Consistent and robust API, advanced filtering, custom modules and fields - quite customizable.
It's a bit pricey if you want most features. Not everything is customizable (e.g. cannot set up a relation custom field for quotes).
Enterprise resource planning. Keeping our data all in one place with on a highly customizable platform that allows for advanced filtering and views makes our self serving workflows more efficient.
The project management features are excellent, and the evolution of the system updates has been really beneficial.
The system cannot be personalised as much as we need with some of the dropdown lists being default settings.

From time to time, updates are made that are suppressed, but could be selective for the user. Sometimes updates are also being made that I do not understand - for example, the font of the program was changed. Why? It would be normal for each user to make these kind of choices themselves.
This allows you to monitor the daily activities of sales representatives, allowing you to analyze the sales comprehensively. Absolutely indispensable tool in everyday work!
The best thing about Scoro is the fact you can view all of the data from a wide-angle on the dashboard area, such as "actual" income and new leads for this month and which invoices currently outstanding.
The layout is quite comprehensive and can be a little hard to adjust initially

Very good tool in managing sales from different aspects. The interface is also very engaging.
We were having some issues with missing contacts on the contacts list. IT team have been very supportive/responsive on this though.
We have to keep an eye on Cost Control so this tool has been helping in this department.

I like the pipeline view and report, the ability to track time and the concept that Scoro is an end-to-end platform.
I think the project and task components need more work. For example: I would love to have a GANTT chart view of all the projects/tasks and be able to look at that from a day/week/month/quarter/year standpoint. That would really help us allocate resources better. I also don't like that you can't see the name of an opportunity in the pipeline view.
Moving away from Excel so team could have a universal view of sales, projects and tasks. To-date, we have customized our sales pipeline and use it to track opportunities; we have added all projects and the ability to assign resources - we need to do more work on Tasks and the Accounting aspect.
I was using many CRM systems and even SalesForce, but I must admit, Scoro is the one I like the most. I can do everything I need for my sales activities.
Customer support can be better. We are worried about getting quick solution how to use for the industry of Export when we achieve new features on Scoro. Everything else is fine.

It takes a long time to understand the program and its features. Sometimes the orientation between the sections is similar to the maze :)
In general, it seems that we have not even worked so far. Now we are at a more professional level, customer lists are organized and understandable, accounting is transparent. Communication with the client can be traced throughout the course of the relationship.
Scoro is really easy to use, has great features and it is a great help to everyday work duties.
Sometimes the softwares creates projects too fast or just by typing and searching a project that already exists.
