I love that I can track my tasks to get a better overall idea of how long projects take as some are repetitive tasks for me each month. I appreciate that I can set recurring tasks that pop up in my sidebar on the days they are due so I know I have them and can ensure I get them completed. I use the tasks and planner more than anything, but my organization uses the projects and billing side of things and it has made such an impact on how quick and organized it has been for us.
I would really like to see better view options, especially for the planner. It is hard to see tasks that only took 10 minutes in the midst of tasks that take 30 to 60 minutes or longer. I would love to see a better view setting where we can see all items on each day in the planner without having to struggle to locate the little itty bity ones between the larger tasks. Some fun colors would be nice too. :)
Scoro has allowed me to really organize my day/week better. Because I have recurring tasks, I have a better idea of how much time I need to allot for those, allowing me to ensure the open time I have available truly is there for any other projects or meetings that may come up at any given time.
Scoro is actually the best platform I have used for pipeline and reporting management. As a head of sales it is so important that my pipeline is accurate for forecasting and scoro’s easy filters, and data columns help me to pull reports SO easily. I’ve used Salesforce, Netsuite and Sugar CRM and I can say that Scoro is by far the best and most intuitive to use. Building dashboards couldn’t be easier. I am able to get every metric that I’m looking for with absolute ease, which makes pulling reports for commercial meetings easy and hassle free. The team at Scoro are also incredibly helpful. They are not a giant company like Salesforce, which means that they are much more hands on when it comes to tailoring the platform to your institution. I can honestly say that Scoro does everything I want it to, and I have never said that previously about a CRM! What’s more, training new starters on the platform is quick and easy as the interface is so clean and intuitive. I love Scoro. Customer here for life.
The ONLY thing that is limiting is the amount of tiles that you can use within one dashboard. This being said, I’ve got around this by creating multiple dashboards for different use cases and it is easy to just click from one to another.
Using the data for analysis has been really helpful. I have found other CRM’s complex with regards to pulling reports, whereas Scoro has limitless filters to help me find the exact data that I’m looking for. This has been useful to look at things from a quarterly or YoY perspective and really understand where there are gaps in our strategy. Equally, because it is so easy to drag and drop deals through the pipeline, I’ve found my team are incredibly competent at accurate forecasting now, meaning I never have the dreaded conversation of ‘you said you were going to do this, you actually did this’. Which as any Head of Sales would know, is the worst sentence you can possibly hear.
Everything is great! The program is very convenient and easy to use.
To be honest, there's nothing that wouldn't satisfy me.
Working with Scorpio hasn't really been a problem, everything is satisfying and is very comfortable working on it
The on-boarding process is very accommodating, and a specialist works with your team to get things set up.
On your .pdf templates, you can add HTML specificities such as bolt or italics on a select few fields only.
We didn't have an ERP and CRM system set up, and all templates were raw Excel and Word files that we had to spend an amazing amount of time trimming tables, converting file formats, etc.
Interactive and ability to combine tasks
Would like reporting / customisable reports
Removing repetitive data transfer between spreadsheets
I love that I am able to create projects and add related tasks to each project and correspond those projects and tasks with the contact person/company it relates to. The new project timeline feature is also extremely helpful when checking on all of our services that happen simultaneously during the timeline of a project. It is my job to make sure our team is meeting deadlines, so being able to see all projects that are related to a client project at once makes my life much easier! The calendar feature is also extremely helpful especially because it connects with and updates our Google calendar automatically. The task bundle feature has saved me so much time when creating projects. Instead of spending 30 minutes trying to layout each task in a long-term project, I can easily click my task bundle option and get all tasks assigned to a project in less than 5 minutes! The time I've been able to save with the task bundle feature has been used elsewhere to improve our services and communication with clients which ultimately improves our overall business and team functionality! I also like the tag function! I can easily tag one of my team members in a comment which notifies them of my message and eases the communication flow between our team members.
I never use the planner feature and find it a bit confusing in regards to its layout visually. I've also had trouble linking my gmail email to Scoro, so I have not been able to send emails within Scoro. It would be nice to have emails in Scoro to see deeper into the communication our team has had with our clients. We have had trouble with the mobile version of Scoro when adding events to the calendar. We've resorted to only adding events on the desktop version because of the inconsistency of adding events through the mobile version.
Scoro has helped me layout a solid and trackable internal A&R process. I'm now able to keep track of multiple projects in detail as well as find out who on our team is getting things done/who isn't getting things done. This has benefitted our team in regards to the timely completion of projects and maintaining internal and external communication. Scoro has also helped me keep track of client outreach and research. It's much easier to keep track of things like phone numbers, emails, social media sites, and individual tasks related to each of our clients with Scoro!
What I love most about Scoro is the possibility of bringing all the tools into one. Scoro is like a multitool. All of our teams can use it for their day-to-day business. Thanks to that we have a better overview of what in all the teams. Because of that, sharing information is much easier.
For non-technical people the wide variety of customization options is overwhelming.
Gathering teams with different tasks and goals under one tool.
Looks slick and the ability to link quotes to projects is excellent.
The user interface can be a little clunky in terms of navigation - ie clicking on an event in your calendar can open up the project instead of the event in the calendar.
Centralising project management, linking calendar entries to time spent to be billed.
With the scoring in our company, we have had the privilege of not suffering from so many applications and spreadsheets to make business presentations. We are free of so much work and still having the opportunity to save time and money, our company values this a lot. Let's say that information is being generated with more precision and also with much more agility. Imagine what it is like to have a platform for you, regardless of your role, that is there willing to give you autonomy and still teach you ways to manage your business or the business of the company where you work. Scoro gives you the autonomy to control everything, gaining a lot and saving a lot of time.
Honestly, I can't define something that I didn't like or that didn't interest me or attracted my attention. Perhaps the defect is that they are too perfect. So far we have had no disappointments that can influence the way in which we see the way in which they work.
My team and I were wasting a lot of time gathering information and distributing it in several spreadsheets so that we could maintain a standard at work. Unfortunately, we were unable to deal with adversity and we were losing control of the company's investment situation. Scoro came at a crucial moment in our career. They are working on standardizing our information and investments as well.
- Ability to plan, track and control projects - Ability to see availability and utilisation of different specialists - Order, quotes and invoicing
- The app needs further development - Can't use the system to manage contacts and create sales&marketing campaign (still need additional CRM)
- Project management has become more transparent and less costly (at least by 30%) - Everyone in the team has 100% information about the tasks - Project history is accurate and transparent for everyone in the team
ease of adjusting, possibility to bulk export detailed data form scoro, in order to analyze it. User friendly interface. Support is fast. I see constant development of platform, features and interface.
More possibilities to build you own reports in Scoro would be great - like excel pivot type of reports. Pdf forms configurator is hard to use. Product grouping, tagging could be more flexible and feature rich.
We have platform where employees form all countries can work together. We can communicate in structured way. We issue quotes in preformatted way. Order management process. We follow weekly in sales team how we are achieving our goals with built in reports. Calendar sharing is important for transparency.
Full view of what is going on in projects and company.
Mobile Applicaton, it is very difficult to use it
Tasks to employees, overview of companies cash flow, not missing to write out bills
The calendar and the ability to create easily offers and invoices.
On the offers the calendar part is really confusing and I havent still learned how to use it.
All the progress in sales is well motiored
Availability - it's online most of time. Easy to use - UI is made very good it's easy to find options and menus.
A lot of options that not everyone uses. They should reduce or add option to hide options that you don't use.
Managing huge amount's of data. With Scoro it's very easy to find and update information.
Easy to learn system, and can be set up to work on any project we have.
UI can be a little confusing until learned
We have used everything from the CRM tools to project management. The integration and task bundles helps the whole team keep up to date with any given project.
The interface it very intuitive and excellent. The works I assign get delivered in a giffy. The small inctricate design that has gone into the sofware development has been a good touch.A very nice experience and well designed UI interface, very user friendly. Gets my work done without any hastle. The timely updates that are on going in the recent years have solved may of the problematic aspects of the software. The various bug issues have also been rectified and now the UI and its functionality feels like better to work with and thus makes me keep using it and also genuinely is a life saver in potential aspects of my work flow.
The color of the UI can be a little more vibrant to suit more your people. There can be more share options and also some file formats can be added as well to pool more organisations to to this software and get maximum benefit out of the work and also improve it drastically
The problem that I had was to delegate work to the people working under me. and that was always a problem. Had to constantly keep calling them to get the work done. Now that I have Scoro. I has been a life changing aspect in my work flow. Being said that now am able to continue my work and also monitor people working under me to have their doubts clarified in a small time interval
It's my finance, HR, account department in one easy-to-use tool, literally available anywhere, anytime.
The notification system could be better.
Starting my own agency, I knew how much time and energy a good system can save and Scoro really fulfils that role.
We are using SCORO for a 3 years now. So far experience is very good. Until we came to Scoro we have used many other systems. For planning, time tracking, billing and so on. And now it is all in one place. Pricing is flexible. Support is also very good.
No such things. We plan to use it in future.
We have everything we need for managing company in one place.
The design's super user friendly. Time tracking it's precise and easy to jump for one task to another. Recommend it
nothing to declare so far. Maybe with a few more months of using I will able to comment further.
Doing some support to the IT industry for a specific product. The main benefits its tracking your own time in order to recognise where you are spending more time and the reasons for that.
The dashboard that gives the power to know what is going on. To have number specific to my business
i cannot have clients accept quotes by signing them online.
Time saving is amazing!
