"Flexible and complete suite"
What do you like best about Simply CRM?

A cool software tool to align all your daily routine tasks and some exceptions as well. You can use Simply as a Call centre tool too. We believe it is a cool way to integrate all needed plugins and third party essentials.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Not sure about enterprise-level needs, but for small and mid-scale businesses, it works just superb. We've been testing Simply for a while and all we can say is A good to go and move on software.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using the Simply tool for the past many days and it's working great. We've seen many updates since we've subscribed to it and we see something new in every update. We hope to see the ongoing automation in a more refined way.

Simply CRM is a great system for managing your client information, accounts, and marketing activities. Their software can manage your leads and customers easily with the best reporting options.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

The dashboard is simple but not so friendly to use. The help documentation is not up to the mark, and if we face any technical issues, then it is difficult to resolve them by reading the help documentation.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of leads and clients is a difficult task. If you are into marketing and not keeping track of your leads, then you are not on the right track. Simply helped us achieve all that.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

The main thing of Simply that attracts more to us is its simple structure, cool dashboard and enhanced customer support. They have 100% efficient and working pipeline management system which further makes it premium for all. All features work without any error and there is a large scaling capability too that again makes it competitive in the segment.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

We think if it could become a bit more intuitive pricing management for a fixed term basis instead of per user per month because it will help companies to scale the same.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The customer connection became easier and we don;t have to keep their meeting records in sheet or anything that increases the overhead. It's all smooth and synchronize for every process whether it's sales, account, development or anything that comes under business radar.

"Simply is a tool that works"
What do you like best about Simply CRM?

Our list of preferences is huge. We believe Simply has helped in targeting the right customers and hence the funnel establishment. We are interested in this tool because it allows us to integrate our sales data via email database and further filters it for the optimum results. We have integrated Google's APIs, Microsoft's outlook and more.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

One should not dislike any tool as long as its profitable and easy to manage. You can have different thoughts on pricing and other reliability issue but so far we have nothing to complain about.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our sales team has got its advantage in lead synchronization and re-targeting for the conversion. Our client base is not specific to any industry so its further easy to create a DB for the sales uses. The appointments and client meetings have never been that easier. In all, it has resolved many problems for us.

Exceptional thing about Simply tool is they offer the best in class integration opportunities whether it's email platforms or outer communication. You can interact and store a log in the event section and can avail and catch the forthcoming meetings on the new Dashboard. The cool accessing of records can lead its way and keep it ahead of the popular population.

Disliking any tool is one of the easiest things in this fast changing IT world. When you come across Simply, you find the good opportunity to tackle the business more conveniently and efficiently.

The client connection have become more easier with Simply. The lead management and re-connection have been an integral part in our business processes. We do IT dealing with offshore in house clients and Simply helps us achieve our goals via scheduling and enhanced participation.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

We are in the promotional product service niche and we need to keep track record for all our purchases and clientele so that we can reach back to them and share our insights. Simply made an arrangement through contact database and we linked Simply CRM with lead pages too. We were always looking for a software program that can not only handle the customers' contact whilst managing and organizing the same for the re-purpose. Overall we can suggest it as a handy tool for small to mid tier business professionals/owners.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Initially we thought mobile browsing or accessing through app is not available in this tool but later in their fresh version it was there. We are now on the same page for the features and functionality etc.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

The favorable scenario is it fits and meets all our business requirements and further customization via configuring the third party integrations. The simplicity of managing records and data processing by applying further CTAs like client or appointment/contact management, makes it more responsive and faster compared to other CRM tools. Our original goal was to simplify the record keeping and marketing with the same. For now, we are utilizing its full caliber to convert and generate customer’s engagement. The order of controls and top features are done quite in professional way and you can find them with an ease. The controls and layout are also way useful as compared to other platforms. Our goal is fulfilled through the top stack of quick job options and we've got'em managed simply superb. A superb manager, cool and efficient reasonable piece of software program that we have ever used. The section of some efficient task orientation such as order management, invoicing , ticketing, PMS, event management such as appointment with clients, integration with third party Application Programming Interfaces and more make it a handsome tool. We've used Simply for more than 9 months and it was a great experience to have it.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Well, the disliking is an odd term rather we would say the slight twitches like 1. User-friendliness of the mobile app and 2. Customer portal interface could be more detailed though they have most of the visual assessment etc

Contact tracing became easier for us and to locate the customer data for future communication.

It has got everything a successful CRM should have, also you will get additional features as well so in all, it’s a great going if you subscribe to it. You can really make it the way you want it to work.

As far as the Simply negatives are concerned, we did not find any as there support is always on the go and you will get language support as well. In all, they have deep learning articles depository from where you can get a solution to each business query

Customer support services are excellent and we have never ever experienced any downtime since we started using it.It solved our customer management concern and listed them in place in an organised way. So in all, it's win win for our company.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

This service provides us with excellent activities for sales since it is a very capable system to personalize and manage marketing tasks and clients since it offers us functions such as the creation of email campaigns, web forms, calendar system, storage of documents, integration with social networks and integration of internal chat, this leads to increased sales because it allows us to improve marketing campaigns, it also has a very adequate cost that allows you to use this service more frequently and without any problem.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

This application has a problem with the interface since its connectivity through the browser is usually a bit slow, which is very outdated, which I hope can add more speed and can be used a little better. More colorful because the design it contains is very boring and makes the board look unstructured.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this service to obtain visibility of our potential clients, be it from calls, emails, repetitive tasks and the history of client conversations, this allows us to define our workflow to automate our dealings with clients, we also use it as technical support to solve any problem or doubt since the support is active 24 hours a day and always responds immediately and solves everything quickly and safely.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

This CRM is amazing, really helped us streamline our customers and manage business processes. We are very happy with their dashboard as we can find each and every feature onboard which is important for any customer database. You can do a lot with this as it comes for a free trial and you can assess it further. They have a superb dashboard with all options a successful CRM must-have. But yes, I feel they should offer some interactive layout meaning when you hover the mouse to any specific feature/option such as user management, or project section, it should pop out the text, etc so that it can look more classy and readable, not necessary though. My overall experience is great with Simply. I appreciate the Simply team members for their hard work and efforts to make it the easiest, simple, affordable and complete altogether.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

I really love their user interface, nice end-user experience. The marketing automation and lead management are providing additional pace to it.

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The best part of choosing Simply is in its actual simplicity of managing the customer data and connecting with them through automation. The APIs, email marketing integrations, event collabortaion through Google calendar makes it handy and thorough. There are so many features which are connecting the dots to reach the business objectives.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

I like the fact that I can manage all my users and accounts. Everything is in one place which is good. Honestly that's about it.

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

I don't think the UX/UI is very friendly. It's also a bit slow to load for me and this is something my other coworkers have mentioned too..

What problems is Simply CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been using Simply CRM for the past couple weeks now, and we originally used it to help with our lead management. I think we are thinking of switching to a different solution.

What do you like best about Simply CRM?

Software is easy to use and well laid out. It is a good program to help manage internal user accounts. Connection is fast and secure and is easy to navigate. Information is collected and stored centrally which helps minimize data loss. I found the structure and layout helpful , with little training time needed to use it fully

What do you dislike about Simply CRM?

Costs are a little high, so would better suit larger businesses with a regular stable income, the smaller business should look into costs before committing. Integration was a little complex but once it is set up, its easy to use

Simple CRM helps store and organize client and customer data from different projects in an easy-to-access storage system. allowing multiple people to access and use the data.
