"Great ERP - lots of capabilities and robust API"
What do you like best about Scoro?

Consistent and robust API, advanced filtering, custom modules and fields - quite customizable.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It's a bit pricey if you want most features. Not everything is customizable (e.g. cannot set up a relation custom field for quotes).

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Enterprise resource planning. Keeping our data all in one place with on a highly customizable platform that allows for advanced filtering and views makes our self serving workflows more efficient.

"The system has great functionality"
What do you like best about Scoro?

The project management features are excellent, and the evolution of the system updates has been really beneficial.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The system cannot be personalised as much as we need with some of the dropdown lists being default settings.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Scoro as our CRM and project management system rather than having multiple systems.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Esay to use, user friendly. Great for general inside statistics, storing contacts, printing invoices... It's online, so reachable at any time from any device given.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Not so easy and helpful for small non-standart bussiness models. Available user models are not flexible enough to meet the needs. Pricey.

What do you like best about Scoro?

Scoro is a very complete work management tool since it is composed of many functions for the satisfaction of the company that wants to implement it, since it has a function that characterizes it for being one of the most outstanding is its control center in which the tasks, performance data and events scheduled in the calendar are shown through a totally user-friendly interface within a very intuitive platform for any type of client. The tool also has the ability to maintain customer and supplier contact data on a single page

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It can be said that one of its main disadvantages is the cost of using the tool because it contains several unspecified charges that are added as you go up the number of functions you are implementing; all this is given to the lack of advice and information that is not provided at the time of obtaining the service

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Scoro is very attractive and wide to solve any kind of problem for both small and medium enterprises, in our case where it has helped us most is in our sales team, accounting and work organization, because it is through it that we handle both communication with customers and monitoring of the activities that we are implemented with them to give them the greatest possible satisfaction

That there is no help videos with subtitles, there is no help line to call to, how to mark hours is very different and there is many oportunities to fail doing it

What do you like best about Scoro?

Allows you to analyze sales in a very detailed and every way.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

From time to time, updates are made that are suppressed, but could be selective for the user. Sometimes updates are also being made that I do not understand - for example, the font of the program was changed. Why? It would be normal for each user to make these kind of choices themselves.

This allows you to monitor the daily activities of sales representatives, allowing you to analyze the sales comprehensively. Absolutely indispensable tool in everyday work!

What do you like best about Scoro?

The best thing about Scoro is the fact you can view all of the data from a wide-angle on the dashboard area, such as "actual" income and new leads for this month and which invoices currently outstanding.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

The layout is quite comprehensive and can be a little hard to adjust initially

Very good tool in managing sales from different aspects. The interface is also very engaging.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

We were having some issues with missing contacts on the contacts list. IT team have been very supportive/responsive on this though.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have to keep an eye on Cost Control so this tool has been helping in this department.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I like how it ingrates with other softwares like Qukebooks and the ease of issuing purchase orders and invoices and also obtaining reports, another useful feature is that you can time the tasks

the e-mail settings can be a bit problematic at times, sometimes it will indicate that the e-mail was sent but it not's actually sent

What do you like best about Scoro?

I like the pipeline view and report, the ability to track time and the concept that Scoro is an end-to-end platform.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

I think the project and task components need more work. For example: I would love to have a GANTT chart view of all the projects/tasks and be able to look at that from a day/week/month/quarter/year standpoint. That would really help us allocate resources better. I also don't like that you can't see the name of an opportunity in the pipeline view.

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moving away from Excel so team could have a universal view of sales, projects and tasks. To-date, we have customized our sales pipeline and use it to track opportunities; we have added all projects and the ability to assign resources - we need to do more work on Tasks and the Accounting aspect.

What do you like best about Scoro?

I was using many CRM systems and even SalesForce, but I must admit, Scoro is the one I like the most. I can do everything I need for my sales activities.

What do you dislike about Scoro?

Customer support can be better. We are worried about getting quick solution how to use for the industry of Export when we achieve new features on Scoro. Everything else is fine.

Sales overview by the region in general, price quotes, marketing activities, follow ups and email integration.

Easily monitor my time consumption at work. It is very easy to monitor the dynamics of relationships with the client. Never miss important things. I know what my colleagues are doing and where they are. We have gone through a new level of offer preparation. Accounting supervision is available to everyone, you can see the status of each client-whether he delayed payment, whether the invoice was sent, etc. Available from any device with Internet access

What do you dislike about Scoro?

It takes a long time to understand the program and its features. Sometimes the orientation between the sections is similar to the maze :)

What problems is Scoro solving and how is that benefiting you?

In general, it seems that we have not even worked so far. Now we are at a more professional level, customer lists are organized and understandable, accounting is transparent. Communication with the client can be traced throughout the course of the relationship.
