It was very secure and allowed for a professional and stable connection overall. It was easy to use in the backend and allowed for things like recurring events easier.

The video quality really became behind other systems that were around. Additionally, it's interactivity tools for webinars left much to be desired, unfortunately.

Many times the agenda does not adapt or is not compatible with some emails, we manage Gmail and Outlook in the company and many times the webinar calendar is not integrated or the timing is not correct

Sometimes the video interface being somewhat complex and less intuitive compared to some other video conferencing platforms. and its hard for us to contact someone or invite in the meeting

There are so many reasons, why I prefer Webex Webinar over other apps. These include a) Automatic Attendance based on Attendee Activity, b) Option for a white board where participants can write something, c) Polling Option, d) Multiple Audio Option, e) Accessibility from mobile, laptop ( via App or Browser ) , f) Breakout time where participants can be split into multiple groups... g) Mini video screen of the host / participant who is speaking and so on ...

There are some features which are not accessible over browser like White Board. This can be further improved, so that the user is not impacted due to the medium of access, be it a laptop , mobile or browser.

It has the good UI and the interface which makes communication interesting. Also, it does the job quite well. I can organise meetings posts status and what not. Emoticons/gifs are best which does not makes the app dull.

Sometimes it gets slow when joining meeting. It's rare but I see it as a point of improvement.

It is a great app which client has provided to us. We can communicate, make direct calls, the chatting features makes the tool best.

Lo que mas me gusta de webex webinars es el la posibilidad de tenes panelistas y asistentes en un mismo eventos, donde tienen roles claros y definidos. La cantidad de participantes puede ser muy grande y el evento se puede administrar facilmente

Lo menos útil de seminarios webex es que en el chat no se pueden enviar archivos adjuntos o pegar imágenes desde el porta papeles. Seria interesando poder agregar una funcion para permitirles temporalmentes a los asistentes abrir cámara y microfono duerante el seminario.

Webex Webinars resuelve los problemas de cuando tenemos eventos de muchos participantes ya que nos organiza la administracion y gestion del seminario. Nos benefica resolviendo todo, la previa, el durante y post Evento.
