What do you like best about Freshchat?

It's very easy to use. We have never used Freshchat before so for a first-timer, I would say this is very user-friendly. You don't need the guidance of an expert. You can easily access the tool and make some changes. Their customer service agents are very helpful, friendly and knowledgable as well. They always make sure that you get all the assistance you need before ending the chat.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

You can't delete the chat conversations. You can resolve them but they stay in one folder. It would be best if there is an option to delete the conversations.

What problems is Freshchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easier to communicate with our customers since everything is being done live. Also, the auto-response is very helpful especially during our busy hours or outside business hours.

Freshchat offers the same capabilities as its competitors. The current trends of working remotely make this a wonderful tool to maximize the strengths of my team.

I love the native integrations with other apps that make it easy to install without having to bother our web developers.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

I don't like how you haven't launched a more native integration with Shopify. I want to track my customer journey and revenue if a customer visited our chat services, to see if the chat lead to the sale.

Customer Support is always available quickly and happily. They make sure they answer your questions as helpful as they can!

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

The only wish that I would have for this would be that we could have an automated response when we reach a certain amount of chats. But not really a dislike.

I have never had any issues. If you have any questions, they're happy to help you understand and teach you more about the system that you already have!

Freshchat lets you add chat to your new site quickly and the service plans available mean that you can set it up for free and upgrade it as your site grows.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

You can't set a schedule of availability on the free service levels.

Freshchat meant we could start interacting with our website customers from the very first day the website launched.

The service is great for organizing communications with users. It allows you to customize the appearance of the chat and set up autoresponders. Guides conversations to the correct agents and also collect metrics to know the level of customer satisfaction. The bots are easy to use, they are useful to serve users at any time of the day.

It's hard to find something I don't like, Freshchat is just great.

The platform gives us the advantage of a smooth communication with customers, connection to multiple channels such as Facebook- make it easier interaction. It is a flexible chat to our needs. It is excellent for capturing leads, it allows us to monitor and classify messages and configure automatic responses in the chat. In addition, integrations with third-party software increases productivity.

It is difficult to find something that I do not like since it is a versatile tool in terms of communication.

FreshWorks has just upgraded and combined FreshConnect across all platforms. The best part is that I only made the suggestion 1 day ago & they published it almost immediately.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

At first, it was completely separated by service; however, they have since combined it. Some of the icons are a little small to see; however, does not hamper the functionality.

What problems is Freshchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Looking to simplify interoffice communication all within 1 system as some of our staff aren't quite as technologically inclined.

What do you like best about Freshchat?

The Freshchat support team. Hands down. They have worked for two+ weeks to help me with a situation that has been a major thorn in our side. I'm wholeheartedly thankful for the two individuals I have been working with over the past weeks. On top of that, the integration with our website went seamlessly and we were up within minutes once we had the chance to add the code. In just under an hour, we had a chat system added to our site, custom trigger messages, and a system that matched the theme and colors of our website. We are constantly on the go or busy with business tasks that require us to be away from the computer. With the FreshChat app, we can now respond to any questions while we are away. This was one of the biggest selling points for us. It's an added bonus that the system looks amazing. It's the clean and fresh style that you want in 2019 and beyond. We tried many free plugins for our website, but they all looked disgusting.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

The comments below that are hating on FreshChat. haha kidding. But really, I have no complaints at the moment. I'm still amazed by the support that I have received from FreshChat and the individuals I have been working with. I have never worked with a crew like this that actually cared. They are right up there with the awesome support teams like WooCommerce, Amazon, and Stripe.

What problems is Freshchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving the problem of being tied to a computer-based support system that needs to be attended to daily. Using the FreshChat app, our chains are broken. I have also learned from the support team that I was working with that triggered messages are a great way to increase sales by being proactive. I have not really messed around with this yet, but my next task is to figure out the best way to use this feature. As a small startup, a huge factor for us is free cash flow, and with the fairly priced plan we have, this worry is gone.

I like how the interface and tools are laid out, everything is where it should be.

No complaints there. I would have loved to add FAQ for the basic plan into the chat window.

Chatting with customers directly from within the app interface is a great way to understand and attend to customers' feedback, appending a chat response to being a ticket is a nice addition.

What do you like best about Freshchat?

Freshchat enables me to instantly connect with my customers, quickly and easily, like I was the sales person in a store. I can see what the customer is looking at on my website and respond instantly. The customer seems to gain more trust by this instant connection and I have found I can turn most connections into sales.

What do you dislike about Freshchat?

I have not found anything on Freshchat that I am unhappy with.

What problems is Freshchat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Freshchat solves the problem of the 'half-decided' customer, the customer that cannot be bothered to actually write to you or phone you directly. The initial prompt enables them to make a comment or ask a question without them feeling you are being intrusive. I have found that many conversations with my customers are quite long and the customer proceeds to make a purchase.

I can send all my chats to my Freshdesk.

Unable to rename those who begin chats easily.

I wanted to gain some experience with live chat. I looked at several providers but it only made sense that I chose Freshdesk as it integrates with my Freshdesk account to track help tickets.
