As a 100% remote organization, We use PandaDoc for internal employment forms, employment contracts, and nondisclosure agreements. PandaDoc is a great tool to get electronic signatures from our employees who are located throughout the U.S. I have zero complaints as this is a seamless process for getting forms back timely.
I can honestly say that I have no dislikes about PandaDoc. PandaDoc does exactly what it needs to do for our organization.
Our biggest problem solved with PandaDoc is allowing all of our remote employees an easy way to sign forms and return them timely electronically.

The site could be a bit faster when loading documents though this has never been a major concern for us. We receive occasional errors when submitting documents that require refreshing the page.
We primarily use Pandadoc for contract management and esignatures, and we have found their support staff to be incredibly helpful in meeting our needs. One standout feature is their file system, which efficiently organizes completed and in-progress contracts. Additionally, the automatic reminder and expiry feature has significantly improved our quality of life compared to previous contract management software we used.
Super helpful and the customer service reports to you quickly with timely responses. It intergrates with our salesforce applications so it ties together and makes things easier to track.
To be honest there is not much that I do not like about PandaDoc. Although, the only thing I can say is that you have to pay for licenses to add per person per user.
Syncing documents and being able to apply e-signatures and notaries. This helps with our business proposals and helps store all of our customers information. It is together with our salesforce app.
It is a fast and efficient platform to get set up and rolling. Very user friendly.
Some features behind a paywall, however the freemium version is fantastic!

It's tough to change font size to the exact size while on a laptop. Also when I try to highlight something to delete it, the software grabs the entire column to move it, so I rvert to hitting delete a bunch of times. Seriously, that's about it!
E-signing and gaining a standard for our proposals which is very important to realize the quality we have been lacking in the past.

When sending by email it doesn't use your email domain and the email often goes to spam.
It solves the time involved to create multiple proposals, by having the ability to have multiple templates.
Very easy to use, you can easily add and remove a client. Very user-friendly; clients of all ages can use this product without issues. I have used other similar products, and this one is overall the best.
When you send the document to the client, it gives the option to email or generate a link. If you click "email," the email option goes away. So if a client doesn't receive the email or can't find it, I can't resend it.
Very easy to add users, Documents, etc... Saves time and headaches for clients because of the simplicity of the product.
Easily the best customer support I've received in like the last decade. Not joking.. As a customer, it is so reassuring PandaDoc has a team readily available to hear a customer issue AND be able to quickly troubleshoot the issue for the immediate needs of the customer. Contracts are critical to gaining clients' trust and building a successful partnership. Many clients have special requests with contracts, and PandaDoc's CS team is there to help accommodate their needs.
I use a lot of different apps and services. PandaDoc is without question provides the best support after the sale! I have been amazed at how quick they respond! I send them an email and typically get a response within a couple of hours. Not only do I get a quick response, I get a straight answer to my question by very qualified staff members. If my question is about something they do not offer yet, they are very straightforward with me and let me know. They then provide a link for me to vote on adding the feature I want for my business. EXCELLENT SERVICE!
I have nothing bad to say about this organization. There are some features (e.g. white labeling emails, automation of document flow based on conditions) I would prefer being included rather than paying an additional fee for but I get value out of those features that I purchased.
I needed a HIPAA compliant data gathering and reporting mechanism for clinicians that use our system. I have been able to make the data gathering easier due to the simplicity of the PandaDoc document generation and work flow.
I like how easy it is to use the application. I appreciate the ability to store canned messages for different types of documents.
Sometimes, and I mean rarely, when I load a document, it doesn't load correctly, but that could be my browser!!!
It facilitates getting certified signatures without sending PDFs. This had been very helpful.
Easy field assignments and customization. Templates are simple to convert from PDF.
Formatting isn't as convenient as MS Word.

It was really intuitive and easy to set-up.
At first I was confused with where each document was stored, but it just took time to get used to the platform.
We needed a quick document add-on that needed to be signed live, so we send it and they sign it and we move foward.
Fast to edit! I like how I can do the link-sharing as well. There was a big problem before we could not forward our documents to the right signer. Now the forwarding feature allows it so anyone in the company can get it to the decision maker even if we don't have his/her email.
I wish there was daily reminders. There are 3 day or 5 day or even longer. I want the prospect to be reminded everyday until they sign and I wish that was possible for them.
I it easy to get the prospect the document. We actually stopped using Hub Spot quoting system because Panda Doc made our terms of service and official contract easier.
I appreciate how easy it is to use. It saves a lot of work and time when it comes to getting signatures on important documents. I often use the set signing order. I also really like using the saved messages feature to save additional time. My company chose PandaDoc because it was affordable and met our fairly basic needs.
I honestly can't think of anything I would change about it. The only thing I can think of is making some of the paid features (like templates) free, though I understand they need to make money to continue providing such a helpful product.
It gives us a secure way to get digital signatures quickly. This saved us from sending forms to people outside of our company who would need to print off and sign/complete information before scanning and returning. It has made the process of signing and receiving documents much faster and less hassle for everyone involved.

Ability to sign documents in real time
PandaDock has been a great platform for us. We have been able to send much more robust proposals to prospective clients and do it in less time with the tools available on PandaDoc. The templates, catalog and content library make it easy to create contracts and proposals efficiently. It's also allowed us to have an all-in-one solution for that process and stop using DocuSign.
So far, not really any negatives! Maybe make it a little easier to send reminders.
We were sending bland proposals via email previously which took a lot of time to create. PandaDoc allows us to send multi-media proposals easily while also taking less time to create a better proposal. We've also been able to drop our DocuSign subscription because we can create contracts to sign in PandaDoc.

PandaDoc has been the most streamlined platform I have ever used in years as a sales executive. Uploading or creating drafts is simple. I love the ability to both send the document straight to email, or generate links to share via email/text. My customers are always comfortable using the service and return documents to me promptly.
I would love to be able to integrate my signed documents into my CRM, so that I dont have to download and attach it, which I often forget to do when pushing the deal to closed/won.
Having an easy to use software to create and send contracts has helped me close many deals because my customers can easily view and sign on their computer or mobile device. The layout is easily understandable for the customer without having to explain anything in advance (for ex-color coded where the customer knows where to sign /date/etc.)
It is secure and very user friendly. Much better than docusign
I lose track of who needs to do what, need to set up notifications/reminders.
