I like that the projects are timed and logged on one time sheet. I also like that each project i work is put in its own bucket. We have been able to keep everything much more organized and save time with Clarity.
The only think I don't like is sometimes I think I have saved my work and then I realize a couple pages into that it didn't save the previous pages then I have to go back and resave it. However I have just gotten into the habit of making sure its saved before moving on so it is something that i was able to work out myself
We are able to be paid per job as a piece rate since they have time time logs and they are able to bill our hours to the buckets. It has increased production and saves much time.
What I like best about clarity is the easy of use and the 1-shop all concept of the tool. I like that you have the project plan, risk/issues/decisions, resource management, financials, and timesheet management - all in one place. Anyone can learn to use this tool.
I don't dislike anything about this tool.
The problems that you are solving with Clarity is that it reduces the quantity of other applications that need to be use. The benefits realized is that the overall cost goes downs and we only need 1 tool vs. multiple.
Super easy, no screen clutter, almost no learning curve. Claritysoft allows you to enter critical data as quickly and painlessly as possible and then make that data actionable by, say, sending an email blast to set your calendar for the week. Don't believe the hype: this is the best CRM on the market!
It would be great if they had a social media function, but I hear this is coming. It would also be really cool if they had integrations with more applications like Quickbooks, but they do have an API and will work with you to do things like capture leads through your website and import them into the CRM.
Claritysoft is helping me to stay much more organized and it is really helping me to follow up more consistently. The reminders are super easy to set and now I can't live without them. I can deliver a price quote with ease, I can send out email blasts with like three clicks, and I can track my pipeline with a touch of a button. Most CRM's are super clunky. This one isn't and that helps me solve problems MUCH faster.
The flexibility and ease to create reports. Sorting is very easy. The learning curve for new employees is very short.

I found that Claritysoft is very user friendly. Creating a custom module was much easier than I thought it would be. Working with Frank, Susan, Joel and Tim was a pleasure.
I've had some issues with email but the support staff has been helpful.
Working in Compliance it is very important that we track all dispute and audits per FCRA regulations. With Claritysoft this task has become much easier to manage.

It could be a little bit more intuitive.
We had a lot of out of date contacts and multiple contacts for a single business. Clarity soft allowed us to consolidate lists so everyone knows when contacts change.
They consistently update their product. The user interface for the web version is easy to use. The outlook integration is key.
I have to manually push a button in outlook for an email to be recorded. It would be nice if this was automated somehow. Also, my outlook often crashes from this integration. It is very difficult to troubleshoot because it happens at random times.
This provides a central database for our sales and account managers.
I like the functionality of Clarity Soft. The help staff is also responsive and nice.
Preferred the Desk top vs Live version because it looks better but am slowly switching over because we have to.
The Quote feature , font is way too small once it is printed out.
The features for tracking all past communication whether it is via email, calls, etc. Helps our team stay on the same page.

The ease of use combined with powerful functionality makes this my favorite CRM I've ever used. They also offer an excellent mobile version. Claritysoft also has a desktop version and a nice plugin for Outook which makes it really easy to send email through the CRM
When I used it the email worked really well with Outlook but not as well with Gmail. They also didn't offer many integrations at the time and there was no social media component.
Easily managing my contacts, track opportunities, create quotes, and being able to easily send out mass personalized emails very easily. The biggest problem I was solving was that it helped me to keep track of my to-do's and follow up. This is great CRM software that's really easy to use and ease of use is it's strongest benefit.
It's simplicity. I appreciate the fact that it isn't complicated.
I wish there was a bit more flexibility with the reports.

I like the fact that I am able to pull up a provider and look at the previous activity at any given point in time . Doesn't matter if I am on site or out of the office I am able to see the activities that I had with my physicians .

Claritysoft is easy to use and it's pages are easy to set-up the way a user wants to manage their leads, accounts, opportunities and activities.
Claritysoft has some quirky items that you need to get used to, but once you do, you'll find it works well.
Our team uses Claritysoft for leads, activities, opportunities, accounts, email blasts, contacts - basically we use it every day to build out pipeline of revenue to close deals with our clients and help their business grow. If individuals input relevant information, it's very useful. Tracking metrics and sharing it with individuals to create best practices.
ClaritySoft has the capacity to integrate with a lot of apps and offers a variety of ways to build out marketing campaigns. I love how customizable the CRM is and how each users interface can be customized to what they specifically need to see.
I do not directly dislike anything with ClaritySoft, except there are a few issuesin the Marketing module. I believe the marketing module is new, so I understand there are some issues they are working through with that.

I like that each project I work on is put into a bucket. Its really useful to be able to log time to different projects on one time sheet. I also like the notifications that it sends you if you miss submitting your Timesheet. That helps management as well as employees get what they need turned in on time! It helps the project managers too. It keeps them very orgnaized.
If you get locked out on a Friday then you won't really get support until Monday. That is what I have experienced at least. Also I'm not really a fan of the organization overall. It is a little confusing to navigate at first. Once you get used to it though it is worth it.
We are keeping everyone's projects in one place. This really helps the project managers out a lot.
