The final result using Sendinblue template is really clean. You can do professionnal emailing quite easily. The pricing is also faire.
You can't use emails adresses from scraping tools. For sure it's better in regard of GDPR but still, in a day-to-day use it's quite strict.
Managing big listing of customers is a nightmare whitout an efficient tool. The opt-in/opt-out management is also a real benefit.

The tool is simple and i easy to learn. It has some great features like automation with visualisation in the free version. Another good thing is that you can have both transactional and marketing emails in the same place. There is inbox test which helps you understand whether the email will go junk folder or no. There is an integration with NiftyImages which allows you to customise images. Also, you can set trigger emails based on person's activity in your website. The support is good.
The biggest limitation is the absence of A/B testing, though you can overcome this via replicating the campaigns. But you still have to make a lot manual changes after that. There are some other limitations: You can't change attribute name and type after you create them initially, which makes life a lot harder. The designer tool has some limitations compared to MailChimp.
Growth hacking.
The best thing about this platform is you have a pretty good dashboard with overall stats in front of you. Even in the free account, you have unlimited contact and enough daily sending limit for a small business. Paid plans are quite affordable in comparison to other platforms with the same functionality. Automation and transactional emails with SMS facility is an added advantage.
Drag and drop feature needs to revamp. It looks very old fashioned. Features wise there is no major flaws it's very easy to build a campaign.

SendinBlue is able to give a satisfactory answer to the challenge of automating email marketing through extensive functionalities such as automated marketing, transactional emails and landing pages. In the test that I have done with the free plan I could observe that the functionalities are quite complete and their automations are advanced in a well designed web page and with a control panel that will make you buy the program. I think it is the marketing tool with the most refined administration and best design. We can notice this in the register, one of the simplest that exist, the same happens within the platform, everything is made easy and comfortable. Another difference is that you don't have to limit your contacts, this is the first thing that restricts the email marketing tools. The campaigns in SendinBlue are easy to carry out thanks to the excellent design of the main board, it is very simple and pleasant. With regard to the creation of Newsletters as most tools has a drag-and-drop editor that while very basic, can get you out of trouble when it comes to modifying things at the last minute. In this editor I have experienced slowness in the browser Chrome but I have managed to solve it by changing browser or closing tabs. The customization has conditional content similar to those found in Excel, for this you must know how to program a little this type of logic in conditional attributes. The concept is well applied and allows the realization of a dynamic content that can discern between what kind of emails to send to each client based on their behavior and tastes. This is also found in the automation of emails where we can define certain parameters such as contact details, interaction with emails and ecommerce activity. In this it is remarkable that only SendinBlue allows to send confirmations and receipts of purchase through SMTP. The forms are advanced and you can customize them a lot, for example it is good to add Captcha verifications and pre-fill fields with the data of your customers when you send them forms through email with SendinBlue. Available in 5 languages and with a section of Reports and Analysis that does not need improvement at the moment because you can integrate it with Google Analytics. You can not ask for more features that you can get for free. Finally it is important to note that Premium plans have a landing page editor very complete, stylish and robust. For this you must pay, the templates are nice and there are many to choose. I recommend to create them from scratch as well.
The big problem with SendinBlue is deliverability. The rates are bad and many emails end up in the spam folder of the big mail providers. But despite this it is a good option for how cheap it is. And the customer service is deficient, I have heard of account deactivations for no reason, beyond these problems do not find that improve SendinBlue for its low price and great features, in any case you should try the free version and if it works you can buy premium versions. With respect to the built-in editor this should be debugged because sometimes it gets stuck in the Chrome browser.
SendinBlue is a tool easy to use, recommended for those who do not know design, the platform will facilitate the work, ideal for email campaigns and self response to help you save time. Before buying a paid version you should try the free version and try an example campaign.

After utilizing Brevo for six months, it was abruptly suspended due to my outreach efforts to potential clients and candidates. We are a recruiting firm. Brevo said you couldn't use their platform for sales or job emails. On their website, their platform is described as a sales CRM! Customer Service is unwilling to assist except to say do you want to cancel? It is important to note that all of these individuals who were emailed had willingly subscribed. Regrettably, customer service displayed no inclination to engage or explore any opportunities. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend their services if you are considering utilizing them as a sales or recruiting tool. Up until this point, I was very pleased. Something had to change.

Support response time, especially on weekends, is very poor. Problem solving, mainly related to removing IPs from the blacklist, should be more dynamic.
The main problem I was supposed to solve is the deliverability of corporate emails, but I was left wanting due to a lack of support response over the weekend.

Creating automations is not user-friendly. Overall the platform design isn't simple to use, and there could be a lot of improvements with suggested audience segmentation and purchase history.
We use Sendinblue primarily as a solution for landing pages. We've realized it's easier to build custom pages which is hard to find on other platforms.

O atendimento é horrível. Se você tiver algum problema dentro da plataforma, pode esquecer ajuda vinda por parte deles. Tive um problema sério com a importação dos meus contatos, o que travou o trabalho na empresa, e eles não pareciam nem um pouco preocupados em resolver a questão, comentando claramente que não podiam parar o trabalho deles para me ajudar. A Marjorie e a Guiliana, funcionárias que me atenderam, deram soluções completamente descabíveis, como enviar um email marketing para todos os meus contatos explicando a situação do ocorrido, além de terem sido irônicas comigo por diversas vezes. Mas calma que não é a pior parte. Além de tudo isso, eles demoraram MAIS DE 10 DIAS para fazerem alguma coisa concreta a respeito do caso, e no final, não fizeram conforme eu tinha pedido. Dá para perceber claramente que o foco do trabalho deles é fechar tickets, e não satisfazer o cliente. Totalmente lamentável.

Their code was wrong, this takes days, disconnect after disconnect, finally get web developer togerther with SIB CS and we are on a 12 minute hold, only to be disconnecrted. Two month later my digital marketing campaigns which took 3 years to buid are destroyed! These people suck! There is a reason they are hiding in France. Total thieves!!!!!
