Apollo.io is just amazing. The user experience is just top notch. Its very easy to use and gave so much information about the prospect. The way it is integrated with SALES NAVIGATOR is just makes the work very easy.
The company numbers which apollo.io provides is somtimes does not exist. Data filteration should be there.
For me as a consultant apollo.io solves so much of my problem. We can see our prospects in linkedin but we have no way connect but using apollo.io gives me the mobile numbers of the prospects and i can convert them to leads.

I really like the feature of the filters where you are able to add the employees strength and you also have the option to download a CSV of your search. Would really recommend using Apollo.
The credits feature gets annoying some times.
I am able to find start ups that I might haven't heard of. And I am able you directly route to Websites, LinkedIn, etc for the founders or owners of the companies.

Lacking INmails for salesnav. Not great about avoiding duplicate accounts with Salesforce.

Searching within a corporation for a specific employee/department/location, which leads to their email address for further conversation. This has greatly reduced the amount of time spent looking through unwanted/advertised/paid lead websites, and the data quality is amazing!
It's understandable if I can't recall the name of the company we're looking at because the database takes us to a specific department. After evaluating all of the contacts you call, you can quickly determine who to contact based on their other information such as department, title, and location.
The most important advantage is that Apollo saves us time that we would have spent browsing several websites for verified contact information. This platform gives reliable information and has a high response rate. It decreases the number of calls we make and allows us to interact with specific people within an organization. The firm search is quite simple; all that is required is a website to identify the name. I tried the name search before, which is also great, but the corporate website search saves us a lot of time and delivers correct results. Also, the credits offered to look up the direct phone number are more than enough for a beginner to gain confidence; I would definitely sign up for the future version and try out the new features.

We canceled ZoomInfo, and prospect.io and moved entirely with Apollo. in the last 6 months, while consulting I have recommended Apollo to two of my clients, they are now happy users with the enterprise version.
By far is one of the best platforms in the market, can't beat the price, and enterprise ROI can be achieved within 3 months, easily. As with many other data providers verification is key, but in the last 2 months, I have seen fewer bouncebacks.

I love how Apollo not only helps you find the lead/account full information. This makes prospecting easier! Another thing that I like is qualifies your leads/ accounts whether it's a hot lead or cold lead!
The only bad thing I don't like is that I don't have money to buy the premium version because I can only imagine how much easier it'll make my work life

It's ease of use. The free 10,000 email credits per month is very appealing. Has great details about each company and their employees. Didn't get to use the other features such as sequences or email sending but they would certainly be helpful for the users.
So far I have only 1 feedback. When selecting multiple emails, it would be great to have an option to copy all at once.
Apollo makes it easier to review companies and connect with them more directly. While I have to dig back and forth on internet to get in touch with specific contacts, Apollo offers a one-stop shop to make the process quick and easy. I have used other paid platforms and still they don't offer as much as Apollo offers for free.
How Apollo automatically creates potential buyers for you. This allows me to add them to a sequence without taking much time to source.
I hI haven't compared it to other products, but I would like better tracking for those who have automatic responses counting toward your overall open rate. Also, better automatic tagging features. Suppose there was a way to have Apollo pick up on the email and look for keywords to label the potential customer as interested or not,

The ability to drill down using the filters to find our perfect customer profile is by far the most powerful tool we have.
The only small issue and it is very small is that i sometimes find it hard to navigate to list's but thats more down to user error than the sotware.
It helps us to identify our perferct prospect by being able to be very specific on industry and job title.
