All of our employees work remotely, and have since we began the company four years ago. We have tried other solutions in the past that were simply terrible. Go to has been an amazing product for us.
The GoTo Connect allows me to greet my callers with different messages during different times of a day. I set 10-5 as my working hours, and the caller will hear my company name and a greeting message. In other hours, my caller will hear my company name and my working hours and a greeting message. This function makes my voice communication sounds professional.
The recorded greeting message must be done by me. And if I would like these messages from professional speakers, I will have to pay for that. For me, this is not a serious problem, but for my parents whose English has limitations, it will cause a problem. Who else does not want to hear a professional speaker's voice? This feature had better be free.
Every time, a customer called me hearing my TV noises in the background of our conversation, knows my company is a family-run business. In some cases, it impacts my business and gives the caller a bad impression at least. The recorded greeting messages solved this problem perfectly. And after they hear the message and even they hear the sounds of my TV, they still believe they are dealing with a corporation-like business.
Its reliability and a seamless user experience.
So far I do not dislike anything. Every has worked as expected.

We can make quick adjustments, add/remove employees so no call is missed. The ability to track phone calls and listen to conversations regarding customer satisfaction is a godsend.
The mobile admin interface leaves a lot to be desired. I am unable to switch between PBX's on mobile.

The compatibility with all my devices, I can have my phone in the application on my smartphone as well as on my computer, and the quality is incredible, crystal clear like in a regular land line.
Currently, I have not found any issues with it; maybe the only thing that annoys me sometimes is that I have to relogin every month, but i know it is due to security reasons.
GoTo connect is helping us have the office numbers on the go on any device that we have available. As a company that is working from several locations, they can easily manage this with no problem.
I like the feature-rich online PBX. GoTo has really created an excellent experience.
I dislike the occasional service outages
Go to seems to be working on reducing service outages, that means the most to me.
It is cool to have a tool where I can make calls and text; it is very easy to use.
Sometimes calls sound low, but I have nothing else to criticize.
It is helping me to contact clients in very different ways.

The way people work has drastically changed due ro covid. Its not longer to work in office all time these days. And it requires reliable communication for staffa working remotely. GTC has solved this by providing reliable and unified communications.
Easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to work with. I enjoyed working with the goto team when I initially set up. I was able to get both of my offices connected seamlessly within minutes of receiving our handsets.
I would like to be able to remote control a computer during a conference call so I have the ability to troubleshoot technical problems over the phone. Other than that, GoTo has been great!
I have not had any problems that I know they are working on. I would like the ability to remote in to help my associates though during meetings.
i like the graphical user interface when creating the call flows. Since we are a small team, the ability to easily manage the users and system without a lot of technical training is key for us. Having used both Lync/Skype for Business, 8x8 and Ring central, this by far has been the easiest to utilize quickly.
There are times when the website gets "stuck" between environments and you've got to clear out the cache, but it's not a show stopper by any means.
We use it as our Enterprise UC , Call Center and Fax solution. The ability to manage multiple Clinics , call flows and diverse schedules with one system has really helped streamline our processes.

As a user, it's hard to even say that I dislike anything about Goto Connect.
It enables me to speak with customers and enables our team to have call queues and other features.
Our technicians install GoTo Connect at our clients with ease & confidence. The PBX is very well structured & intuitive, and the GUI for Dial Plans is best in the VoIP industry.
It's challenging to 1st find billing information for our client's accounts, but once you've found it you won't forget. Recommend putting billing link with all other PBX links on left side of screen.
High phone bills with analog ISPs can be cancelled, and replaced with much lower bill amounts. Also it's easy for employees in multiple sites/cities to transfer calls to other employees anywhere they may be.
We have been so satisfied with Goto connect. We have 4 locations and have all the flexibility one could ask for. Texting is something we use frequently and the system is easy to manage and many users. Highly recommend

Having all of our phone management in one place is powerful. Being able to communicate so effortlessly has been a blessing.
I have found it to be my favorite piece of software we use. I can edit and create our call groups, holiday schedule, and users, but if I get stuck, there is always a friendly support person to assist us. I was able to set up GoToConnect without hiring outside help.
The voicemail maxes out at 99 calls. Over the weekend we have patients complain they weren't able to leave a message.
Communication with our patients. It reduces the number of people answering phones by properly triaging. As well as allowing access to staff to access their phones/voicemails from their personal cell phones.
I enjoy the flexibility of getting my calls no matter where I am, whether on my phone, computer while at my desk or in my vehicle. GTC is there with me.
I don't have any dislikes. A little more robust SMS functionality might be excellent.

Affordable, easy to use and reliable. We have no desk phones and are entirely VOIP. We used another service first, but we had issues with performance and delay. Go To Connect was a noticeable improvement.
The text messaging interface can be confusing on the desktop and the phone application.
