They very quickly got me set up with exactly what I needed, did not push for me to sign up for unnecessary services, and walked me through all of the steps to sending my first email.
Nothing- this is a top notch company. Everything worked as expected.
We needed HIPAA compliant email to alert our clients to a change at our business.
I love the features that allow me to send personalized email newsletters for our team. Whether it is uploading different lists of contacts or copying newsletters, its just super easy to use! I've tried two other competitors and they don't compare!
I think the only thing I would suggest is to make the formatting of newsletters a little more user-friendly. Maybe I haven't found it yet but I would love to be able to save blocks and reuse on different campaigns.
I have to create 18 newsletters every month - most of the content is the same but some parts are personalized and being sent to different groups of people - this software lets me copy and edit what I need to easily!
Constant Contact has grown over the 18 years of my involvement to the highest standard of online communication tools in the industry. From the early stages of email marketing to today's extraordinary integration of SMS, AI Content Generator, Polls, Email Automation options including A/B channel tools, Landing Page options, Event Management, and so much more.
My honest opinion about any dislikes specific to Constant Contact is non-existent at this time. What used to be a major concern many years ago was the amount of onboarding training, ease of reading Customer Support, and the lack of integration between CRMS and other SaaS applications.
Keeping us in sync with timely communications, and feedback, increasing website visits, keeping contacts informed, plus providing valuable information concerning the protection of youth and adult sports participants from mental issues and preventing suicide.
For awhile, I was looking for a program to help bulk send emails to my employees. As an HR Manager it is very important to stay in contact with your employees, I could not find a logical way to do this through email and then I discovered Constant Contact. My favorite feature is not only that I can send to all 200 of my employees at once, but they are acutally able to respond, take polls and connect with me by following links that I am able to insert on Constant Contact.
Beginner friendly, sometimes I find it hard to navigate Constant Contacts site. I wish it was a little easier to use for beginners. I often find myself having to find a youtube video to help me out.
I can bulk send newsletters, reminders and emails to my employees all at once.
I work for a very small non-profit organization so I tend to juggle a lot of responsibilities. Whether it is contacting our program participants, donors, sending newsletters, or making posts for social media, Constant Contact is a huge help.
I also love using Canva and wish the integration of the 2 were a little easier. I am able to use it but it's not nearly as user friendly as other aspects of both platforms.
Making it easier to do multiple tasks. As a small non-profit we don't have a dedicated marketing or social media team. Using Constant Contact as a team makes it easier for our current staff to collaborate on projects and take turns doing marketing.
automatic integration from contact lists, the ai feature helps greatly with creativity when you have a writers block. the templates help make your posts more eye appealing and help with sending them to social as well.
if you have your own templates to use it doesnt transition the best as some templates you can only install it as a picture on the template and resize it to a certain portion.
the vast amount of time it takes to send out mass emails, checking on email deliverability and whether a contact is viewing/enjoying the posts, as well as creating creative posts to send out.
Sales support and technical support while learning teh process
Nothing. We were able to easily navigate the ptocess
None
The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and meets every marketing need you can imagine. From email marketing and SMS to social – Constant Contact is the one-stop shop for communications efforts.
I think it'd be great if Constant Contact allowed users to schedule/automate emails in such a way that there's no need to duplicate.
Constant Contact has allowed our organization to streamline communications efforts in a centralized environment. I feel more productive in day-to-day tasks, due to the ease of use.
The interface is very intuitive, just drag and drop. Data-rich in a lot of ways. Connection with Canva opens up a lot of opportunities. Send retargeting emails to people who clicked certain links - highly effective. Customer support to reset my CNAME records was helpful.
Best used in Sharpspring, if you have to import contacts from your own database, then you're missing a lot of the potential of Constant Contact. One thing I'd change is the ability to more easily export click lists after an email is already sent. I also wish there was a way to import larger files and just have it reduce the size automatically to the largest acceptable.
We use constant contact to send email marketing to our database of over 10,000 contacts. It keeps our clients in the loop especially those who are 5 years away from purchase but are still very legitimate targets.
I like its wide range of features that allow you to effortlessly create mailing lists. You have a wide range of templates to choose from. It provides the possibility of creating quite professional emails.
Customization options may be limited. Sometimes there are problems with email delivery. Some people receive emails.
It is an easy to use email marketing service. The different templates are fun. This system has allowed us to attract new clients. Excellent for working on creating marketing solutions.
Constant Contact has becoma an integral part of our E commerce studio. it is super user-friendly interface and intuitive tools have streamlined our process, allowing us to connect with the customers/clients easily.
there are some limitations that make it less helpful sometimes. there are lots of templates available, but sometimes it feels little restrictive when it comes to customization.
constant contact simplified our communication process , and the ability to connect with client and customers efforlessly. Also being able to monitor the customer engagement is the top notch.
A Constant Contact e-mail blast can spread the word to thousands of members in our listserv which is convenient and useful for us.
N/A -- there isn't a Constant Contact feature that I dislike.
Constant Contact allows us to reach thousands in our listserv, all at once and with so much ease -- it's so helpful and beneficial.
I find it dependable. Constant Contact is my primary tool for communicating with my 'larger audience.' As such, if it fails, I lose contact with them. That;s fatal to a business-business consultant like me.
There are speed issues occasionally that are frustrating, not really problematic. There are many features I am not familiar with and therefore, fail to take advantage of. There are also many features I rarely use and often forget how to implement them even though I've deon so in the past. I suspect this is something that could be solved with a more intuitive UI. It would also be nice to have an extensive, easy to search library of short videos (3-6 minutes) to help when Ihave a want or need and don't know if or how to access it.
Comunicating with my comunity.
The segmentation design of constant contact is my favorite feature. I've used MailerKing and MailChimp in the past and neither of them is capable of truly tagging and segmenting to the point where the data is truly useful.
My only complaint about constant contact is that there's no recall feature if an email goes out incorrectly - we can't interrupt the send to make any changes to the campaign.
We had a really low open rate and a high unsubscribe rate with previous platforms. The retention and click through rates have improved exponentially after we switched.
the versatility and user friendly features
The lack of connectivity or features to socially distribute videos, reels or lives.
Constant contact with my audience ;)
The scheduling feature to post at the time I want and the social sites keeping our business looking business and lots of info being relesed to get leads. As well the email marketing to all the clients keeping them in touch Constant Contact is amazing!
That you can't post videos with the social media scheduling. I like something moving like a gif or a video explaining more about our services. Maybe just a 8 seconds to send a video nothing long to add to the scheduling is my suggestion.
Reaching out to all my customers at once with a quality look. Keeping my business in the know and seen on social media without posting everyday myself, and all the features sms, intergation, and more it's so much Constant Contact does to help
The fact that contacts aren't duplicated if you choose to send emails to multiple lists at a time. Also the ability to see which emails got through, which bounced, which are out of office, etc. I also really like how easy it is to build an email template - it's very familiar and not complicated.
I honestly haven't found any gaps or issues with Constant Contact yet, but I'm only a few months in. One thing I wish could be done is to have a dedicated Constant Contact rep. I don't like that we have to reach out to support for every question and would rather have a sole person to work with.
Constant Contact makes it SO Easy to get emails out to a set list of contacts. We have multiple lists created and we can easily send a variety of emails in the same day to specific subsets of customers.
great to send campaigns and organize campaigns. the customer service is amazing. The agents know what and how to help with any problem that arises
I wish there ware more color and font choices. to make the flyer more eye catching.
it helps me email mass campaigns to all my clients at once.
Ever since I upgraded to the plan that automatically resend my newsletter out to people who didn't open it My open rates have gone up 10%!! I'm getting about a 40% open rate which is huge All thanks to constant contact!
Nothing, I like everything about my experience so far
I've had no problems with constant contact
Unlike all the competitios of the Email Marketing tools Constant Contact is one of the best when it comes to UI and easiness of the platform. Really ❤️
There is nothing in terms of the Functionality which I don't like about them. Only one thing I dislike is the cost of the Platform which is really high.
Problems I am solving with constant Contac are:- 1) Email Campaigns. 2) Automated Email Sequence for New Subscribers of my website or Ads. 3) Automated Email Greetings for New Year, Birthday's, Festivals. 4) Segmentation, tagging of contacts. 5) Automation for adding leads and Customers in the List. etc. Benefits I have realized with Constant Contact:- 1) Saving Time on Manual work Replaved by Automation. 2) Email Campinging. etc.
