The fact that it allows more opportunity and to remain in contact with our customers and prospects. I also like the emojis.

Patients could reach out to us directly to voice questions or concerns. It helped our patients feel connected and heard.
I did not encounter a downside. For an improvement, I would like the option to have saved responses to use for a quick option to reply to a patient.
I am able to communicate with potential patients about questions they have. For example, a patient may ask of we accept their insurance or if the provider they saw last visit was available that day to see them again. It saves a phone call as well and some patients prefer to "text" instead of call.
I like the ease of being able to use this program from my laptop and many other devices. I can multitask much easier rather than having to pull my phone out of my pocket while I am working on my laptop.
I don’t like that when I get a personal message I can’t always access it directly within my Luther conversations. Sometimes I have to search for the conversation that I just received a message from.
I like that I can use it for work communication and not have to hand out my personal cell phone number.
Mobile and desktop platforms are intuitive.
Mobile app (iOS) is buggy. Sometimes doesn’t show all messages, making me delete and re download. Messages occasionally does not update until I reopen application.

Podium gives customers the opportunity for customers to start the buying process early, by giving them direct access to a sales associate who can answer preliminary questions before they even walk in the store.
Some questions are quite vague, and are difficult to narrow down what the customers needs actually are.
Podium can generate solid leads, and save customers the time and energy in finding out information before actually having to make the trip in. Do we have something in stock? Is it worth the trip in? Is it on sale right now? All some of the questions we have fielded on the service
The ease of having the customer be able to review performance on multiple platforms.
There has been issues with getting alerts when a customer has responding back to an invite in the podium app.
Has help drive business within the company in turn has helped solved the problems with meeting monthly goals. Has made it easy for customers to find us and know we are the best around.
I like the speed and convenience of the Podium system as it allows us to quickly respond to our clients.
Sometimes there is glitching when typing. I also would like to be able to format my responses more.

Having a direct contact with the customer through a texting/ insta-messaging based lifestyle. Also, having the customer having the ability to show us pictures of issues and whatever it is they are looking for/ at.
The capability of working on all cell service. Had delete and download several times, because app wasn't responding properly.
Most issues are simply clarifying info for clients. like most text based apps, we try not keep them on Podium. We want to verify, qualify the customer, then call them, using the phone number given.
One of the things I like most about Podium is that it lets our guests have an instant response back to them that an email doesn't provide sometimes. Podium lets me have a conversation with our guests for just about anything - hours of operation, inquires about parties, refund questions, and everything in between.
One of the downsides of Podium is that I haven't been able to figure out how to turn off notifications at night. I feel like there are times in which I am getting conversations assigned to me at all times of the day. This can make it feel like I can't separate my home and work life because I am getting these responses not during business operations.
We are able to connect with the guest faster than we have ever been. Instead of compiling emails once a day, we can stay in contact with them at all times.

I dislike that our technicians failed to ask for people to write reviews, so we payed a lot of money in rewards on top of paying for the program in order to get people to use it.
We needed more google reviews and this platform made it easier for our clients than anything we had tried before.
Getting notifications via email and text message is great!
We used to have a link on our website. For some reason it has disappeared. We have gotten some mixed information from different representatives. Does not link with Sage software.
Started out working great for getting messages from customers.
Can see when a colleague is typing so that we do not both answer.
We were under the belief that is someone decided to stop texting and call instead that it would be routed to our main number so that a human would answer. It wasn't - went to an unattended voicemail. Then they turned on a feature to tell us when we missed a call but charge us $20/month to forward those calls so that they can be answered. New feature wasn't working and we could only email to try to get it fixed - took several weeks due to lack of response from Podium. Finally, we demanded a call and it got fixed.
We needed a chat for a website but didn't want the robot replies. Somewhat better response to customers during business hours, but we cannot route our service messages to only the people in service. Sort of works with our CRM.
I think it is very helpful to send messages to customers. It also helps that podium informs you if the number is a landline or cell phone because sometimes the numbers are labeled incorrectly on our database.
I wish that podium was able to link to service titan. This would make it more efficient to track specific customer's information. Otherwise, there are too many steps to see the attempts made to contact the customer.
We are able to have our technician's directly contacting customers while also being able to send a link to google reviews, so they can improve our company's google rating.
I like that it’s pretty straightforward when using. Easy to get the hang of.Podium was introduced to us in the midst of other organizational changes, adding an additional step to our parirme handoff but I like that’s it wasn’t something that was super difficult to navigate. The website is easy to learn. I like being able to even be in a position to hear from our patients and be a lie to walk through their experience through their review. I like that patients can review us and we’ll as leave us a Star Rating. Sometimes a Star Rating alone doesn’t really help you in knowing how you really helped a patient or made a difference in their lives.
I don’t like that you cant re-send an invitation to someone if another person has already sent one. Also that you have to go back and forth between tabs to copy and paste the patients email or phone number for the review. For example, if I sent an invitation to a patient 6 months ago and haven’t heard back from them, and someone else in my office tried to resend an invitation, they can’t because it’ll say that I’ve already sent one to them. I feel like it would be better if after a certain amount of time you could resend the invitation. Also it would be very helpful if there was a way to link Podium with Salesforce to be able to lookup the patients information and just send it directly from one page that would make the process a little better and easier versus having to go through multiple tabs, search for the patients information, copy and paste that information.
We use podium to get feedback from our patients. It’s been a big help in letting us know what areas we’re lacking in and helps us Gielgud our what we need to fix to make the patient experience better.Its great when you can receive constructive feedback and be able to know exactly what affected the patients and it helps you to figure out the best course of action to make the situation better so that the next patients will have an even better experience.
