the free-trial, so that we don't get unnecessary emails.
I use SurveySparrow mostly for client feedback on virtual programs. It has been easy and has integrated into my other applications nicely.

I found SurveySparrow to be extremely user friendly and easy to use. I loved the design choices and options for more conversational surveys. I used the web intercept feature, which was great value compared to other sites. Also great customer service -- very responsive.
Could add some more functionality for different survey types. I also think the way the collect data is stored could be improved.
We wanted to have a 'surveybot' for a more conversational survey type pop up on our website. The survey platform we normally use didn't offer the conversational survey option and the web intercept add on was way more expensive than just purchasing another survey platform subscription. SurveySparrow was great for what we needed and helped us get valuable feedback on our site.
