"Wonderful experience so far"
What do you like best about Tidio?

From start to finish wonderful experience setting up Tidio. Chat was very responsive and helpful. I've already achieved a few add to carts in one day thanks to them

What do you dislike about Tidio?

The price is a bit steep as I run several apps at 10$ a month. 20 is basically saying it's worth twice as much as the other services

What do you like best about Tidio?

It's extremely easy to create a chatbot with Tidio. Engaging in conversations in these chatbots is simple and straightforward.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

When I have to reply to a conversation via email, I don't have a whole lot of options like using a signature.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

They are adding more options to their chatbot builder which allows us to create a more customized journey for our visitors.

Tidio is really easy to setup and has a lot of great features in the 'free' teir, such as the chat bots, compared to it's compeitiors.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I would say the email templates are quite restricted and it could with a few more options in the chat bot flow.

Tidio's chat bot enables us to collect leads on our behalf for our most popular product on our website, saving time and money!

Tidio is very easy to use for the inexperienced web developer, it allows us to engage with customers who visit our website and answer FAQs without the need for customers to call.

There is nothing I dislike, very easy to use, set up and maintain.

instant reply and properly reply. In a minute I got my problem solved.

There is no dislike option as I am very satisfied with the support

I followed the instruction for WordPress to install the chat code before the </body> tag at the bottom. But the chat box not showing on my site. Mr. Chris find out the problem and suggest I check the cache plugin in my wp dashboard. I got one of my plugins is making this problem. I just remove it and after then the chat box is appearing on my site. Now all ok with me.

What do you like best about Tidio?

What i love about Tidio is that all of the customer support channels are deployed from one place. you can chat live with Visitors and send them emails whenever they are inactive, Reply all the queries which are generated from social media like Facebook and Instagram Directly from the panel.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I have been using Tidio for a couple of months and I am very satisfied with it. It is a complete tool that can be used to manage all social media accounts. The only thing that I would like to see added is the integration with Twitter and Whatsapp

Tidio is been nothing but an excellent tool for business. We were looking for help to ensure that all the customer support channels were being effectively managed and Tidio helped us do just that in one place.

i like how simple this has made contacting my customers and getting my sales conversion rate to rocket up. super please and love that they offer a free plan to start off with

there isn't much I don't like about this app, it offers lots of ways to increase many sales types and I don't have any complaints, as I've been using it for a few months now

there is no problem that I have come across and not much is needed in this response. great product and way to help new stores get the traction they want and need

"The "must-have" tool for your website"
What do you like best about Tidio?

Very easy to install, incredibly powerful and very easy to use. Also, it starts out with a free account. Being able to set up and run a basic bot in 5 minutes is just a dream.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I can't fault this product at all. The product starts out free, and supports 2 agents. If you want more functionality, then you can upgrade to get more. I really dont have anything negative to dadd.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Direct contact with our customers is imperative. When I design a new site, I make sure Tidio is part of the experience. Users want to feel they can get the answers they need.

The very human side of Arek, who takes the time to answer and explain the features. We use Prestashop on which Tidio works very well Very young and cool design

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I noticed that the subscriptions are paying according to the number of agents, I find it a pity, I would prefer a subscription at the same price for a certain number of people.

I haven't known Tidio for long, but I think that given the agents they have on their media, they think above all what people need. I think people will like us contracted live instead of having a delay

What do you like best about Tidio?

Affordable prices and the great tools Tidio offers make this service stand out from others. The free tier is a great choice to learn and test the service if you are a small business.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

Until now, nothing. One of the things I still do not test is their customer support. Of course, this is another good indicator, because with their documentation you can start to use all the features they offer without problems.

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

Customer support on our WordPress websites. We are using bots and chats mainly. The mobile app works great, so you can make customer support on the fly without problems if you are not in your static workstation.

What do you like best about Tidio?

It's incredibly easy to use and the customer service is great! They assist you during the installation and the second you don't understand something, you just have to send them a quick message. They reply in less than 5min.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

I love everything about it, I don't have a dislike so far. I used to use a different plugin and changing to Tidio was the best decision I ever took

The insights are great. Just the fact that we know the second we have visitors on our website and that we can create our own bots from scratch is fantastic! Also we get to see in the premium version where our visitors are from.

Best web chat app ever, easy customization, beautiful interface and user-friendly on all devices. Easy installation, quick automated response and quick notification on mobile

What do you like best about Tidio?

The helpdesk of Tidio was extraordinarily helpful, knowledable and patient! The Plugin itself seems to be very promising for getting in touch with my online customers and to increase conversion rates in my online store. Looking forward to testing Tidio profoundly. Most thanks to customer adviser Adam.

What do you dislike about Tidio?

There was nothing to dislike. Great customer service. Great installation manuals. Great product. Only downside may be the sometimes slightly decreased website loading times, which however comes with every live chat provider. I find this problem even much less pronounced on Tidio compared to other providers. Again great product!

What problems is Tidio solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm trying to decrease the number of aborted transactions by offering direct client contact during their website visit and purchase. We have a lot of visitors with a high bounce rate. Catching the customers during the purchase we hope will decrease the bounce rate. It gives a feeling of trust when someone is there, especially if the company is not well known yet.

I just love this app, very useful, and editable. I have been checked many many apps, but all of them are far away from this app. Cant make any complain about it, its really great job!

Honestly, as you can read the pros section, I really have nothing to complain about. This app is just great how it is, with all the functionalitys. The developers made a great job!
