The software acts like a personal assistant. I tell it about my priorities and preferences, and it shifts my calendar around, accepting and declining meetings, in accordance with those wishes, no matter what surprises crop up.
I get to-dos from many different systems: Jira, Google Doc Comments, Fellow, Todoist, I wish the tool had more integrations so I could track all my todo lists, and allocate time to burn them down, from a single place.
I frequently need to reschedule 1:1s as project meetings crop up. Reclaim.ai automatically finds the next available slot that works for both me and my direct report, and reschedules the meeting if I cannot attend. Reclaim also auto-schedules time to for my todo list items, and habits, so I can never have the excuse of "never having time".
Automatically blocks out times so that I am never double booked.
A little cumbersome to set up, but worth the effort.
Before reclaim I was manually updating 6+ calendars and not only was that time consuming, it left room for errors.
Reclaim connects my work and personal calendars so I can easily see and share my availability with my team and with customers. I love Reclaim's new meeting scheduling links feature - I can create templates including other team member's availability and share these with customers via a link that can be placed in an email, Asana comment, Slack message, or really anywhere.
There's really nothing I can think of to include here - Reclaim helps me to stay organized and is very easy to use.
I have several Google accounts (work and personal) & Reclaim shows my schedule across all calendars so I can see my availability effortlessly.
It has an amazing depth on calendar management, something I haven't seen before. -Integrates with Google Calendar and creates a smarter way of managing your appointments. -Gives you the flexibility to change time slots on the spot, defends some that are important for you. -Works for arranging 1:1 meetings (if the other person uses it as well) without entering all those details they're most likely not going to remember anyway. -Creates automatic buffers after meeting so no more jumping from call to call without breathing.
It's a paradigm shift, so it's a little bit difficult to start working with it at the beginning. It takes some work at the beginning to arrange how you book your meetings.
Handling my schedule used to be a mess, and it was very difficult to find slots to do actual work. With Reclaim's flexibility it's much easier to save spaces to do work, to do meetings and more. And a plus is to get stats on how your week is distributed between different types of appointments.

The ability to have the app find space to get specific events. Like it sets an hour for your lunch, makes sure you have time to catch up on emails, but they don't have to be fixed times like in the calendar.
You have to log in to their website to manage many stuff and it creates one more thing to do
Making sure that my personal commitments don't overlap with work. It helps taking more advantage of a flexible schedule and remote setting.
