I like being able to just go on to the GoToWebinar website and not have to download large files or applications and then go through a complicated process in order to start a webinar. The tools in GoToWebinar allow for lots of interactions between the viewers and the host. We can gather lots of data through surveys and chat with all of the viewers to have a robust conversation that gives good value to both sides.
The connections are often okay, but we oftentimes will encounter difficulties with people connecting or some delays with the video stream. I think that sometimes when we call customer support at GoToWebinar, it might take a while to get ahold of someone. We're usually able to resolve our account issues with them once we make contact with someone.
GoToWebinar has been mostly a success when it comes to giving us away to execute webinars with our sales leads or existing clients. We can get relatively crisp live video and sound quality most of the time. We are able to get connected quickly to a large amount of public users without having to spend lots of time setting up a network or any complicated programming processes. We get lots of bandwidth and can record calls for later analysis.
I love the ease of sharing docs and switching between presenting and viewing those in the meeting.

I have the ability to take notes, share docs with ease, and keep track o those attending meeting a whole lot faster. Cuts down on the time I spend after meetings compiling info and completing action steps.
This tool has a very good user-friendly and user-friendly interface, allows you to carry out webinars and interact in real time in a fast and efficient way.
So far there has been no type of inconvenience with this tool, GotoWebinar have very good quality of video and sound. In addition to fluency, practical to use.

I love the new multi session reporting! It has been valuable to see engagement over multiple sessions of the instructional webinars we host. I also love the attention ratings.
I dislike having to call Support. Get e-mail and chat Support!! It is a big inconvenience to have to add another phone call to my already busy day. Also, I would only use phone support for an urgent issue, not a quick question that doesn't need to be addressed immediately. The reporting, although recently improved, could use some more data. I would love to be able to pull attendees signed up from a specific organization.
We needed a way to train our customers on our software product. We have registered over 3500 customers in less than a year, which has been a huge win for our training department. We have also used the tool to train some of our National Accounts which has been very successful and helped us scale training to large groups.
The ease of use is outstanding. The UI is easy to use and full of useful info after they recently updated it.
I dislike the cost and that you can only have 1 organizer with the account I have. Competitors all allow more than one organizer at the initial price point.
It gets us in front of a larger audience with relative ease. It allows us to train agents in what we want them to be trained in.
The platform is pretty easy to use for live webinar events, both for presenters and attendees. I also like the recording options, ability to send automated emails to attendees and the robust reporting.
Setting up the webinar registration page with images can be tricky.

We could sign up very easily and start broadcasting very quickly. There are dynamic interactive tools that help to keep our audiences engaged. We can send out questionnaires during live webinars to help shape how the webinar continues. We can also attach various CRM platforms to allow for importing, exporting and managing of contact information. I like that there are many resources online to give us webinar ideas and solutions to common issues. Though the customer support team at GoToWebinar can be tough to get a hold of at times, they are usually very helpful and friendly.
Having many great webinar tools can sometimes make planning our webinars more complicated. It's hard to know how to best utilize certain tools to create the most ideal webinar experience for our viewers. The pricing is also a bit high compared to other popular solutions on the market.

GoToWebinar is an efficient platform for managing and executing a presentation to a big audience. The functionality is relatively straightforward and intuitive. It doesn't take very long to get a hang of the different features included in it. We can conduct surveys during our presentations, which is great for audience engagement and interactivity. The audio and video quality in GoToWebinar is generally high. I like that we can share a link to our presentation immediately after it's over.
Though I like the overall quality of GoToWebinar, I think the price is higher than several similar solutions out there. It would also be nice to allow for a higher number of attendees. Designing the online registration forms to fit a specific look can be difficult. The design capabilities within GoToWebinar are somewhat limited. Though it's not a common occurrence, there are times when registrants have trouble logging in for no apparent reason.
We have been able to use GoToWebinar to stream presentations and make them available for playback after they're over. We can link to the presentations in various marketing materials like websites, social media, email and print media. GoToWebinar has also been great for conducting internal presentations, so it's been great to use as a platform for tutorial and company news videos. It's also an effective tool for conducting meetings that allow attendees from different physical locations to communicate in real time.
We love the ease of access, and the variety of screen-sharing opportunities present.
We dislike the fact that every time a new user joins, an extra internet window is opened.
We are solving the problem of having a one-size-fits-all software that can be used to hold a Webinar on multiple internet browsers.
This tool does exactly what we need it to. Hosting webinars a few times a month for internal meetings as well as demos for potential prospects. Very easy to use, intuitive, setup is great.
The reports are preset, you have no ability to edit the fields or choose what you want to see. But they are very helpful reports!
We have been able to convert so many leads to opps by driving people to our demo and informational webinars!
I like how easily it integrates with Hubspot and how easy it is to setup a webinar, send promotional emails, and manage the webinar live. It also now provides the ability to be a fully web based presentation, instead of having attendees download software.
I don't like the way the settings are organized forcing you to go into each section, rather than just have one page of settings to change. I also don't like that you can't attach slides to the follow up email which forces me to create follow up emails separately instead of through the system.

Like any type of connectivity software I appreciate when the product ‘just works’. GoToWebinar does just that. There isn’t a lot to see in its interface. It is by no means ‘busy’, but that’s most often a good thing. So much software these days has a busy, cluttered and oftentimes inscrutable interface that makes it stressful to use, when you’re late attending a webinar, and what you really want is something that’s easy to understand, navigate and gets you connected...without a lot of extra intervention on your part...as quickly as possible.
I haven’t found any major faults as of yet. I’ve used it about a dozen times...for weekly meetings with our MSP, and it has worked without issue every time.
These webinars give us a lot of extra insight into what is happening with a lot of clients with whom we would otherwise be unable to interact. This insight helps us to know ‘how we are doing’. It gives us a way to measure how effective we are at achieving our recruiting goals.
It's easy to jump into a webinar with this software. Just click the link and it'll handle the execution and login for the webinar. I also like the additional functions of being able to "raise your hand" and text box functions to ask questions and give feedback as needed without needing a microphone.
It would be nice if the streaming could have a backlog to it, so you can rewind to a certain section as needed, then rejoin the current topic. As it is, if the host isn't actively recording the webinar, any information you don't get can't really be reviewed without interrupting the speaker.
Webinars are great for learning new information without having to leave the office. They save a lot of time, and allow you to keep working while listening.
I really liked how simple it was for me to follow the link from my email and automatically get connected to the webinar without any difficult logins or confusing numbers to get wrong. I really liked how the video worded in the application. I had fairly consistent and clear video while the webinar was going on .
I didn't like how sometimes the connection wasn't very good when using my phone. The connection would cut in and out occasionally. Overall, I had a very good experience. I didn't have many problems with a connection issue. It only happened occasionally.
I was able to take part in a large group of people learning about an opportunity with relative ease. I was able to learn more about the business I was researching and it may prove to be a good opportunity for myself and my students in the future.
I think the option to share you screen, turn off your microphone is very good and to turn on your camera. I also like the test your sound function. Easy for share the details of the meeting. Also as we now have weekly recurring meetings, I do not need to resend the inviation and link if the timing or the date of the meetings change
It did take a while to learn how to switch presenters etc. Sometimes the sound is poor when there are a few people in the office in the same meeting and we are sat close together

This software is great for meeting in a large conference setting. It provides a feature where it automatically mutes your audience so you do not pick up background noise.
Where as it automatically muted your full audience, it would be nice to provide the user to unmute themselves without requiring the admin to do so as it is sometimes hard to manage in the comment section.
Overall we utilize this regularly and it meets all business needs we need to attain.
The software is cloud based, this make it easy to use and setup wherever you are and with any device. Go To Webinar can help to manage a large amount of participants with no problems. You can chat and read what they write. It's also easy to share webcam video or screen.
It can be a liitle bit pricey since many screen share are avaible for free, but if you use Go To Meeting like me there is no problems. If they improve the local dialing codes variety can help a lot with other countries.
Thanks to Go To Webinar we are able to deliver our classes and conference in our work field in a solid and straight way. The platform helps us to save money because we are able to support training seminars staying in the office but reaching clients and other offices from other regions in Italy.
