InEvent has been a great partner for our digital events! As a Brazilian agency we have the challenge to plan, create and develop a digital event for a company in Peru, expecting over 4000 people logged at the same time. We are hosting this event using the Virtual Lobby and we expect to give a customized and high-end experience to our guests. The support and training have been very helpful so far. The platform has all of the features that we are looking for especially having the ability to have pre-recorded and live interactive sessions.
I wish there was an ability to a breakout rooms feature like Zoom. We also struggled with bandwidth issues, so make sure to plentiful testing and research beforehand!

The platform, support staff and leadership have failed our company and we do not recommend.
They have used a dishonorable bait and switch tactic when enlisting us as a client and would not take responsibility for this. When asked to speak with management, they passed us on to several people who were not decision makers. We ended up using a different solution after wasting money with this company. Once they get your money, they don’t care about you. Corporate B2B clients beware! Stay away from this shady company!
