I love the template customization. You can make the survey be branded however you want.
I do not like that the free version has an expiration date. Surveysparrow could be used in many beneficial ways if you had a free service in my opinion.
I solved the problem of being able to compare data from unique survey takers easily. With Surveysparrow you can really customize down to very fine details about how the survey works and how your survey takers will see it.
Simply put the ease of use. It is a super simple onboarding experience with hands-on tutorials to learn the ins and outs of the system. From there it is very easy to drag and drop any type of questions you might have for your customer base.
I am still exploring their analytics portion, but overall it is easy to understand.

They worked closely with us to understand our business needs. All genuine demands were taken care of. This is a sign of a great product-based company that learns from their customers for their customers.
Nothing as such. Option to customize template mainly aesthetics and branding should be more. The standard pricing plans can be further improved.
We are running a restaurant feedback survey. Their webhook feature lets our application to receive all the responses in our app itself which gives us complete flexibility to present the survey result in our own format.
Clean, easy to use, very good price. Overall just solid software.
Not a deal breaker by any means, but it would be nice to add a logo to the survey.

No issues thus far. We have been using the tool without any hitches thus far. The only minor thing that would make this even better is if we could customize emails that are sent out through the tool.

Survey Sparrow makes it easy to create great-looking surveys in minutes. I found the process intuitive and the features were robust. Can I say "kinda fun"? I just did, and it's true. We enjoyed creating and publishing surveys on Survey Sparrow and did not experience frustrating learning curves that were common with other tools. Great customer support, too.
The system meets, and exceeds, all of our needs. Did not come across anything that was problematic.
We use SS for data collection from our members. Works great and engagement is higher.
What I liked best about SurveySparrow was that I could build and modify all of my surveys in a simple, visual format. Surveys from start to finish took me no longer than 10mins.
I found it difficult to find the proper sizing requirements for my logo image.
I am using SurveySparrow as a client intake form. I do freelance web development and this saves me so much time in corrispondance prior to getting paid.
The Ease of use and the power is unlike others the flow of the survey action is like gamification and you look forward to answering the next question, really brilliant tool

Support was insane not only did they reply very quickly they helped me fix all my issues !! when chat got complicated they went over and above and hopped on a zoom call as well ! so many business take hours if not days these guys never took days to reply !! adding pictures is also very easy as I struggled to add them on other platforms
nothing so far if i had to be really picky the fact I had to use zapier to get leads into active campaign as this appeared to be the only main thing that slowed me down if i had to recommend something that would make them even better extend the information on the help video guides yes they was helpful but could have added slightly more detail ps i got to the end result with the videos but few small extra details could have got me there quicker again this is me being very very picky
using surverys will help us genrate more income for my business and my clients business as well we can use these surveys to generate more leads which inturn will turn into more revenue which means we will be a member for life with results like this
Creating and deploying an survey is really easy using tools that Survey Sparrow provide. The result can be generated anytime even before the survey reach its maturity.
It is more expensive than other software in the same field.

SurveySparrow form can b embedded to many type of website, and it will perfectly fit even if user viewing it from a mobile web browser. Deploying survey form is better using this software.
