One of the things I like best about Glide is its versatility and ease of use. It allows me to create and manage various types of applications without the need for extensive coding knowledge, even though I know how to code. Usually, I try it with Glide before coding a new app from zero. Generally, it gets me where I want.

I really enjoyed the comments feature in the old apps view of Glide. It was incredibly helpful for managing and organizing my apps effectively. However, with the new generation of apps, this feature seems to be missing, and I find that disappointing. The comments feature allowed me to easily communicate and collaborate with my team, providing valuable context and feedback on specific app elements. Losing this feature has affected my workflow and made it more challenging to maintain efficient communication within the app

Glide is solving several problems in my workflow and benefiting me in multiple ways. Firstly, it helps streamline communication between the on-site teams and the administrative staff in the construction company. Using Glide, we can easily exchange information, updates, and requests, ensuring everyone is on the same page and facilitating smooth coordination across different parts of the organization. Glide is really simple to understand. If you invest 4 serious hours of your time, you will be able to create your first app. Not just a "Hello world app". A beautifull responsive app with: security, datas, actions and anything you need to speed up your daily process.

Sometimes you need to deal with the platform choice. You are not totally in control of your design but that's part of the deal. Plus, you need to think about your product before building so you can choose the right pricing plan for your needs.

The clear interface to build your app very quick

You can do very much but the standard templates as example are quite simple. So to make a complex app, you have to find out much yourself

Glide has been helping us deliver a more efficient service by digitizing our operation. Then, our clients began paying for the app as a separate product. What I like about Glide is just how easy it was it build it all. It is an extremely powerful platform.

We are still holding on for more powerful features in terms of notifications and event triggers - currently actions can only be triggered by the users. Hopefully we get it soon.

Glide is great for users with limited technical knowledge. However, for experienced coders, Glide's preset templates may take away from the builder's creativity.

The problem that Glide solves is not being able to innovate due to lack of technical expertise. Glide allows users of all educational backgrounds to create freely.

It's intuitive and nice-to-look at interface and editor. What you see is really what you get. Fast changes, simplicity in general and the fast PWA launch.

The feature that drew me to Glide was the integration with Google Sheets where i can transform my spreadsheet data into apps. I have been able to connect teams using google sheets and provide simple yet powerful apps to collaborate within my client teams i.e. sales teams and finance department

Glide helps me automate and digitize manual processes in my clients' businesses. In Tanzania, big companies enjoy the well established software however the small businesses usually can't afford many of the enterprise software. Glide helps to bridge the gap as i can create web apps that help clients enjoy the same level of automation that big businesses enjoy while using other expensive saas such SAP.

Glide enables users to validate their ideas rapidly by creating apps on top of popular platforms such as Google Sheets, Airtable, Excel, and the home-made Glide Tables. Glide also offers a good headstart design-wise, with their carefully-crafted, instantly-innovated components. You don't need to worry as much about the design, and can focus on making the desired functionalities work instead. Finally, Glide has a great community of people who are willing to help fellow users any time.

Not much, but I think it would be great if Glide has a page to be more transparent about their roadmap. It helps people plan in advance, in case a feature they need is coming, thus they can make their own roadmap be more transparent to clients as well.

Glide helps my client transform their idea to a minimum viable product in just 2-3 weeks.

I loved working with Glide to create a prototype of our product. It helped me quickly create an MVP and demo it to our investors and customers. Doing same with the help of a software team would have taken lots of time and money.

It would have been great if I could manage API call logic as well easily in Glide. There are some other platforms that do that really well. But, nothing beats Glide's ease of use.

Insas a bit lost when first starting. I don't know if I skipped a tutorial, but in this case a tutorial or guide would help in the first 10 minute to get rolling
