The confirmation that my fax was delivered. After each one I sent, it was great knowing I would get an email confirming everything went through smoothly so I could follow up with the receiver.
While it was minimal, once in a while the fax would not go through when using their email function to send it. I then would have to go to their website and attach the files and send a fax through their platform. Not the biggest deal in the world but it was nice and simple when the email function would work.
Being able to send faxes without having to use an old fax machine.
Like that its reliable we had a lot of problems with our old phone system and this has a lot of cool options to make things easier
It can be somewhat complicated to set up. A lot of moving pieces and the phones were down for like 20 minutes when we did
Well I have my calls sent to my cell which is great and we couldent do that before so i can take calls wehrever i go. Also, i have different setting for different days and contacts which makes things super cool and easy,
Ring Central is incredibly simply to use! While working at a call center we switched to Ring Central from another call software, which was a gamble for our small organization. As admin, I was able to easily reassigned phone lines, redirect voice inboxes, pull recordings, and set voicemails to be automatically sent to my email. Strongly recommend Ring Central;. Rarely did we ever need to contact customer support to solve minor issues, and any issues we did have were attributed to our cisco phone lines. I am unsure how great RC is for bigger call centers, for our size of up to 50, it was great.
Reassigning phone extensions was a bit complicated in the beginning, and I recommend making these changes during "closed" hours. It was simple to troubleshoot on your own, and didn't take long to catch your own errors. Other than this, I do not have complaints
Switching to RC helped us keep track of missed calls, and to identify identify call back rates. At times, we would have high numbers of voicemails, and this helped us evaluate performance as well. When faced with organizational turn over, it was easy to redirect calls to the appropriate lines, or reassign extensions. All of this could happen within a matter of minutes.
It's super easy to download and utilize. I love the voice recognition so even if speaking from someone else's device, it recognized that a different user was speaking.
There really isn't anything that I can think of that I don't like.
I think it's great to be able to go back and determine what was discussed and have back up if there were discrepancies.
Call recordings make it easy to playback a conversation and look for any info I may have missed.
Nothing really to dislike, it does what it's supposed to.
Call recordings make it so I can be completely involved in the conversation. Not distracted by taking notes.
I absolutely love that faxing is simple and easy, not to mention ring central has a huge allowable file size!
There’s nothing I personally dislike about using the app, it has always been user friendly and I receive any faxes sent to me, as well as I have had no one complain of not receiving outgoing faxes.
You can write faxes quickly and easily, as well as viewing them. No ink refills, it’s all electronic!
I like how you can interact virtually through webcam with multiple locations at once in one place over the web.
Sometimes can be a little glitchy as far as functionality or the video not working properly but about 98% of the time everything works great!
Being able to hold meetings across the nation all in one place so to continue having team discussions on a regular basis no matter your location.
RingCEntral has given our staff greater mobility within their day to day tasks since they are no longer tied to land lines at their desks. It also has given them the opportunity to control hours that they are on call.
Because it is internet based- if the power or internet goes out, so do our phone lines.
Better in office connectivity as well as quicker and more effective communication with clients.
I like that ringcentral fax lets me scan and fax electronically, while scanning my documents it enables me to store the document in the clouds. It really simplifies my work load.
Although it's convenient, there are times where I do have to reattempt the fax multiple times for the fax to actually go through.
Efficiency.
I like that I can fax right from my desk and communicate with my coworkers easily
I have no complaints, ring central is great for offices.
I am able to tell who is on the phone easily, I can send a text instead of calling.
The ability to call your clients without having an additional phone to use was greet . I could call my clients and not have to worry about exposing my personal phone number . Having the ability to review messages via couponing Outer was helpful too
The app would sometimes log off when not in use
The ability to have all of our office staffs extensions at the touch of a button was great .
I find the Ring Central phone services to be simple and easy to use. The more I learn about the software, the happier I become.
Sometimes it is difficult to understand the directions for a specific task but the help function is most helpful.
Since Ring Central is a VOIP phone system, we do not need to pay for a land line since it is all based on the internet.
It's easy to use and I don't need to have an actual FAX machine in my home office. I have limited space and just emailing my faxes is great. I don't FAX often.
It's probably more than I really need to spend based on the number of faxes I send/receive, but it's great to know I don't have to run to FedEX or UPS to FAX those few times.
I can FAX with great ease and no machine. Faxing is no longer the cool thing to do, but I have occasional need and this fits well.
I like how easy it is to download, how easy it is to use, how quickly it loads and how it allows us to video conference, allows us to do presentations for others to follow and it's free!
Sometimes the program lags, not often, but sometimes it does. For the most part, I have nothing to complain about.
It has allowed us to to talk to other companies and arrange meetings to view stats on our leads and that is extremely beneficial. The connection for the most part is clear, the options for it are amazing and it has helped our company ensure we are all on track with the success of our leads.
The ability to take calls on my computer or desktop
The delay with call forwarding and the message you get when you answer the phone
The ability to be connected to clients on the phones we already have without annoying, bulky desk phones
Being able to access our account via mobile app. Allows us to make phone calls, send texts, and faxes using our business phone while on our mobile device or desktop computer.
Honestly, there's not much to dislike about this program. It's been so useful for our company!
This has been so useful in taking after-hours phone calls. When we are not in the office we can forward business calls to our mobile device and make outgoing calls, as well.
RingCentral provides all the features of a call center or PBX system without all the hardware. VoIP phones are easy to use and program.
Occasionally, the phones lose connection with the internet and the system does not work. This has happened once or twice a year for the five years we've used the system.
No PBX system to maintain. Less expensive than a traditional multiple-line account with a phone company.
I love that the I can be mobile and still able to answer any phone call via mobile.
I biggest thing that I dislike is that the mobile device is always crashing or the mobile app won't ring when a phone call is being placed.
We use RingCentral for all of our phone calls we have VOIP phones in all of the offices and if you use the desk phone they are more reliable then mobile.
Mobile app forwarding abilities. Ability to reuse the same conference logins over and over.
The new update that forces 2 screens to open up (1 for sharing your screen, 1 for viewing others). The application is blocked by a lot of large corporations because of security threats. Sometimes this forces us to use different software applications like Skype or Goto meeting
Mobile call forwarding, VM alerts, screen sharing. Face to face web conferencing.
The functionality I like best about RingCentral is the mobile application I can easily use on my iPhone for calls and text messages.
The thing I dislike about RingCentral is that it doesn't work that great on my Windows desktop. It is really slow and the calls I receive seem to be really delayed.
One of the biggest benefits has been the ability to work from anywhere and always have access to set up and join meetings on any device. Since it's a cloud application there isn't a requirement to only use one device, it can be accessed from tablets, mobile phones, and desktops easily.
