I chose to talk about Google Drive. This product makes my job easier because I can store my files on Google's servers, I can access my cell phone or another mobile device, and I can share spreadsheets and documents with members of my team.
Little interaction with the Apple environment.
The main benefits are secure storage and the possibility of sharing files with the work team.
Google keep is used to create the notes, to-do list and setting up reminders. The best thing is we can directly add tasks from our emails using the pin function. The user interface is very easy to use. The notes can be added from any device, we just need to be logged in to that particular email ID. Search option in Google keep makes it easier to search for the notes. Proper Google PPT's or Google documents or Google photos can also be added in the Google Keep and then can be shared with the team members. When we are done with any note we can either delete the particular note or can archive it for reusing purpose. Google keep is free to use tool. and nothing is better than this to manage the reminders. Google keep also lets you set the alarm for the reminders. The shared notes can be managed simultaneously by multi persons. Everything automatically gets saved to Google cloud, thus it becomes convenient for taking rough notes.
No option to record progress on notes like any colour code or something like this. There is no text formatting option available in Google keep. Very simple for those coming from Evernote or OneNote. Uneven alignment of the notes, there is no option to align them.
Sharing meeting or other work-related notes Preparing notes(to-do list type) for myself. setting up reminders for meetings and deadlines.
Easy to fill in and multiple ways of question could be set. Heading section does help to make the question more organize. It does not take up size in drive.
It could be quite tedious in setting up the form and it need time to familiar with the setting
Mostly getting respond from a large group of people where it could be done in a short period of time. It could also allow identify percentage for response. Suitable for simple volt and collecting event attendance.
Its user friendly, easily editable, has fun little tricks to use and is usable at home and on my phone so I never miss a work chat or email.
Honestly, the only thing I dislike is that I sometimes get random messages like spam emails, but in chat form. I wish I could block those in some way
The benefits are huge. Its so easy to use, easy to teach, and is so user friendly across multiple devices.

Organization could be better. While you can make folders, it'd be nice to have different catagories. Also the phone app is not as good as using it on a computer.

As of now, I have not gone through any dislike part of Google Workspace.
It is always the smart thing that every google software is available in one place. Thus, it easily coordinates via Meet, Chat ( formally known as Hangout) or Gmail with employees as well as clients. It provides 15Gb of free storage in the cloud for initial data storing. Its slide is very helpful while giving training to the new employees.
I like Google Docs because of: 1. Its ability to share documents via Gmail. 2. Its ability to export the documents in various file formats like PDF, plain text format and others. 3. We do not need to install anything on the local hard disk drive to work on Google Docs. 4. Document sharing and collaboration is made very easy with Google Docs. 5. Ease of online collaboration on documents between several team members. It is very useful when working at different locations among different people or team.
1. We can store or share documents with a maximum of 15 GB only, no additional storage space is available. 2. The mobile application is not so easy and convenient. 3. Google Docs does not have all the features available in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, which is disappointing and risks of data loss due to allowing access to many parties for the same document or content. 4. It does not preserve the full format when importing and exporting file formats. 5. The admin interface is confusing, it cannot be used as a document management system. 6. Sometime facing difficulty in formatting of Microsoft Office Documents. 7. It should have version management feature. 8. It should have some offline feature too.
I use Google Docs regularly for my various project works and so far am very satisfied with what Google Docs is offering to make my documentation work easy.
I've been using google workspace for more that 5 years now, I find it very easy to use and, we use gmail as our everyday email service and anyone with minimum techinical knowledge can eaisly setup this. The most common feature we use in google workspace is google sheets, google meet and gmail.
There are some products which needs update from google in terms of new features. For eg: Google Forms, it has very less intregrations and design is also very standard. Which is why we shifted to tally forms. Other than that most of the google workspace features are very esay to use.
Google sheets is a very powerful tool, once you start working on it you don't want to switch to any other app. Most of our data has been managed at google sheets and it works seamlessly. Gmail, google slides, google meet, google calander are also some products of google workspace which we use daily for our business operations.

I use Google Forms for my Official work i.e for putting data and information in details and forms, making charts, etc, and for taking surveys. there is a lot more use. Google Forms are easy to use and provide a user-friendly environment and loving interface to users.
I love its simplicity. Workspace is very user friendly. I use it everyday. The ease of converting MS Word files into google docs is seamless.
I love workspace and I dont feel that there is anything not to like.

There are many things to love about Google Workspace, but the most useful aspect for my team has to be the shared Google drive. Great value for the capacity provided, and the collaboration is allows is limitless. Great apps for all devices, so everything is accessible, everywhere.
Accessing the admin properties is easy enough, but navigating them can be tricky, and getting help from live person takes maximum effort.
Again, the biggest thing is the document storage and sharing. We share across the organization, but also with clients. I know I can share a link with a client and trust that the rest of my data is secure. The sharing settings are easy to understand
It makes the task to be done in very less time and gives us the more informative result as outcome. Customisation of mail for business purpose is the best feature. Same team members or different teams can connect, collaborate for the betterment of the organisation. It can be connected with other google tools as well.
No dislikes about Google Workspace. It is a must have tool for everyone.
With Google Workspace we can work from anywhere. All the work is saved online as well as we can share on gmail or anyother source so there is nothing to worry for data loss. It's Google tool so the issue of data leak or hack is also solved as google is one of the most trusted and secured software.

The sharing feature of photos and documents. Is my favourite. Without using my storage I can have all the photos or documents. Now its has option of auto delete the photos after specific timeperiod and which is my perosnall fav.
The Recent tab. It would not delete the recent history. It is good but sometimes it's annoying. I was concerned with face detection feautre, which likely i am scred of my Privacy, If Data is privacy is protected then there is no disliked about it.
The problem I solves using Google drive are relate to storage of documents photos, videos and take the hwatspp backup securely, and when i reintall it in my new android device then it easily restore my data.
It helps keep you updated on collaborated work. It is so satisfying how a group of people can work on the same project, and it is super cool for remote work.
I think there is nothing I dislike about it for now. It has been an excellent working tool.

Nothing! I think the platform is great! Some minor security issues but they are fixed with training.
