I love Zoho Connect because it is an easy-to-use software, it is very intuitive and it has enough features so it is worth using, it is more than a project management or team collaboration tool, it is an online filing cabinet, library, calendar , call tool, integrated chat, documents, with extensive integration with all other Zoho applications and tools.
There are some features that don't make me very happy, like I can't edit the forum posts of other members, only mine. In addition the mobile application does not allow the creation of new posts in the forum. On the other hand, it exhausts me to discover where everything is and how to use all the tools together.
Zoho Connect is a team collaboration application that unifies the people, resources and applications they need, we can share ideas, hold real-time conversations, contact anyone on the network, create my own applications and make connections Easily with the other members to improve our learning and development as well.
Zoho Connect has a nice layout with concise and easy-to-use panels. There are tools that allow me and my team to chat and collaborate on documents that are accessible within the platform and through connected cloud storage services like Google Drive and Dropbox. The text chat is more engaging than standard chat apps and more conducive to discussions about business activities. I like the calendar for getting a quick glimpse and our project timeline and the task grid that allows us to assign duty and priorities to various tasks.
The price is a bit high for some of the premium packages. I don't think the price is worth it for all of our projects. Some users on my team have found Zoho Connect to be more of a burden to keep up with and didn't respond well to demands generated from it. Though there are some customization options, the possibilities aren't as extensive as I'd like.
We use Zoho Connect as a hub for many projects. It allows us to keep everyone updated in real time and store resources and applicable files in one location. This platform has definitely been more efficient than standard phone calls, emails and text chats. We are generally more on the same page when it comes to assigned tasks and deadlines. Zoho Connect has also been a great way to on-board new team members. They can look over past discussions and resources to get a quick and accurate picture on project activities.
Zoho connect is very easy to use in comparison with other sites. We mostly use it for our Alerts n news.
There is a learning curve that is associated with Zoho connect. Zoho connects works well with zoho ecosystem but not with other suites.
It allows us to closely work with our remote team. Project handling, file sharing, task allowcation and tagging the responsible person becomes easy in remotely working environment. Its solves our news alerts or internal newsletter problem and reduces dependency on mails for internal communication.

When we post questions on Connect, it's beneficial that everyone sees them and sees the answer as opposed to someone asking that question via email. It's solving the problem of how we can build our institutional knowledge when everyone has the opportunity to answer the question as well - we can get different perspectives from different business units.
Before using Zoho Connect, we stored a lot of our company manuals on a Mediawiki. One of the most significant improvements we saw in Connect over the wiki was how easy it was for users to create their content. Mediawiki used markdown at the time, which wasn't intuitive for the uninitiated. Connect was included in our Zoho One package, so switching over to it didn't require a lot of extra work.
We utilized Zoho Connect for about two years before nearly abandoning it for Microsoft Teams. Connect didn't offer our users the persistence and the organizational tools that we can get from Teams. In the end, we found Connect very difficult to navigate and often directed users to search for specific keywords to access an article rather than navigate groups and books. Connect doesn't offer revision or change tracking, which is critical in managing company manuals where multiple users provide input. While the authoring system was better than markup, we still found it difficult to make good looking articles with the tools for creating lists, inserting images, and controlling text positioning to be very limited. Further, there's no real extensibility within Connect so you can't add much beyond static media to an article.
We needed a place to store company manuals that were easy for all users to access no matter where they were.

For a new organisation, it is as important to save costs as it is to offer quality services. Zoho effectively addresses both these concerns.
I like that Zoho Connect is very organized by showing the layout of all settings and options. Perfect place to easily connect with staff members or teammates. Zoho Connect makes it easy and beneficial to use.
I don't like that Zoho Connect doesn't correspond with Google mail. Usually you are able to login with Google but with Zoho Mail you cannot. Otherwise they are very helpful and can't go wrong!
Zoho Connect helps our business maintain a better ground of communication through its various systems and services that they provide. It increases productivity by boosting organizational skills within the system.

The meeting feature, which is to replace Zoom, is a nice feature to limit software usage. A company can easily use 10 to 30 different softwares to manage their day-to-day. Zoho in general makes it easier by offering features to replace most.

The tool is good but I don't think it stands out being better than any other competitor.
Being able to have a transparent communication between different groups, being able to to track the task (kanban board feature)

A very secure online meeting platform / conferencing tool for companies and their employees to use. ZOHO meeting offers free trials, and the price afterwards is still much affordable.
User interface can be improved. More features can be developed to meet business requirements and needs.
