That they still exist and support what they originally built. And that they offer the product at all. Of all the products that do this I believe Nintex to be the best and most reliable.
Everything else: The response time for sales, service, support, accounting. Support has been half-hearted and no urgency on their part to resolve. We pay an inordinate amount for the platform for what we use it for so it is underutilized and I always feel like they have a) bigger fish to fry and b) don't really want our business anyway.
We have used the Nintex platform to support our background workflows for our SharePoint environment. It has been very reliable and has stood the test of time. Good product poor company operations.
