Everyone has a phone. Everyone wants the best deal or to know which store has what they are looking for in stock. Out comes the phone!! Time to check reviews!! Numerous current positive reviews guarantees customers coming in the door!
I wouldn’t like the opportunity to reviews would automatically be sending to my customers phone as soon as I Entered their cell number into the sale.

There does not seem to be an easy way to sort reviews by club, of which we have several. This makes it difficult to sort reviews or search by club.
The benefit has definitely been being able to streamline the review process in addition to monitor which reviews become public. If a bad review comes in, we are able to contact the individual and make the service better
The product is super helpful for us to send text messages. It allows everyone in our group to view the text coming in and respond to them.
It can be a bit confusing to use but after you watch a couple tutorials its not that difficult.

This survey isn't a 30 second survey at all. I would also like a way to notify the customer when I respond to their survey publicly (good or bad ones). I understand why you don't want all responses to be public but I would like the option.
Great tool to monitor employees out in the field.
With Podium, it's easy to solicit reviews from delighted patients and address issues with patient experience in-house before a negative review makes it's way to the internet.
Reporting tools are still being developed but it's still a pretty robust system
We haven't tapped into its full potential at all of our practices yet but we're excited to be gaining ground or extending our lead in the google reviews department in all of our practices. There's a little training and buy-in from the team that's required but once we have that it's a really easy system to work with.
The ease of use, the great website that allows me to look at our stats, and the wonderful customer support.
That there isn't a way to notify the sales associate that a customer has already received a review link within the last 90 days without asking them for one again.
We have had more reviews and been able to up our rating on both Google and Facebook. It has been nice to have the feedback so that we can see where we can make improvements within our store.

Google reviews. Since we have been utilizing Podium, our Google reviews have increased significantly.
This is an easy way for our customers to review us online through Social sites. We have increased the number of reviews we have across all channels (G+, Facebook, Yelp and BBB) at least double and triple in some areas in just about 4 months. The software is very easy to use.
The biggest problem we have had overall has been keeping our employees engaged with the system. Everyone was excited about it at first but it has gotten left by the wayside in time.
The software helps to keep us in touch with how our customers are feeling about their service, identify problems as soon as they happen and ultimately helps us to gain some SEO traction by having more qualified, relevant and recent reviews.

I LOVE bulk message option. It gives me alot of time back into my day. It was easy to implement coming from another provider and offers many additional benefits. I use this daily and I'm overall very happy with it. Customer support is VERY helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure they answered your questions. We also use google integrations and integrate from our websit and it is seamless.
I've noticed that my mobile app only works well if I'm connected to WIFI. However, that doesn't affect me too much.
Podium solves the problem of having all our communications in one place. It's a nice change.

We were using Pulse-M, switched to Podium and so far the results have been similar. Podium is less expensive and offers the texting feature, which we haven't fully taken advantage of yet.
Our technicians are basically sending a text to customers through the software, multiple times a day. From the time they are on-boarded, they are in the software. Our office staff can also maneuver the software to complete their tasks as well. While we only use the review portion of the software, we have been very happy with the software so far.
So far, the only complaint we have is not being able to merge contacts. There is a work around, but a merge feature would be beneficial.
Getting reviews is much easier when using Podium.

Podium provides our company with several tools that help in different areas of our business. All the tools are easy to use, help us provide better customer support, and provide several features. The chat, text marketing/communication and review platforms are all tools we use every day.
We don't currently have any complaints about the tools were are using.
