Easy and straight to the point, the UI design helps me easily get to where I need to be to do in the quickest way possible. Not necessary to spend days of self-teach in order to fully utilize what SendPulse has to offer. Also since using SendPulse, we have seen an open rate increase of more than 50% by using their Resend technology in comparison to the other popular services that we have tried and tested. We are now also optimistic to see that our open rates will further increase by testing out their new AI feature that is not offered on any other services that I know of. In addition, their customer support team is available 24/7 through phone/email/live-chat.

I would love to have more tutorial, or walk-through videos to review to help get acclimated even faster.

Initially looked at the the top tier providers and realized that not only is SendPulse able to compete with them on what they have to offer, but is a great solution as well for companies that aren't necessarily ready to pull the trigger on some of the "big boys". In addition, found that SendPulse's workflow is much better and straightforward when compared to popular services like MailChimp which was a reason that helped us choose SendPulse.

We have had excellent response time and assistance from their support staff on all issues related to our email servers and campaigns. Our email delivery and open rates are exceptional and their staff do everything they can to help us achieve the greatest success in all of our efforts. The dashboard and result graphis are well designedsimple and easy to use and we setup our account very quickly. Also, they offer a "pay as you go" option which allows us to purchase just the amount of their service that we need without a monthly or annual contractual commitment.

Not sure why it happened but our free trial account was briefly locked while our actual paid client account was being activated.... no big deal as it all worked out okay in the end but it would be nice if the trial account still worked during the live account creation process...

However, there's always room for improvement. I wish for more sophisticated features in email campaign creation, such as incorporating a countdown timer for special offers to add a sense of urgency and encourage quicker responses from subscribers. While this feature is currently missing, I am hopeful that SendPulse will continue to evolve and include such enhancements shortly to meet the growing needs of its users.

There is very very low limit for subscribers in free and paid plans.

We have been using chatbot from long time also have used their email marketing services, what i like the most is affordable. when compared to any other product in same domain this is way reasonable.

The Customer care support should be more quick and respond on time. however when we email they respond but sometimes in live chat support they take time.

So far I have not seen anything I dislike. The features are all pay for what you need, which I guess can add up, but personally I love being able to only pay for what I need instead of a pricey package some company decided I needed.

I needed to move my website away from Wordpress in an affordable way AND move all of my email lists over. Send Pulse has been amazing in being able to easily move my website over and my email list. The software is very easy to use. I was able to move my website over very quickly and easily. I love the drag and drop features. The premade templates helped me get my design ideas a reality very quickly. So far I love everything about Send Pulse. It really is designed to be able to grow with your business. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

We use SendPulse as SMTP system in our project. We've easily managed to connect our services via API. Once connected, the system works pretty good and with almost zero downtime. I must give a credit to the support team. They're very kind. Also they are always ready to struggle for your problem until it is resolved.

There are way too many positives to point out. 1. They have a free plan for Email Marketing for up to 2500 subscribers. This is, as far as I remember, the highest among all the other companies. 2. Their Web Push Notification service is free to use for a lifetime. 3. If you want to remove the SendinPulse Branding and unlock more features, you can upgrade your plan at just $9.95 per month which is again, by far, the cheapest 4. They also allow using custom DKIM and SPF for the personalized touch with any of their paid plan. Most other companies will ask you to purchase a costly plan for the same. 5. Their user interface is clean and self-explanatory. Even a noob can easily create automated campaigns. 6. Automation of Web-Push Notification which is great especially for an e-commerce website. 7. Have interacted with the support just once, and it was an overall pleasant experience. I received a response in less than a minute and the subsequent replies were also very quick. It seemed the executive had all the knowledge at his disposal and wasn't exactly looking for answers from seniors. 8. They are working on Artifical Intelligence. It is still in beta. Eager to try it out

1. Inability to import web-push notifications. 2. Though not a drawback of SendPulse, my Pop-Up forms currently don't support SendPulse API.

I was using Sendpulse for sending Web-Push notifications.

The interface is very simple and it is very easy to set different workflows and various automations. The customer support is very fast too!

One thing to be improved is their server I guess. After I save a certain workflow, it might not be saved and asked me to save again. Luckily, they have auto save function with a draft.

Modernizing how businesses operate. As more customers and enquiries come in, it is important to have chatbots installed to collect customers' requirements as fast as possible instead of a human typing and waiting for replies.

It is cool that you can keep all your email and chatbots activities in one place. Also, I like the integration with other platforms, I use Tilda, and it's very cool that Senpulse has a plugin to connect CMS and Sendpulse account, it saves a lot of time.

Once, I had a problem because the chatbot for Facebook just stopped without any cause. Happily, the helpdesk managed it, but we lost some time, it was a shame.

It helps me make email promotions and trigger chains for sales funnels. In Sendpulse I can make some complex solutions based on emails and chatbots, and I don't need any coding skills for that.

I found that this service provides all the features I was looking for in one place. Before I was using services. Had considered using Zapier to connect them together.

Up, until now the only notable problem I came across was the basic quality of certain website features and automation functions. However taking into account the benefits I receive and the needs of my business it surpasses my expectations.

I ran into some issues and it turned out to be a bit pricey. However I found that SendPulse offers all the features I need at a rate. Their SMS pricing is the best I've come across which makes up for any expenses.
