the best thing with Hubstaff is you can track the project working hours indivisibly.
nothing \as such but the pricing is too high as compare to other software.
the main benefit is you can track project hours for different clients. and assign different tasks to all employees. and in additional you can prepare a work performance sheet from the track hours. And also it takes screenshots every 05 minutes so you can make sure that your employee is working properly.
I love that it's easy to use, I can track what my team is doing right away, and give powerful insights to calculate how many hours a project can be done
They should highlight the reminder feature for not forgetting to start tracking. Most of my employees forgot about activating even option to schedule the reminders
I can know my team is working on my projects, measuring their performance, and calculating the number of hours and rate they cost to my business
Onboarding users to our company project is literally 3 clicks and it's one of the easiest tools I've come across for time tracking and productivity tracking I've used to date. I also like the feature where Hubstaff shows your average productivity on a daily basis, the encouraging emails on days when your activity is high (above 50%) is also nice :)
Payroll integration is a bit messy when starting however the customer relations team is very understanding and knowledgeable.

It offers an amazing and customizable easy to use interface, where with just one click, you can start/stop tracking your daily project activities. It offers both desktop and browser compatibility, and all the tasks are customizable to suit your project needs, and don't worry! If an employee tracks their time wrongly, it can always be corrected by submitting a correction form. In my opinion, the best time tracking tool I have used.
Corrections can be tricky to do at first, and recently Hubstaff's interactions with windows 10 aren't the best. Notifications for switching a tracking status get sent out twice instead of once.
Hubstaff helps our project directly manage the time employees spend on a certain task for the purpose of justifying their working hours and how they are spent. It helps us have an insight into how our workload is being distributed, how much time employees spend doing certain project tasks, and at what pace things get done. By doing this, our productivity has risen, and we are able to perform more activities and split our time efficiently between tasks with ease.
This system is very easy to use! I like that it stays at the top of your screen ready for your next work day.
Sometimes Hubstaff stops working unexpectedly.
HubStaff makes it easy to track all of the employees' breaks/lunches. It is super helpful to ensure all of the employees are working as they should be.

It easy to manage
The simple and clear dashboard and easy-to-follow training videos. This app has so many features that I don't know when I will be using the highest and best parts. It's great and I do think I'll ever be able to outgrow it.
The difficulting of setting up automatic payroll capabilities. Even though I have my dislike, it is not attributed to the product. I need to take more time and get it properly set up and stop being lazy. Customer support, on a scale 1-10 is 100.
Monitoring or auditing team time and productivity online. Payroll amounts and more to come. I am able to see how much time my team is spending on assignments and websites alike. This helps me to feel confident on their productivity when I have them doing things that are hard to track because there are no KPI's or similar scorecard that I can use. I am going to get further into building out the project and task capabilities so I can track everything in one place. There is so many things you can do and this app intergrates with other tools that we are using very easy. The more you can think and use, the better your business will operated. La herramienta es la mejor en calidad y el precio. Felicitaciones a los creadores, crearon una herramienta integra, útil y fácil de manejar. Yo utilizo la del seguimiento de tareas y la de gestión de proyectos. Lo mejor para mi, es que tiene muchas opciones, pero no te sientes ahogado o confundido con ellas, es muy intuitiva y muy completa. Por lo menos para mi agencia de Marketing funciona a la perfección.

one day i forget to on hubstaff in my system but hubstaff provide option to add your time 2 hour i forget to on hubstaff then i manage time with hubstaff and it manage properly
Its a very amazing thing to manage your employee and have him/her productivity increased. As much as I liked the application I can only recommend it my friends who manages the team and not the one who is under any manager. Do not want to get micro managed by my Manager.
Privacy. Sometime you gotta work something different than that of your usual work. And need not show your employee. Screenshots are pain.
I'm being more productive and asking for more work even If I don't have any. Because I can't sit idle while I'm being paid.
The screenshots are critical for both our customers to verify what we've worked on (even though they've yet to question us) and for me to verify that work is getting done by my employee. The screenshots also help me in case I forget to stop the timer. Also critical is Hubstaff's integration with our Zoho Projects and Gusto accounts.
We switched to Hubstaff after using Timecamp (Timecamp's desktop timer app was unstable). I do wish that Hubstaff's desktop timer app had the ability to know when I had switched to working on a new project, like Timecamp's app has, so that I don't have to remember to switch the timer myself. But maybe that's why Timecamp's app was unstable.
We're able to run reports that help us to know when it's time to increase our prices for our fixed-price customer.
I like to timetrack because helps me to focus on my tasks. Another thing that is helpful is the task board.

Hubstaff platform is very user friendly and it has amazing and helpful features as connection to other apps is very helpful. Its screen capturing is very effective and the screen capturing can help me track other workers activities if they do any unrelated things. It captures 3 screenshots after every 10 minutes to catch activities and integrates very well with other applications.
The setting up of this system is such a headache and the first time zone needs a lot of effort to set up. New workers can't find it user friendly because it is quite techy in some areas like troubleshooting and the customer support is not available 24/7 and connecting with customer support service is a buggy process.
This platform is good to detect your worker's progress and activities and this increased our worker's productivity. It provided us complete value for money and it has features like payment management which also helped us a lot and I can track given tasks and on time and manage tasks in real-time.
Hubstaff does activity reviews. That's the most useful for remote work

This is really ingenious and I used it every day ! The things I mostly like is the way we could manage of our time without effort. Secondly we could send invoices of our tracking time directly to the company we had work for. In conclusion this is a app I recommend to all free lancer as I am for every day working.

It´s not integrated with Ms Project and task dependencies should be more powerfull. Altough i understand is not a PM solution, it´s very related to it.
