The price is a bit steep as I run several apps at 10$ a month. 20 is basically saying it's worth twice as much as the other services

When I have to reply to a conversation via email, I don't have a whole lot of options like using a signature.
They are adding more options to their chatbot builder which allows us to create a more customized journey for our visitors.

I would say the email templates are quite restricted and it could with a few more options in the chat bot flow.

I followed the instruction for WordPress to install the chat code before the </body> tag at the bottom. But the chat box not showing on my site. Mr. Chris find out the problem and suggest I check the cache plugin in my wp dashboard. I got one of my plugins is making this problem. I just remove it and after then the chat box is appearing on my site. Now all ok with me.
So easy to set up, did it in minutes. nice-looking interface

Customer support on our WordPress websites. We are using bots and chats mainly. The mobile app works great, so you can make customer support on the fly without problems if you are not in your static workstation.
It's incredibly easy to use and the customer service is great! They assist you during the installation and the second you don't understand something, you just have to send them a quick message. They reply in less than 5min.

There was nothing to dislike. Great customer service. Great installation manuals. Great product. Only downside may be the sometimes slightly decreased website loading times, which however comes with every live chat provider. I find this problem even much less pronounced on Tidio compared to other providers. Again great product!
I'm trying to decrease the number of aborted transactions by offering direct client contact during their website visit and purchase. We have a lot of visitors with a high bounce rate. Catching the customers during the purchase we hope will decrease the bounce rate. It gives a feeling of trust when someone is there, especially if the company is not well known yet.
I just love this app, very useful, and editable. I have been checked many many apps, but all of them are far away from this app. Cant make any complain about it, its really great job!
