The UI and UX is exceptional, I love how easily it integrates with other CRM software.
I do not like the survey loading time, as well as the analytics.
It has made it much easier to keep, update and share reviews/ customer testimonials. Also gives us a whiff of where we stand in terms of customer satisfaction.
There is a free trial that allows you to familiarize yourself with what they have to offer before you decide if it is indeed what you need.
It's not so much a dislike, but as with everything in life, it takes a little while to think through what kinds of questions you really want to ask your audience.

It's mind-blowing how easy SurveySparrow makes it easy for us to create feedback for our clients. Honestly speaking, one of my clients asked me how was able to create such feedback for them. Obviously, I recommended him the software. And, not to forget, I never had to learn anything extra to be able to use the application. It all happened in one swift motion.
There isn't any. But I once felt that the team could add some more designing and customizing options.
Once I have completed a project for my client, I send them a feedback form to be able to analyze how satisfied they are with my services. This certainly helps us to know where we excel and where we need to focus more.
Customer care was amazing, i was just a prospect starting the research and somebody technical was able to jump in the call and solve all my questions.
I needed more flexibility in the design of the surveys. for example having one question per page is something i wanted to change and was not possible

The support staff was very friendly, resolved to queries. The product itself is good, has logic that we can build into surveys. Will bail us out as a good no-code platform

I thought the site was highly user-friendly. It was my first time creating a formal survey, and Survey Sparrow made it very easy to accomplish. I also like how it makes a report for you at the end with graphs and tables to analyze the data seamlessly.
I thought there were too many emails asking if I wanted help using the site. Although a nice feature in theory, in actuality, the emails were a little spammy. I think it would be better to have customer service available if an issue arises.
I wanted to conduct a survey in Cuba. Survey Sparrow was the only site that allowed me to reach Cuba which made it extremely useful for my research. I would not have been able to accomplish this without having Survey Sparrow.

Survey Sparrow is the easiest survey software I have used. The Welcome and Thank you pages are effective. I love almost every aspect of it!
The pricing is a little high for Pro. . I'd quite like to be able to close a survey and add a message 'this survey is closed etc' and sometimes on some browsers there is a fault when people can't scroll down. Also when I log in to one business account on Google Chrome, it says my account doesn't exist which is little strange.
With Survey Sparrow, we're able to ask unlimited questions, introduce the purpose of the survey and also thank people afterwards. The range of question types is useful, the ability to require questions is good. We're able to organise questions by workspaces and share with the team.
