Google workspace is a web solutions for all your needs which includes like mails, chats, worksheet, document creation, forms. Since its paid serivce you can create your own custom email address with your own domain. Google workspace provides unlimited paid storage as well which is better compared to your normal Gmail. Google workspace incudes business version of mail,drive,calender,meet,sheets,documents,slides,forms, cloud search and jamboard. Work space admin user have greater control our the documents created by any user under their account.

There is nothing to dislike about google workspace. Only improvement needed is on google slides it a little bit not user friendly.

Since our organisation has more than 8 employees and some contract employees. We use it create our own custom email addresses under our companies domain. Also since the google workspace provide administrative control oour the account it is best suited for our small organisation. As an admin we have greater control on what documents are being shared. Google workspace provide paid unlimited storage spaces which can be used according to the employee needs.

Google meet is the best ever software for online meetings I have used. In this pandemic time, it remains always very hard to communicate with your colleague, Google meet solved this problem. The best part is that it is easy to use and anyone who less less knowledge of technology can also use it properly.

The shortcoming I found is that it does not have whiteboard feature which is always required in an official meeting for making every presentation better.

I used this software for my video conferencings remotely when we all were not able to go to the offices and have some meetings with our clients and colleagues.

All-in-one solution for an enterprise. We can get all feature required for a organization. Easy to use, easy to integrate with other application from Goggle. Within few steps you can implement most of the feature. Greate customer support. Lot of companies use this workplace frequent.

Compare to Microsoft family is less number of apps or feature available to use, most of the applications web based. Sometimes it will be difecult for beginers to understand the functions of those applications.

Most of the applications are web based so very limited downtime compare to offline/desktop applications.

Custom survey forms. Overview of the data in easy to understand visual graphs. Easy to collect responses from large audience internal/external. Real time data updation.

The design customisation of the forms is limited. In case of long, verbose questions, the response from the data is not gathered effectively which might cause a misleading result.

Collaborative access to work on the data simultaneously makes it easy to share the load. It is a free tool which is very easy to understand and has a large "top of the mind recall" audience which helps gather feedback in a click without much serurity concerns on the link shared.

My team is a little more old-fashioned, so having chats, group chats and emails all in one space is a game changer ! It's also a lot more visually pleasing than Slack. Everything we use integrates with Google and it was very easy to implement.

No amazing desktop app. The app isn't that great.

I can do everything I need to do in Google Workspace. And it's secure !

It is easy to work with google workspace as it's a tool we use on a daily basis and having it connected with Monday.com makes the process smoother

It dislike me that we can't connect more than 1 google account to it

Google's workspace has its own best benefits for me and gives me my thinking to share the others for individuals, teams, or staff easly. One of my best benefits is creating meetings with individuals or my colleagues.

Nothing as such, but sometimes the workspace's vendor's product not works properly.

Google Workspace solved my bulk mail problem and it helps my organisation by cut off the price of third-party software

How easy and user-friendly this is. In comparison with other tools and software, this is by far the best one I have used for the last 11 years. Another thing is the fast and easy implementation with other tools/software like Monday.com. I would totally recommend to jump to the future with Google!

I would recommend including a tool for big data management as in my recent role this is critical. I have not had the opportunity to contact Customer Support directly, but every time there is an issue it usually gets resolved fast! Other than this, as a regular user (I use this on a daily basis!), I'm beyond happy.

To this point, I have not encountered any issues or challenges with the tools and software.

It is really easy to use and manage. It also keeps most if not all of your communication needs together in one place. It has a really powerful API to manage users and security panel with automatic notifications so you can decide how to address any issue

If you buy it using a reseller you cannot just include add-ons from the interface, instead you need to contact your reseller to enable or add for each thing you need.

With google workspace we have all our communication needs together in one place, this also benefits wen you add or remove users, since you just need to do it in one single place

Simplicity EasySharing & Accessible Everywhere

IT should provide more than 15GB storage for Free. Atleast 50GB.

I upload my Important Documents, Books, Photos etc to my GDrive and this makes it easy to have access to all these whenever required.

The versatility is what I like best about Google Workplace.

I am still learning all the ins and outs of the program.

Since COVID many companies have gone virtually. I can like calendars with other staff and arrange meetings. I am also able to put documents in one drive and grant the employees who need it access to it.

I like how Google Workspace enables our organization to be calibrated. I like how Google keeps documentation with the same quality, especially if you need to send photos that need to be clear for the recipient. Google also makes our everyday lives more accessible as you can organize and set your tasks accordingly. Google Workspace also help our account security.

None so far. Google Workspace always satisfies me, especially with the account security we all need. This makes us feel secure with all our information and documents. All sensitive information is protected.

Google Workspace allows us to have better communication. Google Workspace also keeps every document secured and calibrated. It helps our organization to be on the same page. Announcements and updates are never this easy with Google Workspace. From the word itself, workspace allows us to have a better and more productive workspace using only this tool.
